The long awaited Third

Misty's POV:

Manny and I were sat in our living room watching a film together on Netflix. - Yes my brother and I actually get on. - There was a bowl of butter popcorn between us. I hadn't heard from Hugh sincd Manny's red carpet premier and I hadn't thought about him that much. He was arrogent yet sweet, bossy yet funny and he has the worst taste in humor yet we like the same comedian. I had just gotten up out of my seat to go to the toilet when halfway there I heard the doorbell go so I groaned inwardly. "I got it!" Manny yelled pausing the film and getting out of his own seat.

Manny's POV: I hated when you get to a good bit, your sisters gone to the loo so it means that you have to get up and answer the door yourself. To say I was surprised when I opened the door was an understatment because low and behold there stood Hugh John Mungo Grant the man who promised my sister a date. "Hey Man!" He smiled "Hey" I half smiled back "Is Misty around?" He asked "She's in the bathroom, why?" "I'd love to take her out this weekend as I've just finished up a shoot for a new film and I'm on a break" "Dude you promised my sister you'd take her out six months ago, do you really expect me to let you take her out after that?" "Man, I'm sorry that it's been six months but literaly after your premier I got called to do a cameo in that...... Uh..... Pride and Prejudice and Zombies" "It's not fair that you can come in a sweep her off her feet again when I was the one left to pick up the pieces you left behind just because you promised the exact same thing" I sighed annoyed "Please? I want to make it up to her" he begged "Okay, but if you mess up this time, you're the one picking up the pieces not me" "Thanks man, really appreciate it" he smiled before disappearing.
