PART 8

Following dinner, Sky decided a walk in the mansion's gardens would be pleasant. As he strolled along, he heard a woman weeping from the small garden house.  He couldn't discern the cause of her distress—pain or sorrow?  The door then opened, revealing Nani and a female guard, both visibly flushed and sweating. Sky's brow furrowed in concern.  "What was going on in there?" he murmured to himself, his suspicion growing. He approached cautiously, causing Nani to jump, his expression a mixture of surprise and apprehension. "What are you doing here?" Nani asked defensively. "Shouldn't I be asking you that question?" Sky countered, his tone laced with suspicion. "It certainly looks like you two were involved in something rather...private...in there.  Am I correct?" Nani's fists tightened, a smirk twisting his lips. "Even if we were, it's none of your business."
