lunch & arcade

y/n's POV

it was 8am in the morning, the sunlight reflecting your face causing you to wake up. you had plans for today because Jenna invited you to lunch but it was too early. you decided to work out for a couple of minutes so you head to the bathroom and wash your face to freshen yourself.

-time skip because I dont have ideas-

you huffed out of exhaustion and wiped your sweat with a clean cloth. you checked your phone to see if any notifs appeared from anybody, you were expecting Jenna's notif and there it was, you saw her notif.

you smiled and tapped on it almost immediately.

jenna <3hey y/n I wonder if your okay with frenchfoods ?

youhmm right now its 9:30amI'm gonna rest for 30 minsbecause I just finished working out,then I'll getready at 10 and I'll be on my way.

jenna <3okay then we'll meet there at 10:30 ??

after resting for 25 minutes you got up from your work out spot and walked to your closet, searching for cute outfits. then you found a white collared shirt, a red sweater and jeans to top it all off you wore a pair of air Jordans.

you brushed off your sweater with your hand to make sure you look tidy and immediately walked out of your house, you took out your earphones then plugged it into your phone listening to your emo playlist. minutes later you arrived at the playground. you sat on one of the swings while waiting for jenna to arrive, "it's already 10:31, I'm starting to think shes not coming" you thought to yourself.you sighed then got up. suddenly you hear someone calling your name. you took one of your earphones off and looked back.

jenna : Y/NNNNNNNN IM SORRY IM LATEE !!

you looked behind you and smile.

y/n : you're 2 minutes late ba- I mean you're 2 minutes late jenna

you panicked hoping she didn't hear what you called her, I guess the break up affected you.

jenna : I know,I know. I'm sorry-

begging to be forgiven by you, obviously you forgave her.

y/n : fine fine, let's go now I'm starving like hell.

jenna : alrighty let's go !!

she held your hand and dragged you to a french cafe, you cant help but blush a little.

-time skip/after you ate-

y/n : I'm so full-

you said while wiping your mouth with a napkin. while doing so, you caught her looking at you.

y/n : oh ? suddenly you like looking at me ?

jenna : w-what ?! nooo... I was just admiring you ? Yes ! I was admiring your beauty !! oh.

you laughed while jenna was embarrassed because of what she said.

jenna : so what are we supposed to do next ???

y/n : we can hang out, drink and smoke and stuff.

jenna : oh you smoke ? I didn't know that.

y/n : of course you dont know me, we literally met yesterday.

jenna : right. if we hung out, what place would you recommend ?

y/n : hmm, I'd say movies and arcade are the bestest place to hang out.

jenna : arcade ? never been there before.

y/n : what ? you've never been to an arcade before ? seriously ?

jenna : nope, I mean I've been to a carnival before ? they give me the same vibes so I never really bothered to go to any arcade.

y/n : we're going to an arcade, the nearest here.

jenna : alrighty then !!

you searched " arcade near me " in your phone, it was 4 blocks away.

y/n : alright I think I need to get a car-

jenna snickers while you order an uber. after the uber arrived, you opened the door for her.

y/n : m'lady ~

you said in a flirtatious tone, you noticed she was blushing while she was entering the car.

while in the car the uber driver asked you both where you two were headed.

y/n : nearest arcade please.

you said with a smile and with a polite tone.

jenna : wow who knew y/n who smokes can be this polite ?

jenna nudges your elbow while snickering. you turned to her,looking deep into her eyes.

y/n : I may smoke and drink but I'm nice towards people and, theres no reason to be cruel to them anyways.

jenna : awhh..how sweet of you !!

she says in awe while pinching your cheeks. after a few minutes you guys arrived at the arcade, you both exited the vehicle and you gave the driver a big tip.

jenna : where did you get all that money ?

y/n : oh I cant be rich now is that it? I understand how it is.

you took out a cigarette from your pack and lit the cigarette, jenna looks at you in shocked.

jenna : I thought you were joking about the smoking and drinking stuff...

y/n : oh I was joking about the drinking part, I only smoke.

you said while you were exhaling smoke, jenna then went to your side and pull your shoulder downwards.

jenna : oh you think your so bad huh ~?

jenna whispered into your ear, you stood there confused. wondering what happened. jenna went inside the arcade earlier than you did. moments after you finished smoking you went inside, patting your shoulder to get any dirt off. jenna was walking towards you with a bunch of tokens.

jenna : wanna have some fun darling ~?

she says in a flirtatious tone, you were flustered and blushing red. you didn't want her to notice so you covered your face with your arm, jenna was laughing at your reaction.

y/n : can we just go play something?

jenna : okay okay, I'll stop let's play something fun !!

you snickered seeing her like that. jenna took your hand and dragged you to one of the arcade machine, it was a 1v1 game you were good at it.

y/n : if I win what do I get ?

jenna : oh well well well, ms y/n is cocky when it comes to games eh ? if you win I'll give you a kiss.

y/n : easy win.

jenna was stunned, she looked at you eager to win to get that kiss. you both then start to play.

-after playing 3 rounds-

y/n : what ?! impossible I could've sworn I got you !!

jenna giggled while you rage.

jenna : I guess losers needs to be pu-nished!

y/n : right... what's my punishment ?

jenna : hmm.. you'll have to listen to what I say for a month !!

y/n : eh doesn't sounds too hard.

jenna : oh really ? then come with me.

y/n : dont ask for something weird now.

jenna : oh I wouldn't.

you followed behind her, jenna turns back to you and smiles at you.

y/n : what am i looking at right now ?

jenna : it's a claw machine I thought you knew ?

y/n : well I can see it's a claw machine, what do you want me to do ?

jenna : I want that mewtwo plushie right there !!

jenna points her finger at the mewtwo plushie, you sighed and grabbed a token from her and start playing.

-after getting the plushie-

jenna : WOOOO,FINALLY YOU GOT IT FOR ME !! THANK YOU THANK YOU !!

jenna shouting from excitement, you pat her head and smiled softly. jenna looked in your eyes lost in them.

y/n : uh jenna ? jenna !!

jenna : huh ? what ? what happened ??

y/n : you were spacing out are you okay ?

jenna : of course I'm fine, but let's go back for now.

y/n : I'll order an uber, be right back.

you exited the arcade taking out your cigarette pack and lighter.

Jenna's POV

I saw y/n walking out while taking out her cigarette and lighter, I sighed and sat on the ground thinking about what I did just now. "it's not my fault shes charming right ??" I thought to myself. it doesn't matter shes going to be like any other person who wants to try me. minutes later I fell asleep waiting.
