Chapter 10

4 months laterEmma's POV I've been pregnant for a little over 4 months now and my baby bump is bigger than expected. Today is my doctors appointment to see if we're having a boy or girl and I think JJ is more excited than me. "You ready babe?" He asked taking my hand. "Yeah. Let's go." I smiled at him as we walked out the door.

When we got to the doctor we waited about 15 minutes before they took us back. I laid down on the bed and the nurse put the cold gel on my stomach and began moving the stick around. I looked at JJ and smiled as he grabbed my hand. "Ok. Let's see what we have here. There's a... boy!" She said and JJ's eyes lit up. "Congratulations." The nurse said before printing the picture and leaving. "Let's get outta here." JJ said and we left.

"I'm in the mood for a milkshake." I said and JJ pulled into sonic right before we passed it. "What kind?" He asked and I looked at all the choices. "Coconut cream pie." I said and he pushed the button. "Welcome to sonic. How may I help you?" A woman's voice said through the speaker. "I just need a medium coconut cream pie milkshake." He said. "Ok. It will be out shortly." She said. "Here." I said trying to give JJ money to pay for the milkshake. "Babe, in case you forgot, I make a lot of money. I don't need yours." He said and I smiled and rolled my eyes.

"Ok. You got a medium coconut cream pie shake?" The lady said from outside the truck. "Yes ma'am." JJ said and she handed it to him then he handed her the money. "Holy crap! Your JJ Watt!" She just realized and JJ smiled. "Yeah last time I checked." He said and she giggled. I'm not getting good vibes from her. "You know, sometimes, I have very naughty dreams about you." She said and I almost threw my milkshake back up. "Oh, tell me, is he as good as he is in my dreams?" She said turning her attention to me. I rest my case.

"Ok. I think it's time for us to get back home." JJ said as he backed out of the spot we were in and pulled back onto the road. He was being really quite. "You are really good." I said smirking and taking a sip of my milkshake. "Oh really?" He said smiling but keeping his attention on the road and I just laughed. "Oh I need to call mama." I said pulling out my phone and calling my mom.

Phone callEmma:hey mama!mama:hey sweetie! How did the appointment go?Emma:we're having a boy!!mama: oh sweetheart that amazing. Well, your father needs my help so I'm gonna go help him. I love you!Emma:I love you too mama!End phone call

Right when I put my phone down my favorite song in the whole world came on. It was 'Love Without End, Amen' by George Strait. "Holy crap this is my song!" I yelled as I reached over and turned it up.  "And he said let me tell you a secret, about a fathers love. A secret that my daddy said was just between us. He said daddy's don't just love there children every now and then. It's a love without end, amen!" I sang at the top of my lungs then looked over at JJ and he was laughing.

"What's so funny?" I asked him. "Oh just the fact that the whole time you've been singing, we've been sitting in the driveway and you didn't even notice it." He said and I looked out the window to realize we were at home. "Shut up." I said as I opened the door and got out. I walked in the house and was immediately spun around to be met by JJ's huge chest. I looked up at him and he planted his lips on mine as he slowly backed up and laid me down on the couch. He slowly made his way to my neck and I could feel him smiling against my neck. He then moved and looked at me and we both started dying laughing.

"I love you." He said planting another kiss on my lips. "I love you too." I said as he got off of me and walked to the kitchen. "You want anything babe?" He yelled from his spot in front of the refrigerator. "No. I'm fine." I yelled back as I scrolled threw Netflix trying to find a movie. "What are we watching?" JJ asked as he sat back down with a big bowl of popcorn. "The Ridiculous 6 with Adam Sandler." I said grabbing some popcorn. "Hey! You said you didn't want anything!" He said as he moved the bowl away and we both started laughing.

JJ's POV We were at the part in the movie where one of Adam Sandler's brothers knocks off a guys head with a shovel and Emma started dying laughing. Gosh her laugh!! "What?" She said when she caught me staring. "Your just too beautiful." I said and she blushed. "No I'm not. It's just your job to say that." She said and I smiled. "Yeah but I mean it when I say it." I told her and she smiled before leaning over and kissing me. "We're gonna go somewhere. Go get dressed." I said standing up. "Well what do I need to wear?" She asked as she started up the stairs. "Just something casual." I told her and she went up to our room to get dressed.

I was sitting downstairs on my phone when I heard Emma call my name so I ran up the stairs and into our room to see her sitting on our bed half naked with a pair of jeans in her hand. "Babe what are doing?" I asked walking in. "I'm too fat." She said with a pouty face. I walked over to her and grabbed her hands pulled her up to her feet. "Babe, your not too fat. Your just the right amount of fat. And even if you were too fat, I wouldn't care because you still be unremarkably beautiful." I said and she looked down at the ground and smiled. I then walked over to her dresser and pulled out a pair of running pants. Then I walked over to my dresser and pulled out a Texans football shirt and walked back over to her. "Here." I said and she grabbed it out of my hands then I left to let her get ready.

About ten minutes later Emma walked down the stairs in the clothes I handed her and her hair in a high ponytail. "You ready?" I asked. "Yep." She said so I grabbed my hat and put it on my head before we walked out to my truck and left. "So where are we going?" She asked me. "Well, I really don't know." I barely got out before her phone started ringing and she answered it. She hung up a few minutes later. "That was my brother. He was wondering if we could come to his baseball game tonight." She said with a smile. Her brother, Eathan, plays baseball for the University of Houston. "Well, looks like we're going to watch some baseball!" I said and she smiled again. Her phone then started ringing and it was Eathan again. After she hung up I asked her why he called again. "He told the coach that we were coming and the coach wants us to sit in the dugout!" She said.

When we got to the stadium we walked to where Eathan told Emma and we were met by a security guard. "JJ and Emma?" He asked and we nodded. "Follow me." He said and we started walking. When we got to the dugout Eathan immediately found us. "Hey sis! Hey JJ!" He said. He hugged Emma then bro hugged me. "Sand someone's blown up." He said referring to Emma's stomach. "Shut up!" She said playfully punching his shoulder. "I'm just kidding. Here let's get a picture." He said. He handed me his phone and I snapped the picture then I took one on Emma's phone. "Eathan lets go! We're taking infield!" One of his teammates yelled and he ran to his position at 3rd base.

Emma's POV "Love coming and supporting my little brother! Love you!❤️❤️ @eathancraw10" I clicked share to post the picture on Instagram before putting my phone up because the game was starting. On the 3rd pitch of the game the guy hit a line drive in between 3rd and shortstop and Eathan dove and caught it. "Woooo! Go E!" I yelled while clapping. They got an easy 3 up 3 down and came in to bat. Eathan was the 4th batter because he has the best batting average on the team so they put him at cleanup.

All 3 guys in front of Eathan got hits so bases were loaded for him. The first pitch almost hit him but he moved out of the way. "Hey stay in there and wear it!" One of the players said and I laughed. The second pitch was way outside for ball 2. He stepped out of the box and took a few practice swings before stepping back in and getting ready. The next pitch was right down the middle and he swung and crushed it and hit a grand slam! The team ran out to the plate waiting for Eathan to get there. Right when he stepped on the plate the whole team dabbed.

We ended up winning 15-4. "Hey E. Do you have any classes tomorrow?" JJ asked him as we were walking toward to truck. "No. Why?" Eathan asked. "Why don't you come stay at our place tonight?" JJ asked and I smiled. "Ok. But we'll have to go by my dorm so I can get some clothes." He said so we did. When we got back to the house we made a lot of popcorn and watched movies all night. I love my family!
