By the time Pepper and Tony came downstairs from their nap the entire common room was full of Avengers watching a movie while Morgan slept soundly in her slow rocking crib. "Ah look who finally got up!" Clint snickered. "Aren't you supposed to be going home now?" Tony sighed a he rubbed his face with his hand. "Yea, I'm heading out now. Gonna go enjoy my vacation with Laura and the kids." Clint said grabbing his suitcase. "Not leaving without saying bye are you Barton?" Nat asked. "Never. Come here Nat." Clint said opening his arms. Athena stayed back just watching her mom and Clint hug it out. She knew that it would be hard for her to see Clint go, even it would be for a short time.

When the hug was over Nat pretended she hadn't cried and Clint pretended he wouldn't miss it here while he was in Iowa. With one more look at everyone Clint headed out the doors and Nat walked back to where Athena sat on the sofa. Wordlessly Athena passed her mom a tissue and returned her gaze to the movie. "He'll be back in a few months, mama. It'll be ok." Athena said. "I know. Maybe we can take some time and drive out there. It would be good for you to see your Aunt Laura, and your cousins again." Natasha said. "How about we give Uncle Clint a week to have his family to his self and then we load my jeep up and head out." Athena suggested. "Sounds good to me." Natasha replied.

Athena turned to Pepper who she knew would want an update on Morgan. "She had her bottle, burped, and has been sleeping for about two hours." Athena reported. "Oh good, thank you Athena." Pepper said as she kissed Athena's head and headed to the kitchen. "I am never going to get used to Pepper's head kisses." Athena sighed. "It means she loves you." Natasha replied.
