Chapter 15

Tonight was the night, I suppose to ask her to be my girlfriend because tonight was perfect, it's private here, the dark sky and stars above are perfect, she loves beaches, the rhythm of the ocean, our friends.

Maybe the planned ones aren't really the best ones as everyone said

I even prepared a song for her. But what's really bugging her? Did Kendall referring to her ex boyfriend? But why? She told me she moved on already, she never talked with that guy since the day they broke up.

Maybe she just really love him so much and that guy is so lucky, he's so lucky.

I lie on the bed looking at the ceiling and I raised my arms pulling it closer to my face.

"Selena thanks for letting me go, thank you for breaking my heart, thank you for the pain you caused me, thank you for everything. If you didn't let me go I won't meet a girl like her, the better ones. I think I just don't like her, I love her." I says as I beam to to my left arm. I kissed it and I sat at the bed leaning at the headboard.

"Maybe she's not yet ready, maybe it's not yet the right time. Well that's love you just really have to wait because it's worth the wait" I heard a familiar voice and I glance at my side seeing Alex lying at the bed.

"Aaaaaalex! What are you doing here!?" I exclaimed.

"Heeeey I've been here since earlier. Remember, I told y'all I have a flu" He chuckled.

"Damn it!" I furrowed my brows an he raised his arms defensively.

"We will always be here for you" He smiled then walked towards me.

"What about the plan?" He asked

"She needs space" I replied obnoxiously.

"That's okay it doesn't mean she don't like you. The way you two look at each others eyes there's something, it's a treasure" He smiled making me calm, then we fist bump.

HAILEY's POV

After I took a midnight bath, I already get out of the rest room and the girls were all looking at me flatly. They're all staring at me... Creepy

"Girls, please stop giving me that look" I tried to chuckle but still they're beaming at me as I made my way towards the mirror. And from the mirror, I can still see them looking at me.

"Giiiiirls! I'm scared of y'all" I yelped then Madison pouted and rolled her eyes, the other girls had the same reaction with her also.

"So what happened out there?" I asked them as I comb my hair.

"We're leaving tomorrow" Gigi interrupted and my eyes widened.

"Really? Thanks God" I sighed then smiled.

"Seriously? You're happy we're leaving?" Lauren frowned.

"Yeeep" I grinned and she sighs. What's wrong with them? I don't get them! And Kendall is nowhere to be found. Since I'm already tired I went to my bed and took a nap.

"Hails, wake up!! hey wake up" I slowly opened my eyes and Maya reveals above mine since I was lying at the bed.

"What time is it?" I groaned as I cover my face with pillows.

"10 am and we're leaving already" I heard Lele's voice. And that 10 AM woke me up. I quickly get up and seeing them all packed. WHAT THE HELL!?

I tie my hair and wore my jumpsuit then just a simple flats. After that I quickly pack my  things making sure I didn't left any Hailey fingerprint here.

We walk towards the Parking lot which took us for 10 minutes of walking then tadah there's the small bus. Everyone is getting in, while me just waiting to be the last one to enter. I followed Lele then I also sat beside her.

"Wait! Where's Justin?" I asked them then they all beam at me as I grinned.

"He already left last night" Alfredo said as the bus started to drive along the way.

"What!?" I'm confused.

"Hmm" Ryan hummed then instead of making this trip happy it's getting boring so I just lean on my seat then sleeps. The bus brought me first at my flat so I quickly went out of the bus saying "goodbyes" to each other. I checked my phone as I ride on the elevator then it's already around 12 in the afternoon. Iiiiiii'm hungry

As I entered my flat, I place my suitcase then quickly went to my kitchen to grab a granola bar. I headed to my room and lie in the bed. I quickly texted him to meet me tonight. Since I don't really have no idea where am I going

Hey let's meet tonight

He instantly replied. xx Sure! That's great let's have dinner. And I'll pick you up

Okay

xx Did you just got home to meet me asap? Hahaha

What the hell dude! Actually they all changed their mind for leaving today it supposed to be the day after tomorrow

xx But honestly I can't wait to meet you

And that's how the conversation ended for me not replying him back. I quickly look for a dress to wear since we're gonna have dinner and I grab the cozy hugging dress which is actually knee length and it's not too short. So this is cool

I grabbed the stiletto heels then placed it beneath the dress I picked. I did some house chores I can do all by myself. And since I got a cute gym here in my flat, I also did my workout.

I was waiting for a text message from Justin but I got nothing, so I decided to text him.

Hey Juuuuuuuuuustin!

Hey

Uhh why'd you leave that late last night?

Something just happened, but I'm definitely okay

Hmm. Are you sure?

Yeah. Okay bye I'm busy

Why is Justin being like this? Uh I hate it! Is she going back to Selena? Please No, Yes, No, Yes, No. Hailey, you just really need to calm yourself and don't expect Justin is liking you back. But ugh! I hate this feeling!

As I prepare for my dinner tonight. My door bell buzzes, I quickly opened it and seeing my ex. Yes, my ex. (A/N: I won't mention his name)

"Hey!" I smiled to him then I kissed him on the cheeks.

"Just wait for a minute, I just have to finish my makeover" I chuckled as I close the door behind me and him scanning my flat.

"I like your apartment, it's beautiful" He glance at me then I entered to my room already. I apply my lipstick then I'm done here, I grab my pouch and I get out of my room.

