*The Day*

Jack

I just took Elsa to their house and now I'm in our neighborhood.

I saw Hiccup near Mer's house.

I told him What happened.

"So, She knows?" Hiccup asked.

"Yeah. I already told Her." I said.

"Cool." He said calmly.

"Wait, your not gonna get mad or something?" I asked.

"No. It was your choice. And your life." He said.

I just thought he'll get over acting and get mad and stuff because I told someone about daddy and something of my past like how He acted when I told bunny's best friend. I mean Aster's best friend/ crush.

TOOTHIANA.

Yes, I told her about that. But that was when we were a band.

The band broke up because of her.

After that She became a bully.

That time I wanted to ask Why. But She started hating on me.

I don't get her.

I really do not.

"Jack." Hiccup started. I hummed in response.

"Are you still not gonna give up on Elise?" He added.

I looked at him weirdly.

"Hiccup I already told you a thousand times. No. I know she'll come back." I said.

"But What about......" He suddenly stopped.

"Nevermind." He said walking away. He went to Astrid. They have a project to do with Mer.

"What about what?" I muttered.

I already got Elise a present.

It's almost December 22.

Her birthday is near. Sooner or later I'll finally see her again.

"Jack! Diner's ready!" Mom said.

Mom. Mommy.

Mom's name is Maria, my step mother. They took me in when Chris, I mean daddy, decided to let them adopt me. Dad's name is Manny. He was the one that talked to Chris that he'll agree to adopt me.

"Coming mom!" I said going in.

-the next day-

"Jack. About yesterday." Elsa said. I just laughed.

"Want me to do it again?" I teased. She blushed hard.

"No! I just wanted you to not tell anyone about it." She said.

"Why not?" I asked.

"Just don't. Anna doesn't even know it yet." She said.

"Fine." I sighed.

We're in history class.

Wrinkles here, I mean miss Yzma, keeps talking. About things.

I mean, Why study history? They're all dead anyway!

"Jack." Elsa called. I looked at her.

"Read paragraph 10." Sh whispered pointing at it.

I guess I got called.

I just stood up and read it.

-I'm skippng to the day before December 22. Which is Deceember 21, so yeah-

It's tommorow. 

Finally! I thought this day would never come!

"Jack, is Hiccup coming with you?" Mom asked. I nodded.

I told mom I was gonna go welcome Elise from her trip. 

We all decided that we would meet up at the cabin that we built. The cabin I brought Elsa to. We kinda planned it all before she left.

"Jack why don't you go buy snacks for your friends while waiting at the park. I'm sure you'll still wait and get hungry. You can take my car." She said. I just nodded again and got the car keys.

I drove to the nearest grocery store in our house and bought a few, okay, A LOT of snacks.

After that I went home surprised to see Anna and Elsa there.

Anna was talking to Mom while Elsa just waited patiently outside their car. I parked the car near theirs but I didn't go down.

I saw their mother also with them handing a peice of paper to mom. 

Wait, is that an invitation? To what?

I suddenly see mom coming this way. She tapped the tinted window and I opened it.

"Dear how long have you been there?" She asked.

"Not long." I said getting off. I looked at Elsa so did Anna.

"What?" Elsa said.

"Give him the invitation." Anna said. So it was an invitation! Wait, but she already gave one to mom.

"Here." She said handing me a blue invitation. Completely different from the one in mom's hand since it was pink.

"Thanks." I said scanning the paper.

 "Your birthday is tomorrow?" I asked. She nodded.

"We'll expect you to come. Plus Elsa worked really hard to craft that invitation." Anna said. I can see Elsa blush. 

She made this invitation just for me?

Wait a minute........

TOMORROW?!

The same as Elise's birthday?!

How am I supposed to go to two places at once?

 "You are gonna come right?" Anna asked. I nodded nervously. 

I don't know where to go. If I go to Elsa's party Elise will be sad and if I go to Elise's party Elsa will be sad. 

What is happening to me?

"Well, we gotta go. Anna and Elsa just wanted to hand those." Their mother said. Mom nodded and they took off.

"Jack, you okay dear?" Mom asked. I guess she noticed.

"No." I simply said.

"You know, that situation thaat you're in right now won't be complicated if you take the right choice." She said reading my mind.

"Then what is the right choice?" I asked.

"What your heart makes." She said getting in.

"And park the car in the garage." She added. 

I sighed and do what she told me.

-the next day-

I stared at the invitation I was holding. 

Blue, a bit sparkly, snow themed and has hand written writings. 

It wasn't just an invitation though, it had a thank you message in it. Also pictures. Her pictures.

I took the pictures and put it in my wallet. 

Putting it over my picture with Elise.

I sighed and drove to my destination.

Hiccup

I stared at a very gloomy Jack as he pulled off from his car. I'm guessing he got the invitation.

Yes, I know about it. I also got one. My plan was see if Jack will come and if he does I'll stay here for a while till Elise comes. And if he doesn't I'll keep Elise company as he have fun with Elsa.

I already told Elsa that. She said she understood since I assume Jack already told her about Elise.

"Jack, you can go to Elsa's party now if you want. I can give Elise company when she gets here." I said.

I don't even know if Elise will show up. I have a bad feelig on this.

I don't know why but from the day Jack told me  that today's the day Elise will go back I got nervous. Nervous that my best pal might get his hopes too high and get disappointed. AGAIN.

Like when he expected his mommy to come back. The news that she died tore his heart.

"That's nice of you but I have to stay here till she arrives. You can go if you want. But I'll stay." He said. I sighed and helped him get all the snacks off his car. 

Seriously though, it's a lot.

-to 3 pm coz I can't think of anymore randomness- 

"Jack, is She really coming?" I asked. It's been hours of waiting but She still hasn't arrive.

What if Punzie was right? What if She is gone?

"I know you're bored. You can just go to Elsa's house and celebrate her party with them." He said.

"What about you?" I asked.

"I'll stay here. Wait for Elise." He said. I sighed while nodding.

Elsa

I stared out my window and sighed.

"Elsa." Anna called. I looked at her.

"Punzie and Mer is here." She said.

There are lots of people downstairs celebrating the day of my birth while I stayed in my room star stated at the window.

Hoping he'll come.

I looked at my ringing phone. I picked it up and answered it.

"Hello?" I said not checking who it was.

"Hey Elsa, it's me Hiccup." The voice from the other line said.

For no reason I felt sad. Expecting it was someone else.

"Hey Hiccup! So, are you coming? Is Elise already there?" I asked. I knew that because Hiccup told me yesterday.

"I'm already on my way. But Jack isn't with me though. Elise still hasn't arrived." He said.

"O-oh" I stammered.

"Elsa, are you okay?" He asked.

"Yeah." I said a bit down.

"Hiccup I gotta go. I think m-mom is calling me." I lied and ended the call.

I felt my cheeks getting wet with warm tears.

Why am I crying?

You already knew this would happen when you heard that news.

Elise is coming. Of course her will choose her.

It's pretty obvious she's the chosen one.

Jack

Where is She?

What's taking her so long?

Relax Jack. She might just got stuck in traffic.

Or What if she'll not come?

It's been hours.

Maybe I should give up.

Maybe.
