"Erza, where are you going?" Gray asked as I kenlt down and began tieing my laces.

"To find out where Jellal ran off to."

"Okay first, he didn't run off and second, how are you going to do that?"

"I don't know but I have to find him..."

"Gee Erza, why do you make such strange choices?"

"He really didn't say anything where he was going?" I asked and dusted my hands on my jeans.

"No...just said he wasn't going to come back anytime soon," He sighed and placed his hands on his hips.

"Man..." I threw the bag over my shoulders and turned around towards the door, "You will take care of everything, right Gray?" I asked.

"Do I have a choice? But Erza Scarlet, deciding not to come back until you find Jellal is a bit too much..."

"When you're in love, nothing seems too much Gray."

"But I'm damn worried about you! Your parents will be too! This world is not safe! What if something happens to you? Where should I find you? At least come back home before midnight and then you can search other places early in the morning--"

"I'm going by trains so it's impossible. Don't worry about me, I have a someone in mind who can help me find Jellal."

"And who is that someone?"

"Just someone. I'm going now. Take care Gray."

"Can't I come with you? Please, I will make sure not to get in your way but just...let me come with you!"

"I can't let you because you need to take care of things here--"

"Didn't you say yourself that your mom wouldn't care even if you're gone? So she wouldn't care even now, right? She only wants you by the time of the wedding, we will find Jellal and come back by then!"

"Gray, why are you so stubborn?" I rolled my eyes.

"Please?"

I pondered for a while...I don't mind having a company with me and surely enough, finding Jellal would be easier if there are two people but...I'm just worried about mom flipping out when she finds out that I ran away--well, not literally but I gotta find Jellal because I have a feeling he has something he wants to say to me... I don't think the confession that I was imagining was really my imagination...His words are still echoing in my ears. I can still feel the vibration and I sure as hell not going to lose him after coming this far!

"Fine...Pack your bags quickly cause the train leaves in an hour."

"ALL RIGHT!" Gray screamed excitedly and dashed to his room.

--

"The train to Kyoto will arrive in two minutes, please stand behind and line and give way for the passengers."

"Erza, if you don't mind me asking, why the hell are we going to Kyoto all of a sudden?"

"To meet that someone."

"And you still won't tell me who that someone is?" He crossed his arms.

"You don't know her but eventually you will meet her so," I said and looked at the slowing train that was about to stop in front of us. As the doors opened, a crowd of busy people got out hurriedly as if they had another train to catch. Gray and I were stuck in the middle for a while, unable to go back or pass through.

However, after the crowd had vanished, me and a couple that was beside us quickly got inside and took our seats before we were stuck on standing.

"At least tell me that person's name. Is it a boy or a girl?"

"Girl,"

"And yet you won't disclose her name," He clicked his tongue.

It took us about an hour and a half to reach Kyoto. Exiting the train, I walked ahead and Gray followed me suit. Of course, he kept on irritating me to tell him about the girl we were about to meet, but can't he be patience for once and just follow me?

Anyway, we stopped in front of a high-end cafe called, Cafe Rosaline.

"So, this girl you're meeting is here?"

"Uh-huh," I nodded and took a step ahead when just then, the door-man opened the door for me with a broad sparkly smile.

I looked around to see if I could find her and spotted someone sitting at the very end of the Café while showing her back to me. However, judging from the similar looking hair, I took a guess and advanced towards her.

"Meredy-San?" I called out just as I stood across her and she instantly looked up at me.

"Ah, Erza, please have a seat," She placed down her cup of coffee and stared at me with a half-cracked smile, "I'm still wondering what brings you here."

"Thank you for coming here, Meredy-san," I bowed, "I don't want to waste your time and my time as well, so I'm going to get to the point right away."

"Sure, go ahead, but first, would you like something to drink?"

"I will pass, thank you."

"Your wish."

"Meredy-san...I know well that you know where Jellal might be right now, am I right?"

