Part 10

22:21, 19 June 2021

Word Count: 4731

A/N: Okay, this is probably the longest part I've ever written and I really don't know what just happened here, like at all.

I completely failed to write about what this part was supposed to be about because for some reasons smut came in-between, oops.

-♡-

It's been a whole week ever since Marinette had found out Adrien was Chat Noir. Although she stayed to listen to him explain why he did what he did, she still refused to believe he could just hurt her like that.

Something in her brain just had her believe that Adrien never actually wanted to be with her in the first place, and that's why he thought disappearing was the best possible option. Deep down inside her heart she knew she was wrong, but that didn't stop her from thinking the opposite.

She had not spoken to him in this entire week, nor did she even look at him. Whenever they would pass each other in the apartment, she would either leave the room immediately or look away so her eyes would not meet his.

Adrien had tried to speak to her several times, but she would never let him. With every attempt Marinette would run away. She would either escape into her room or leave the entire building to get away from him as far as she possibly could.

She stayed out late, mostly spending her days at Alya's or any Café. She hadn't even been working on her Orders, simply because she knew Adrien would be around somewhere. His presence annoyed her and she never thought it could.

"Girl, it's Adrien's birthday tomorrow, and you're still not talking to him?" Alya gave Marinette a rather annoyed expression.

"I just can't face him, Alya. He pretended to be dead just so he could get out of our relationship," Marinette cried, knowing it was not like that.

"No, Marinette, he pretended to be dead so Hawkmoth would not hurt you," Alya rolled her eyes.

"Gabriel Agreste wouldn't do shit to me, without me, he would lose so much money," Marinette knew Gabriel wouldn't do anything to her.

Ever since Marinette's own brand became more and more popular, the Agreste Brand lost publicity. Fashion Magazines were comparing Gabriel to Marinette, talking her better as she was still so young and created clothing lines just as good and with way more variety as he would.

He was scared that his brand would be replaced by Marinette's, which is why he began to cooperate with her. He was selling his clothes, his unique and single piece clothes, in her store, which brought more attention back to his brand.

If he lost the contract between his and Marinette's brand, his brand could lose way more publicity than his ego could take, which meant, hurting Marinette would only ruin his own life.

"Marinette, Adrien loves you, don't you think he knows it was a mistake, and if he could, I'm sure he would make it unhappen?" Alya laid her hand down onto Marinette's shoulder, hoping she could talk some kind of sense into her brain.

"Alya," Marinette wiped away her tears with the sleeve of her, well, Adrien's sweatshirt, "he knew my identity before he did all this. He said nothing would change between us, and yet he had already planned on leaving me."

Alya's eyes widened. She had known of Adrien being Chat Noir from what Marinette had said, but that he had figured out her identity shortly before he would fake his own death had never been mentioned before.

"Did he actually plan it though?" Alya was really hoping he hadn't planned it in advance.

"He asked me if I ever thought about faking my own death before. If he knew his father was Hawkmoth, I'm sure he had it planned out already."

Alya tried to steady her breath, bopping her head as she was processing those information.

"Did you talk to Gabriel?" She then asked, thinking maybe a talk with him would give Marinette more to consider before deciding to leave Adrien for good.

Marinette shook her head no.

"I wouldn't know what to say, nor how to approach him. Would I go as Marinette or as Ladybug? Should I be straight forward or not? I'm not even sure if granting him freedom is the right decision," Marinette was totally frustrated with the situation.

"He had caused so much pain over Paris, he ruined so many things for a selfish thing, which Adrien did not even mention to me. He only said it was really selfish and disturbing, so I didn't want to dig deeper, but I don't know, Alya," She would add.

"I think you should go see him, as Ladybug, talk things out and maybe even take Adrien with you just in case," Alya smiled lightly, stroking her hand over Marinette's shoulder.

"I don't think Adrien would come. I heard him talking to Plagg, he said he would never want to see Gabriel ever again," Marinette let out a sigh in frustration before slapping her hands right onto her forehead, her elbows resting on her legs.

"Why would you let him keep Plagg if you don't even want to be around Adrien anymore at all?" Alya was confused.

"Cause I love him, Alya," Marinette groaned, falling back on the couch, her back hitting the soft material. "And I know he loves Plagg, I couldn't be this cruel to him."

Alya just raised an eyebrow at Marinette. The kind that would say something like 'Girl, what?'

