Jungkook can't believe what Taehyung had said now.

"Being deaf is so easy" Jungkook thought. You can't hear people's chatting, screams, it will be very peaceful.

Jungkook smirked at his thought. He wanted to prove Taehyung wrong. He wanted to prove that he can live like Jin for one day. Jungkook called Taehyung to his office. Of course his friend hesitated at first but still came.

"Now what Jungkook?"

"Hyung, I am going to prove you that you are wrong."

"What?"

Tae was confused by Jungkook's words.

"You said that I can't live like Jin for a day. Well I am going to prove you wrong."

"I don't know what you are trying to do."

"Well, I say that being Jin is very easy. It's not as tough as you think. I am going to be like him, and roam around the city."

"What if you can't?"

Jungkook snorted by the other's question.

"If I did, I will fire Jin."

Taehyung's eyes widened when he heard Jungkook.

"W-What?"

"Yes hyung, I will fire him if I can live like him for a day."

"What if you can't?"

"Simple. He will work for me. But that's not going to happen. Because I will make sure it won't happen." Jungkook shrugged his shoulder and asked Taehyung to buy some things for him.

Within an hour Jungkook grabbed the items from Tae's hands and smiled.

He grabbed a handful of cotton and inserted in his both ears. And wore headphone around it, to make sure the cotton was inside. He signaled Taehyung to speak, and he smirked by the action. He could only see the lips moving but he didn't hear anything.

"I can't hear anything now hyung. Maybe I can switch some songs to make it more difficult."

Jungkook was about to do it but Taehyung stopped him.

"You can't do that. Jin can never hear any song. So you shouldn't too." Jungkook found difficult in reading lips, but he didn't care since he was okay with song not playing. Jungkook wore a cap and a mask to cover his identity.

He walked out of his office and found Jin typing something on his laptop.

"You are going to lose Seokjin. Say goodbye to the Jeon Entertainment."

Jungkook smirked by thinking about firing Seokjin from the job.

He stormed out of his room and he felt silence.

For the first time in his life he felt different. He was always surrounded with music, and army's chanting but now everything was silent. He didn't know whether he liked it but still he continued to move since he had to prove being not able to hear is not a problem.

Jungkook walked on the streets happily by no background noise. He saw people fighting and yelling on the pavement and was glad that he didn't hear anything. He entered the cafe, and ordered a drink for him. He looked at how the the barista typed his fingers on the keyboard, and his lips were moving.

Though he couldn't hear, he knew how it would sound. In a few minutes he grabbed the drink and started to walk on the pavement. While walking, he saw the beach opposite to the road. He decided to walk there to let his mind relax.

He looked at the signal, and waited for it to turn green for pedestrian symbol. Once it turned, he walked while smile plastered over his face.

He suddenly turned aside by trusting his instinct and jumped in fear when he saw the ash-grey car suddenly stopped in just a few inches from crashing his body. He looked at the ground to see his drink spilled out everywhere, he clutched his heart tightly to make the heart beat slow.

He looked up to see the man in driving seat, yelling at him. He removed his headphone and the cotton from his ears. His ears were suddenly filled with noises making him difficult to adjust.

"Are you a fool? Didn't you hear my horn? God, put those headphone out while crossing road." There were several gasps and whispers around him, but his ears were only caught the words which the guy yelled.

"God, is he deaf?"

"Poor boy, he could have died."

"This is why our elders tells us to concentrate on road instead of something."

Jungkook ignored all those comments and walked to the beach. He looked at the headphone and cotton in his hands and slowly moved to the beach without glancing at people who were shouting at him.

How was he supposed to hear the horn when he couldn't hear anything. He looked at the time, it was 10:45 am.

It's not even an hour and he failed in his bet.
