Chapter 3

Childhood friend——————————Y/N wakes up finding herself laying down on a bed and saw a man sitting next to her, she didn't know who the man was so she asks him. " Um, who are you?"

" I'm the one who brought you here, and I'm one of Song Mingi's friends."

Upon hearing the name Song Mingi, she scooted back to avoid Mingi's friend knowing he might hurt her. The man realized that he scared the girl out of his words, so he introduced himself. " Oh, did I scare you? Don't worry, I'm not like Mingi and the others." Still no respond from the girl. " Oh, by the way, I'm Choi San, nice to meet you-?"

" K- Kim Y/N"

" Nice to meet you Kim Y/N!"

" Don't tell anyone that we're friends, lets keep it to the two of us, alright?"

" Sure, San."

" But how are we going to meet each other?" San asked.

" Here's my address and my number." Y/N said while giving San a piece of paper containing her address and her number.

" Sure, I'd be happy to meet you!"

The two were confused as San heard a notification on his phone.

Mingki

MingkiSan, where are you?We've been finding youeverywhere.

San Oh, I'm here at the clinic.     MingkiWhy are you at theclinic?

San I had a stomachache But I'm good now.

Mingki Just get here already.Don't care about yourstomachache

Y/N, while patiently waiting for San gets curious, she looks at their conversation. " Wow, he's rude."

" I better get going, get better okay?"

" Sure, I'll see you whenever!"

The corners of San's mouth raised up showing his dimple-like smile. And waved goodbye to his new friend.

Mingi's POVWhat's taking San so long?! " Still waiting for San?"

" Yeosang hyung."

" Hm?"

" Go find San for me."

" Sure." Yeosang gets up from his seat and started walking out of the cafeteria.

Yeosang's POVI was walking down the hall, looking everywhere for San. Still nowhere to be found. That kid! Why is he leaving without us?! Suddenly, a student caught my attention. He was walking out of the clinic waving to someone before closing the door gently. I ran over to him. Of course, it was San.

" San, where have you been?!"

" Sorry hyung, I had a stomachache."

But who was he waving to earlier? I clearly saw him waving to someone earlier. " Hey San?"

" Yeah, hyung?"

" Who were you waving at when you were leaving the clinic?"

" O- oh, when I went to the clinic, someone else came in, it was a boy, he said he also had a stomachache so we just talked to each other then Mingi texted me."

" Oh, okay."

" I'm going to Mingi before my ass gets beaten up."

" Yeah, I'm pretty sure he's gonna beat your ass up."

" Yah, hyung, hahahahaha."

Third Person's POVY/N already felt better so she went out the clinic and tried to look for San but only to find him already a far distance away talking to a boy which she knew was one of Mingi's friends so she went to her lockers and saw a note which is yellow by color.

Hey Y/N, you might not remember my name, but its your childhood friend, did you miss me? I thought you were just an ordinary transferee but I was so happy I finally get to meet my childhood friend again! Try to remember me, if you do, here's my number, *************, I hope you remember at least my name, I missed you my beautiful childhood flower. - ???

Y/N smiled the happiest smile that she has, but she still needs to remember her childhood friend's name. So when the bell rang, Y/N called her driver asking to hurry because she wants to ask her siblings something.

TIME SKIP Y/N's HOME" Y/N, why are you early, you usually go home late." Said Sejeong, Y/N's older sister.

" Usually she goes home early if she wants to ask a question or look for something, am I right?" Said Jin, Y/N's older brother.

" Um yeah, I actually have a question to ask."

" What is it?" Said Y/N's siblings in unison.

" I had a childhood friend right?"

" Yeah you did, he was the only one."

" I already know he's a he, but I can't really remember his name. Perhaps, unnie, oppa, do you know his name?"

The two older siblings looked at each other." We remember him but we also don't remember his name. Sorry Y/N."

" It's fine I'll just look for something in my room to get back my memories of him." Y/N went up to her room and tried to look for any clue of her childhood friend. Still no luck. Y/N was tired on finding for a clue so she jumped on her bed laying down and released a sigh. Then Y/N caught something in the corner of her eye, it was a picture frame, as she walked to it, she looked at the two kids in the picture, the girl was her, and the boy she was assuming is her childhood friend. She grabbed the picture frame and saw a piece of paper at the back of it, it says,

Dear Y/N, This is your one and only childhood friend. I hope you will still remember me after my vacation to Japan, it will only take 2 years, but when I go back home, I wish you will still remember me. This picture that I am sure you are holding now, remember when I gave you this? It was when before I go to Japan. We were still young back then, it was when we first met. If you forgotten me, my name starts with S, I'm 10 years old, but If you're reading this in the future, I bet I'm old. I'm handsome, cute, and your one and only best friend. I love you Y/N!! - S.

Y/N let out a sigh, she found a clue, but it didn't say what was his name. Y/N guessed that maybe she should be the one that should remember herself. Then suddenly, Y/N heard children talking inside her head, she tried to shake it off but it was still there.

Y/N remembered something.

FLASHBACKY/N had no friends, she was alone and lonely because her parents dropped her off the park with her siblings then leave to work. Her siblings, had friends, so when their parents drop them off the park, her siblings will go run to their friends leaving her alone, crying under the tree. It hurts Y/N that her loving siblings will just go leave her for their friends, they always hanged out together at home, but outside, it was different. Y/N always cried under her favorite tree, no one seemed to care, no one comforted her, to other people, Y/N was like a ghost. Then suddenly a boy, a boy that changed her life came running to her with a big smile on his face. Once the boy saw Y/N, he felt bad for the girl so he decided to comfort her. " Hey, why are you crying?" Said the boy out of curiosity, Y/N looked up to see a very worried boy. " Its okay, don't be afraid, I'm just an ordinary boy." He said while giving Y/N a thumbs up. Then Y/N felt comforted with the boy so she told him all of her problems. " Oh, I'm very sorry to hear that. Don't cry, you're to pretty to cry." The boy said softly and gently while wiping the girl's tears.

" What's your name?"

" Y- Y/N, h- how about y- you?"

" Me? I'm the handsome and cute S-."

FLASHBACK ENDEDThat was all Y/N heard until her siblings called her down to eat. A lot of questions were ringing inside her head. Who was that boy? Why was he the only one who comforted her when there were other people? Was he Y/N's childhood friend? Y/N kept on thinking that she didn't know she was already down the stairs and her siblings were staring at her confusingly.

" Y/N are you okay? You've been spacing out ever since you went down the stairs slowly." Jin said, worried about her sister.

" Oh its nothing oppa, I was just still thinking about my childhood friend."

" Yah, don't push and force yourself to it, you'll remember soon enough. Now come eat here, I'm pretty sure you're starving already." Sejeong said while smiling to her sister.

After dinner, Y/N laid down her bed and kept on thinking the last words she heard.

" Me? I'm the handsome and cute S-."

" Me? I'm the handsome and cute S-."

" Me? I'm the handsome and cute S-."

Who really was that S?