"Fine," Marinette groaned, "I'll speak to them, both." With that Marinette got up from the couch and left Alya's house through the window after transforming into Ladybug. After all, going place in her superhero form was far easier and faster than having to walk or use public transports.

She would enter her own apartment through the window, as she usually would if she came there as Ladybug and not Marinette. Well, she went through Adrien's window this time, not the kitchen window.

She swung right over his bed, landing in the middle of his room, giving him only the slightest of heart attack at the sudden visit.

Adrien was laying on his bed, AirPods in his ears as he was listening to music from his MacBook. He had red puffy eyes and a pinkish nose, kind of as if he had been crying for a while. He wasn't even dressed, he would only wear his pyjama pants with an oversized t-shirt and some fluffy socks. He even had the picture in his hands.

Marinette tried to ignore his appearance, yet she couldn't possibly do that, given the fact that he looked terrible, wearing dirty clothes from probably days ago, messy hair, tissues surrounding him. Besides, she still knew Adrien's schedule. He was supposed to be at a photoshoot around this time, so why the hell was he at home?

He would take out his AirPods as he saw Marinette walking closer to him. He had actually assumed his window was just the only one being opened, so that was why Marinette was entering from there, but apparently she meant to come through this one, or not?

Part of her wanted to speak to him, but she also didn't know where to start. But then again, there was no other window opened, and since she had already faced him anyway, she might as well speak to him.

"Adrien," Marinette said with all of her courage. He would immediately sit up and focus all of his attention on her.

"I need to speak to your father, and you're coming with me," she said in a demanding tone, not even asking if he could accompany her, no she was demanding his company.

"I'm not going anywhere near this man," Adrien spoke, his voice shaky.

"You owe it to me. I need some answers, and I think you know I deserve them," she said coldly, yet her heart was aching in pain as she could see the pain he felt in his eyes.

She just wanted to sit down beside him, hug him tightly, snuggle up to him and never let him go ever again. But she wasn't ready for it yet.

While she was waiting for any kind of reaction from Adrien, she noticed he was holding a picture frame in his hands, the same one she used to hold in hers only a week ago. Her face suddenly softened, even though she tried not to give in.

"Look, clearly your father helped you cover up your story, so I am not sitting here just accepting it. You've chosen to hurt me, so you can at least give me the chance to understand why you would want him to be free, and why it was so dangerous for me."

Adrien bobbed his head as he got up from his bed, slowly making his way towards his bathroom to go freshen himself up.

As he passed Marinette, he would grasped her hand in his. At first it was just a reflex, and he had considered letting go, but he wanted, no needed her around.

Her eyes widened in shock, she had not expected him to touch her at this very moment, but she also didn't want to fight it. He pulled her with him, right into the bathroom.

"Adrien," she began but he would cut her off.

"I'll tell you everything you need to know," he took off his shirt and threw it into his laundry basket, "if you still have questions left, we'll go see him."

Shortly after he had finished his sentence he took off his socks, then his pants and boxers, leaving him completely naked. Marinette closed her eyes in response.

"It really ain't like you've never seen me naked before," Adrien said as he entered his walk-in shower, turning it on immediately.

"Spots off," Marinette would finally de-transform, keeping Tikki from having to look at naked Adrien.

"Go into my room and wait there for me," Marinette said, never taking her eyes off Tikki. Tikki nodded and immediately flew off to go to Marinette's room.

Marinette was about to leave the bathroom when Adrien held her back, beginning to talk.

"He wanted our Miraculous to bring back my mother. He had kept her somewhat alive in the basement for eight years," he began, catching Marinette's attention.

She immediately turned around, giving Adrien a shocked expression, signalling him to continue.

He would suddenly feel exposed, his cheeks turning red as he could feel Marinette's eyes scanning his body from top to bottom. Kind of as if she'd just be seeing it for the veery fist time.

"I thought if he knows you are Ladybug, maybe he would try to do something to you in order to get to our Miraculous. Marinette, I would have given him my Miraculous if he threatened to do anything to you if you were with me that night," tears began to build up in his eyes.

"He tried to do that without your presence, but you not being there was the only reason that kept me standing, I knew you were safe. He could not have reached you even if he wanted to, because he didn't know who you were underneath that mask, he still doesn't," he continued, now feeling a lump build in his throat, forcing himself not to let out more tears. "If you were there, I would have been the first to sacrifice myself."

"But why didn't you just tell me this, Adrien? You've seen me in pain, you've seen how much it hurt me, how could you just do this to me?" Marinette took a step closer to him, now leaning her back against the glass window from the shower.

