Athena loaded the dogs, and the cooler into the cargo space in her jeep while everyone else climbed inside. Once everyone was settled Athena backed out of the driveway and headed down towards the stables. "So, where do you go ride your horse?" Carol asked. "There's a path that goes to a field where we ride to, have lunch then we'll ride back to the stables and cool the horses down." Athena explained as she looked in the rear view mirror at her girlfriend. Once again Natasha got the passenger seat and Yelena and Carol got in the back seat.

"Is Merlin still as miserable as ever?" Yelena asked. "Yes, he still doesn't like anyone but me, although he tolerates mom now." Athena said. "Does he bite?" Carol asked. "Sometimes, don't worry you'll be on a safer horse. Mom always rents a tame horse to ride." Athena explained. "Well I'll be doing that too." Carol replied. Yelena rolled her eyes at Carol's words. "Such a baby." Yelena teased. "Can you two stop it for five minutes? Honestly you two are worse than children." Natasha grumbled. "Fine. I'll behave, for now." Yelena said.

A few minutes later Athena was pulling into the parking lot of the stables and parking her jeep. "Ok! Everyone out!" Athena said as she got out herself and went around back to let Maverick and Sage and grabbed the cooler. "Ok you three go rent your horses, I'll go see Merlin and get him tacked up to go." Athena stated. "Don't worry sweetheart, we'll meet you in a few minutes." Natasha said as she ushered her sister and Carol along. Athena rolled her eyes and headed into the stables. There in his private stall stood Merlin proud as ever. "Hey buddy, miss me?" Athena cooed as the black stallion brushed his face against Athena's.
