She didn't want to talk to them. She went towards the cafeteria for breakfast; boy, was she hungry! She could've eaten three helpings if she could! Danni's P.O.V   I was walking to class, and then I got called to the office. When I got there, I made sure it wasn't a trick, it wasn't. Fairy Godmother was there, along with an African American girl with a black afro.    "Danni! This is Mackenzie, she's new, and I thought that you two could be friends!" Fairy Godmother exclaimed.   "Sup" I say.   "Hi" she replies.    "Okay, well you two need to be getting to class, and remember, wisdom is better than magic!" Fairy Godmother said. Yeah, right! Magic is WAY better.    "What's your name again?" I asked.   "Mackenzie" she answered.   "Yeah...Okay May, I need to go somewhere you head inside" I said, calling her May on purpose.   "Its Mackenzie" she corrected, and went inside. I headed to the front doors, looked around, and walked out. I headed to McDonald's to get some breakfast, since I never have any. (I do NOT own McDonald's, that'd be weird if I did) I ordered a breakfast burrito meal, which, by the way, was delicious. Then I heard a voice say, "can I join you?'"   "Sure" I answered, not looking up.   "So why'd you call me May?" The voice asked. I looked up and saw Mackenzie sitting across from me, with a McChicken in her hands.   I shrugged, and answered, "I know your name, I just don't care"    "Oh! So you called me May so no one thinks you care" She said.   "Sort of, I actually, seriously, don't care" I replied.   "Oh really? Well I don't care about you." She said.   "Okay" I shrugged, and kept eating. Mackenzie looked shocked, and then angry.   "Well you're just a big bully who's all alone!" She said.   "Why thank you" I said, taking her previous comment as a compliment. She looked even more shocked.   "You are now my friend" she decided, and went to throw her trash away. Huh? What just happened? The last friend I had was...no, she might turn out just like her.    I tried for days, and days, but she just wouldn't listen! She told everyone about me and her being friends, even Mal! Mal and Evie teased me about it. Finally, I gave in.   "Hey Danni, are you and your friend going to lunch together?" Mal asked, smirking.    "You know what, yeah! Yeah, me and my friend, Mackenzie are going to eat lunch together" I answered. Mal looked like she was going to cry.   "My baby sister has a friend!" She said, pretending to wipe a tear. I rolled my eyes, and went outside our dorm. Surprise surprise! Mackenzie was there.   "Hey Danni!" She greeted.   "Hey Mackenzie." I greeted, surprisingly cheerfully. It was...nice. Mackenzie's whole face lit up.   "Let's go get lunch!" Mackenzie said, leading the way. From what I've seen from being around her, she likes to take charge. So do I...