"If I kept on being Chat Noir, he would have figured out your identity almost immediately. He would have seen me with you, tracked you down and eventually hurt you, at least that's what I told myself, Mari. I knew you would get mad at me, not be with me immediately, which would have tricked him into believing it could not have been you," Adrien cried.

Marinette's heart broke into a million piece as she could hear him sob in-between words.

She took a deep breath as she began to undo the knot from her sweatpants. She looked over her shoulder, seeing if Adrien was facing her, but he was not. In fact, he had turned his back to her, leaning it against the glass just like she did.

"I really never meant to hurt you like I did," Marinette pulled Adrien's sweatshirt over her head, "I thought I was doing the right thing," then moved on to taking off her sweatpants, followed by her thong, "I thought I would keep you safe," at last, she would take off the remaining clothes until she was completely naked as well.

"I really love you, Marinette. I always have, and I always will, forever," Adrien cried, pushing himself away from the glass, lifting his head up, facing the shower head, letting the water run down his body.

"No," Marinette whispered as she stood right behind him, "until eternity."

Adrien let out a fainted gasp, shivers running down his spine as he realised Marinette's voice sounded clearer and came from right behind him

His eyes got wider, and his mouth slowly dropped open as he turned around in felt like slow-motion. He looked slightly down, only for his eyes to meet her's. She had a small smile on her lips, yet there was fear in her eyes.

Adrien's couldn't quite tell why she was scared, she had nothing to be worried about, he wasn't going to kick her out or anything, and he certainly wasn't going to push her out of his life if that was what she was worrying about.

And if anything, Adrien was scared. Just two minutes ago Marinette was the most coldest to him she had ever been, and suddenly she was standing right there, naked, in his shower, together with him.

"Hay," Marinette's voice would interrupt his awkward stare into her eyes. He was mainly just trying not to be disrespectful and look anywhere else.

"Hay," Adrien would chuckle awkwardly, lifting his left hand as he waved from right to left just once before dropping his arm again.

After a moment of complete awkwardness, just looking into one another's eyes, Marinette would speak up once again.

"I'm sorry, I shouldn't have," she was about to leave the shower when Adrien grasped her hand, pulling her right back to where she was standing before, praying he didn't go too far with it.

He would put his index finger underneath Marinette's chin, tilting her head up.

"C-Can I?" He stuttered, bending down a bit so he would be closer to her lips.

Marinette hesitated to answer, but eventually nodded her head, yet it wasn't the kind of reaction Adrien was hoping for. Well, it was, but without the hesitation.

He gave her a weak smile before removing his hand from her, turning around as he would continue to shower.

Adrien reached his hand out behind him, looking for Marinette's hand. As soon as he had found it, he grabbed it, and pulled her in front of him so she wouldn't have to freeze to death where she was standing.

The hot water hit her skin, floating down her back, giving her a bit of a goosebump as her body tried to get used to the temperature.

While Adrien was trying to be the most respectful with looking anywhere but at Marinette, especially not her private parts, Marinette didn't care too much about where she was looking at.

Her eyes followed his body upwards, from his ankles, over his abdomen, up to his chin. Adrien was looking up to the shower-head, which meant Marinette could only see his neck and downside of his chin, yet she still thought he was looking more than attractive.

A sudden rush of sadness swept over her as her thoughts would come rushing in.

"Adrien?" Marinette said softly, her eyes back down to the floor.

Adrien looked down to her, only to find out she wasn't even looking at him, so he had to make her look at him again by tilting her head back up.

"You took my virginity, and you didn't even tell me," Marinette said with no expression on her face whatsoever, yet she was trying so hard not to burst out into laughter.

Adrien on the other hand couldn't hold his laughter. He started to laugh like he hadn't in over a week. He was expecting everything to come out of her mouth, anything that would be negative, but definitely not that.

"I'm pretty sure you were conscious when I did," Adrien chuckled, still trying to be as careful with his words since he didn't want her to get mad at him all over again. "I'm sorry, Marinette."

"For taking my virginity?" Marinette furrowed her eyebrows, "You do remember that I was the one seducing you, right?"

Adrien began to blush at the memory.

"You didn't seduce me," Adrien adjusted his throat, "we've been dating for two years, I was honestly so mad that I didn't think of sex when I came up with the costume idea."

And finally, Marinette would begin to laugh as well.