"Hm, I wonder...didn't he tell you anything?"

I bit my lips because knowing the fact that I don't know anything about him hurts me so bad...

"No..."

"Wahh~ That's a pity...I thought you guys were close or something," She raised a brow at me.

"Please Meredy-San..." I didn't want to beg her, but if begging was the only thing that would let me know where Jellal is...I would do it! "Tell me where he is..."

"It's a shame that he has left you, isn't it? But anyway, not that it's my business anymore. I hate you though so I might as well keep my mouth shut and watch you desperately looking for him," She chuckled and sipped her coffee again.

Her words went right through my heart like an arrow.

"I hate you too, Meredy-San but since you yourself said it's not your business, please...just tell me where he is. I know that it's my fault that he broke the engagement with you but...I love him now and I know that he loves me too..."

I suddenly glanced in front of me and noticed Gray flirting with the cute-looking server. Seriously, although we are not engaged now that doesn't mean he can flirt with girls anytime and anywhere in front of me... So annoying.

"South Korea," She suddenly uttered and I gazed at her.

"Eh?"

"Don't ask me how I know but he went to South Korea to his grandmother."

"South...Korea?"

"Yeah, that's all I know. I can give you the address but that's the only thing I can and will do for you. No more."

"T-thank you so much, Meredy-San!" I bowed again, this time a little too deeply. But, South Korea...how can I get there?

"HUH?!" When suddenly, I heard a very familiar annoying voice and looked up.

"MEREDY? What the hell are you doing here?! Erza, is she the girl you were telling of?" Gray grimacingly asked in a loud tone.

"Always so noisy..." Meredy sighed and got up, "Let's not see each other again, Erza and you--" She pointed her index at him, "Let's not cross paths again, okay?" And immediately she wore her bag on one shoulder and marched away. A few of the waiters followed her until she sat in her Ferrari and sped off.

"You...know Meredy?" I asked and Gray sighed.

"Very well indeed."

--

We were heading to the airport. Why? Because we were going to South Korea tonight.

How? Gray insisted on paying for the tickets (Since he's obviously wealthier than I will ever be)

"Her dad owes my dad a lot of money. A LOT! Okay? So much as to you can buy the tallest building in a snap of the fingers."

"So...you did know each other?"

"Basically, she's my cousin's sister but I'm not too sure myself..."

"Hm..."

"But I'm surprised you crashed into Meredy," He said.

"It was through Jellal...she was his fiancé."

"WHAT?! So it was him who Meredy was going to marry?!"

All I could do was nod.

"And I thought some jerk was too absentminded to let go of such a chance! If he had married, I'm one hundred percent sure he would have been lingering around in cars only one would dream of and live in a place that would have been close to a wishful thinking."

I took a deep breath and we both stopped at the ticket counter.

Gray did all the talking while I was frantically thinking about Jellal... How could he just leave to South Korea without informing me though.

Not long after, Gray grabbed my hand and we both went to a place where there were a dozen chairs but only a few people occupying it.

"The flights at midnight," He said letting go of my hand and sat. I sat beside him and leaned back a little. My heart was somehow beating in ways I couldn't fathom. I was yearning to see Jellal's face yet I had this feeling of hesitancy inside of me that was eating me up gradually.

"I can see the nervousness on your face," He said and chuckled, "Why are you getting so tensed up?"

"I-I don't know..." I muttered.

"Anyway, glad I came with you because if it wasn't for me—I'm not bragging—but you would have been home by now, crying in your room and seeing you cry will only make me cry and hate Jellal even more, so literally we are saved from any of those drama's cause of me."

"Thank you, Gray."

"Don't mention it. I did it only for you. Though, I suggest you close your eyes for a little while because we still have three more hours to board."

I softly bobbed my head, placed my head onto his shoulders and closed my eyes.

In a few more hours...I could see Jellal, right?

I could see his face again, I could see his smile again...right?
