The Library

Woozi's POV

After school I went directly to the library. I texted my friends, and told them I had some research that I had to do. If I would have told them who was accompanying me then they would have picked on me. Its hard to be close to her, but them teasing me about it isn't helping. I have never really believed in love at first sight, but right now I am falling for a girl who I barely know. I am hopelessly in love with her, and I can never tell her. I then snapped out of my thoughts when I saw her walk into the room. She's so beautiful. She don't need make-up or expensive clothing. She's so perfect already. I swear if me 1 week ago would see me now, then I would most likely throw up. I have never been a person to waste time thinking about a girl, especially not a girl I barely know. She looks around the room, spots me, and smiles as she walks over to me.

"Hello Jihoonie." She said as she sat down.

"Hello Shay." I said nervously. She gave me a smile.

"Why do you seem so nervous around me?" She asked. I then stared at her blankly, until my cheeks turned pink. She then giggled. "You're too cute." She said and began getting her books out. We then worked on our project for a good 2 hours, before we decided to call a quits for the day.

"C-Can I w-walk y-you h-home?" I asked, and she gave me a smile.

"Sure." She said. Then she grabbed my hand and started walking. After 5 minutes I decided to make conversation.

"S-So how do you l-like the s-school so f-far?" I stuttered.

"Its good. I like making new friends, and a change of scenery is always nice." She said.

"Do you like anyone?" I asked.

"In what way? Like dating?" She asked and I nodded my head. "Well there is this one boy. He's cute, sweet, and shy. Sadly I don't think he's interested in me." She said.

"W-Why do y-you say that?" I asked.

"Because he can barely talk to me. If I ever look at him, he quickly looks away." She said.

"I'm sure he likes you." I said sadly.

"Why do you say that?" She asked with a smile.

"What's not to like about you? You're smart, beautiful, caring, and from what I can tell you're as close to perfect as I've ever seen." I said.

"Don't think that." She said and her smile dropped. She also stopped walking.

"What do you mean?" I asked as I examined her face.

"I'm not perfect. No where close. So please don't see me that way. I'm not beautiful or smart. I'm not what you think I am." She said as a tear slipped down her cheek.

"Why do you say that?" I asked as I wiped away her tears.

"I'm ugly, and depressed. No wonder you don't like me." She said. I then looked at her blankly.

"I'm the guy you like?"

"Yeah." She said with a sad smile.

"Why?" I asked.

"You're different." She said, and then without thinking I pushed our lips together for a soft kiss.