"Even worse, we've been dating for two years, and all you've given me was 'she's on vacation', how didn't I ever question that?" Marinette put her hands in front of her face before leaning against Adrien's chest, mentally beating herself up for her stupidity.

Adrien wrapped his arms around Marinette, holding her in his embrace for the first time in a week. Marinette began to sneak her arms around his torso slowly, still resting her head against his chest though.

"Why didn't you kiss me?" She then mumbled against his chest.

"Because you hesitated. I'm not doing anything with, or to you unless you're one hundred per cent sure you want it, Marinette," Adrien pulled away from their hug to look back into her beautiful blue eyes.

"And what if I told you that I do, for one hundred and ten per cent, want you to kiss me?"

Adrien smirked before bending down once again, his heart beating faster and faster and their faces moved closer together. He knew if he kissed her now, he would never want to stop.

Marinette was everything he ever wanted, and according to his picture frame, he had known it from the very beginning.

And then finally, he connected their lips, kissing her softly to begin with, but then with a swift gradation of intensity, praying she would kiss back, growing nervous as she didn't and then feeling more than relieved as she finally did.

Marinette smiled into their kiss, finally feeling at home again. For a moment nothing mattered anymore. It was only her and Adrien, the love of her life, and nothing could come in-between.

Adrien was still trying to hold himself back, attempting to touch as less of Marinette as only possible since he did not want to make this weird, nor cross any boundaries Marinette might have set.

Marinette on the other hand, slid both of her hands down his chest, roaming over his abs, his defined v-line, sending shivers down Adrien's spine.

"Mari," Adrien whispered as he pulled away from the kiss. He looked deeply into her eyes, his face soft as he was admiring Marinette.

"Adrien," she said, now placing her hands on his jawline, cupping his face as she would stroke her thumbs over his skin as gentle as possible, "you need to shave."

Adrien chuckled, knowing he had not shaved in almost a week since he could barely get out of bed.

"I kind of like it, though. It's spiky," Marinette smiled, forcing her lips back onto Adrien's.

She slipped her tongue into his mouth, deepening the kiss as he would press her against the shower wall.

His left hand found its way to her neck, putting pressure onto the sides as he would choke her ever so lightly.

At first Marinette was kind of shocked, but she quickly got used to the feeling and eventually ended up liking it.

Adrien could see the fear in her eyes, so he let loose, apologising as he thought he went too far.

"Oh my, Adrien, no. Do not apologise. I kind of liked it," Marinette said in-between kisses.

His eyes suddenly shaded darker, the lust in him growing as he would finally take a quick glance over Marinette's body, flattering Marinette.

She knew he wouldn't go any further than that. She knew he was too afraid to mess things up again, which meant she also knew she would have to initiate anything, not that she wouldn't have done it anyway.

Marinette turned them around, now pressing Adrien's back against the cold wall. His eyes widened, even more when Marinette left kisses from his mouth, over his neck, down to his abdomen. She kissed every inch she could on her way down until she was on the same level as his, now, hardened dick, her knees on the floor.

"I, uh, I'm s-" Adrien would try to apologise for his arousal, but Marinette cut him off by wrapping her hand around his length.

He gasped at her touch, tilting his head back, his lips parted, before looking back down to her. Suddenly he felt as if his legs were betraying him.

Marinette placed a kiss onto the tip of his cock, then licking the slit. Adrien gasped once more, but this time he would let out a muffled moan along it.

She began to pump him slowly, but stopped only a moment after. She stroked her thumb over the tip, then licking her tongue up his length until her mouth was back on the tip, sucking lightly before detaching herself from it.

She looked up to find Adrien's head tossed back. His lips slightly parted, wincing at her touch, leaving her grinning.

Her hand wrapped back around the bottom of his dick as she would slowly shove as much of his length into her mouth as she could.

The feeling of her warm mouth wrapped around his dick would make him tremble, groaning as she began to move in a teasingly slow motion.

Adrien put his hands into her hair, playing with it, pulling as Marinette began to move faster.

With every move she made with her head, her hand pumped the parts she couldn't fit into her mouth.

"Marinette," Adrien moaned out loud, closing his eyes in pleasure.

She licked off the pre-cum from his tip, then proceeded to throat his dick.

His groans grew louder as Marinette forced his dick deeper into her mouth, to the point where she would almost gag.

"Fuck, Mari," Adrien groaned in a raspy voice, pushing himself into her mouth as he couldn't control himself any longer.

