Chapter 46

Genevieve's POV

I was woken up by Carlisle telling me that the girls are waiting for me. I got out of bed and got dressed. I was nervous and excited to pick out my wedding dress. I had no idea what I wanted my dress to look like.

I walked downstairs to see Bella, Kathrine, Esme, Alice, and Rosalie. They were waiting for me. I smiled at them and walked over to my babies. Ren was playing with Emmett while Rosalice was playing with Jasper. I kissed my babies, including the kids, on the cheek.

"Let's go" I told them

We all walked into a boutique that Alice knows. She said that this was very good and had beautiful dresses. A woman saw us and walked over.

"Hello, Welcome to Maddie's boutique. My name is Maddie. Who is the lucky bride?" Maddie asks

"I am" I told her

"Ah! You are gorgeous. Let's get started. If you all can follow me" Maddie tells us

Maddie led us to the area where the bride models the dresses out. The girls all sat down on seats as I stood.

"Anything specific you're looking for?" Maddie asks

"No, I just want to live in the moment" I told her

"Ok. If the bride would follow me, we will try on dresses." Maddie says

I followed Maddie to the changing rooms. Maddie left me in there for a minute, and came back with some dresses. I tried on a lot, before I picked the perfect one. We worked on everything else, before paying and telling her the day of the wedding.

After we finished, we all drove home. Bella kept looking at me the whole time.

"What?" I asked her

"How are you feeling that Renee is coming?" Bella asks

"I am nervous, because hopefully she doesn't do anything bad" I told her

"I forgot Renee didn't like you" Katherine says

"We'll all be there for you, Mom. We won't let her ruin your day" Alice tells me

"I know" I said

We all walked inside, only to see Charlie here. Me and Bella walked over to him and hugged him. He hugged back before pulling away.

"What are you doing here?" Bella asks

"I wanted to make sure everything was ok. I now know everything." Charlie tells us

"Dad! We wanted to tell you but--" Charlie cut me off

"I was a little upset at first, but I realized how happy they all made both of you and I will keep their secret as long as I can. Carlisle told me everything a long time ago. The moment he asked for your hand in marriage. He said he wanted to tell me something important about him and his family. He explained everything to me and now I know" Charlie tells us

"Are you mad?" I asked

"No. " Charlie says

Bella and I hugged him, and he hugged back. I'm happy that he knows.

"It is frightening though. Knowing Vampires, Werewolves, and Mermaids exist" Charlie tells us

"Yeah it is" I said

"You'll get used to it" Carlisle tells him

"Good news, we have Viv's dress picked out" Alice tells everyone

"When is it? I didn't get an invitation" Charlie asks

"It's in your mailbox, and you don't need an invitation" I told him

"I mean, you're walking her down the aisle, right?" Alice asks

"Of course I'm walking her down the aisle! What kind of father would I be if I didn't?!" Charlie says

"Thanks dad" I told him

"Anyways, I have to go. Me and Sue are going out later" Charlie tells us

"You and Sue have been together quite a lot lately. Something your not telling us?" Bella asks

"Ok, so maybe we had gone on a few dates the past month" Charlie tells us

"Oh my gosh! Congrats!" I said

"Bye" Charlie says to us

Charlie walked out of house. Bella and I smiled at eachother. Ren babbles and makes grabby hands towards me. I giggled and picked him up.

"Mama!" Ren says

I looked at everyone in shock. He said his first word! Won't be long until Rosalice says hers.

"Yes! I am your Mama!" I said to him

He giggled and nuzzled into my shoulder. I smiled and cuddled into him and placed my hand on his head.

"Papa?" Rosa says in more of a question

I smirked at Carlisle seeing his shocked face. I remember a conversation we had before the twins were born. He mentioned that he bets they'll call him Da da, while I bet they'll call him Papa.

"Told ya" I said to him

He glared playfully at me, before looking back down at Rosa. Rosa nibbled on the collar of his shirt. Carlisle took it out of her mouth and kissed her nose.

"Hey Genevieve? Someone's calling you!" Katherine tells me

Rosalie walked over to me and took Ren from my arms. I smiled at her in thanks before grabbing my phone. I saw contact name, Renee, and sighed. I answered and pressed my phone to my ear.

"Hello Renee" I said

Everyone in the room stopped what they're doing and looks towards me. Bella walked over to me and stood beside me. She grabbed my hand in comfort.

"So, I am coming to this wedding, just so you know, so I can tell you how I feel about you and those babies of yours. I am going to let you get married, but after you will hear what I have to say" Renee says

Renee hung up and I pulled the phone away from my ear. I sighed in frustration and held the bridge of my nose. Bella rubbed my shoulder as I began to cry. Bella turned me to her and brought me into a hug.

"Why does she hate me?" I whispered

"I don't know. It's ok" Bella tells me

"Mama?" Ren and Rosa ask in unison

I giggled lightly and pulled away from Bella. Carlisle walked over to me with the twins in his arms. I laid my head on his shoulders, and hugged all three of them. Hopefully Renee doesn't cause too much damage.