He pulled onto her hair, moaning out loud as he would pray she wasn't going to stop sucking his dick until he came. Yet, he just wanted to feel her warm and wet walls clench around his dick as he fucked her until she climaxed.

Marinette could feel him tremble from her touch. She began slightly putting more pressure onto his dick with her lips, strengthening the familiar feeling or pleasure in his body as he was about to come undone.

He moaned out her name one more time while releasing himself inside of her mouth. Cum started dripping from the corner of her mouth, yet she had swallowed most of what was in her mouth.

She stood up, now facing him the second he was able to open his eyes again.

Adrien smiled at her with half closed eyes, thinking back to what had just happened when he had noticed the drops of his cum close to her mouth.

He brought his hand up to her face, removing the bits of cum with his thumb, furrowing his eyebrows as he wasn't too sure if she had just swallowed the rest or not.

He was about to rinse his release off with the shower water when Marinette grasped his hand into hers, bringing it back to her mouth. She put his thumb into her mouth, sucking the left over cum off his skin.

For some reasons it left Adrien shocked, but also hella turned on once again.

Marinette moved her head closer to Adrien's. He positioned his hands on her body, stroking down her sides to her ass, squeezing it before letting one hand wander off to her front, ready to slip one finger between her folds.

She stopped him, grabbing his hand once again, bringing it up to his own chest. His eyes widened in confusion.

"You don't-"

"Had to reciprocate the favour from a week ago," Marinette winked, placing a gentle kiss onto his cheek before exiting the shower, leaving him just standing there in shock with his jaw slightly dropped as he would watch her leave.

Marinette left her dirty clothes in Adrien's bathroom, seriously not caring about taking them with her in the first place. She would be the one laundering them anyway, didn't matter from what laundry basket.

On her way out she grabbed a fresh towel from his shelf, quickly wrapping it around herself, closing the door behind her as she left.

To her luck, Adrien happened to be having some of his clothes laying on his desk chair. If she remembered correctly, Adrien would never wear things twice, which meant all of his clothes were always too clean to throw them in the laundry basket, which lead to his laundry chair. After all a miracle might happen and he'd wear one thing twice.

Marinette grabbed the first t-shirt she would find on the mountain of fresh-yet-not-so-fresh clothes and throw it over her body. It looked like a too loose yet a little too short dress on her but who even cared?

Just when Marinette was about to leave Adrien's room the bathroom door opened, revealing Adrien. He leaned against the doorframe with only a towel wrapped around his waist. He was still dripping from the shower, meaning he didn't even care enough to pat himself dry.

"You put on my shirt," he noticed, smiling at Marinette.

"One's got to wear them eventually," she chuckled, carefully taking in the scent of berries and a hint of vanilla. "Why are your clothes smelling like me?" She laughed.

Adrien's cheeks reddened in somewhat embarrassment. He scratched the back of his neck, trying to come up with a good excuse, but he couldn't.

"Adrien Agreste is too poor to get himself fancy shampoo, body wash and perfume," Marinette gasped, laughing right after..

"What do you mean?" He questioned with a slight chuckle as he stepped closer to Marinette.

"Don't act like I never noticed you stealing my shower stuff, Agreste," Marinette raised her eyebrows.

"I love your scent," he admitted truthfully, shrugging as he was completely serious.

"What about the perfume, though?" Marinette asked.

"Technically, it's mine," Adrien took another step towards Marinette, "it's my amazing fragrance after all."

"No, it's the," Marinette took a deep breath, "radiant, carefree, dreamy, Adrien, the fragrance."

Adrien bursted into laughter as so did Marinette.

"You remember that by heart?"

"Don't you?"

"It's been like, what? Six years?" Adrien blushed slightly, thinking this was somewhat the cutest, yet also weirdest thing ever.

"Exactly, you need a fragrance #2," Marinette said, pushing Adrien a tad away from her as he was getting way too close.

"Oh, do I?" He smirked, "so what's it gonna smell like? What's the slogan gonna be?"

Marinette thought for a second.

"You've had too much sex and need to get home without your parents being able to sniff it? No worries, After Sex is here to take care of it. Just one spray of After Sex and you will smell as fresh as ever. After Sex the fragrance by Adrien Agreste, now available," Marinette joked, giving off her best advertisement voice she could do.

Adrien began to laugh, shaking his head in disbelief.

He walked up closer to her once again, tilting down just enough to rest his mouth on her ear height.

"I'd gladly smell like sex if you are the one I've had it with."