"Wow you're gorgeous as ever" He chuckled eyeing me from the bottom to the top. Then as we get out of my flat he just offered me his left arm so I link my right arm to it and we went to the parking lot already. This will be the last one

I slid to the passenger seat and him putting the keys on ignition. "So how's being a model? Well I've seen you lots of times on magazines and I even show it to mom" He spare a glance to me before looking back to the road.

"Well I'm doing good" I chuckled.

This is so beautiful. Everything here is so beautiful. The furnitures, interiors, exteriors, the cozy sound and the people around us it's formal really formal and gentle as well. We sat on the table for two and we started to take our orders.

"You ordered too much" I chuckled. He changed, he looks so decent now than before

"It's okay and I'm already hungry" He grinned and I smiled to him. He's too gentleman now than before

Our conversation went deeper and deeper as we take our dinner together. The laughed, smiles and the stories with extraordinary sense. We didn't talk about sad things right in this moment. We only care about us right now, like what we did before but he's better now.

We headed to the balcony which you can see the city lights because we're here above, on the top of this hills we're stepping in. California seems busy tonight from our view here above.

This place is so peaceful and I like it.

This resto is actually huge and here from the balcony you can see the people inside having dinner since the resto is wrapped with glasses.

"Hailey" I heard him.

"Yes?"

"I like here"

"Me too" I smiled to him then he stood closer to me we're just inches away right now.

"But I still like this girl beside mine" He said and I looked at him who's looking at me since we got here in the balcony. I've seen his sparkling and dazzling eyes staring at me sweetly but mine loses the sparkles to him.

Before I can say a word he already started talking.

"Hailey, I'm sorry for being such a dumbass boyfriend. I know I doesn't care about you before but you really worth to me. I regret for letting you go and I'm going to regret it for the rest of my life. It's true 'you only love her when you let her go'" He says to me as our eyes connecting to each other. Then a tear rolled down on his cheeks then I wiped it immediately.

"It's okay well I'm okay now but lemme tell you I really loved you. But thanks for setting me free. If you didn't do it, I won't meet him —the guy of my dreams well you know how much I fantasize him since then" I chuckled and sent him a sad smile

"You don't like me anymore?" He asks with a sad voice.

"I thought it would be hard for me to meet you tonight, to talk to you tonight because I'm scared maybe I still love you if I've seen your face and hear your voice but it didn't happen tonight, I lost my sparks to you baby and I think I just don't like him —I love him" I hugged him as tightly as I could. Then he response with a tightest hug like I'm a bear and this is the last time we're going to hug.

"Hailey" I heard a familiar voice. So we quickly pull off to each other and as I scan my eyes with surrounding I've seen Justin standing there wearing tuxedo. Oh why is he here?

"Juu-" I was cut off when he quickly leave and I was about to go follow him but he grabbed my arms.

"Before I give you to him always remember I will always be here for you" He said then he plant a kiss on my forehead, I can see how his eyes closed when he kissed me.

"Thanks" I place my arms onto his shoulders.

"What are you waiting for? Goooo!" He grinned and I kissed him on the cheeks mouthing "thank you" then I finally leaved looking for Justin. I keep scanning the place looking for him, but I haven't seen him and thanks I've seen Hugo at the Parking Lot.

"Huuugo!" I called him and I walked towards him.

"Oh hailey you're here" He smiled at me then bowed also as a sign of respect.

"I came here for a dinner. Anyway I'm looking for Justin where is he?" I asked.

"He leave immediately looking furious, I even told him I'll drive for him but he insisted" Hugo said.

"Okay thanks —but wait can you drive me there? Please I have no car" I pleaded then he rolled his eyes first.

"Hop in!" He said excitedly and I quickly slid to the passenger seat.

"Thanks" I cheerfully said and he started to drive already.

"Hailey, would you mind if I ask you what you were doing there?" He asked breaking the silence then I just chuckled.

"I went for a date. How about you guys what you were doing there?" I asked.

"Well they had a dinner meeting for Justin's upcoming music or album" He smiled "—with the Island Def Jam" He added and I smiled. "That's great"

Hugo headed straightly to Justin's house since the staffs on Studio was at the dinner meeting and he knew Justin have no choice but to go home. As we enter through the open gates we've seen Justin's car was parked.

"He's here" Hugo says then he parked the car first before me getting out.

"Thanks" I said as I open the door.

"Tell him that I'll be back at the dinner place because I still have to pick them up" Hugo snapped.

"Okaay. Thank You!" I smiled then I went out of the car already heading to the door but instead I made my way to the back door which is open. Gotcha!

I searched for him at the backyard but he wasn't there, and also at the kitchen none of his fingerprints are seen. So I walked over to look for him but the place looks really empty and pretty dark. Honestly I'm scared but I know he's here 

"Where do he actually stays?" I asked myself.

"Think think think" I said then before I could walk to the right side I bumped into something.

"Ahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!" I screamed then yes I was lied to the tiled floors not having the chance to open my eyes. But even tho my eyes were closed I can feel the whole place is now filled with lights but yet I'm still closing my eyes.

"Hey what are you doing here?" I heard Justin's voice. Ugh! Finally

I gasped. "I'm here for you" I said and he lend a hand to me which is I grab it so I could stand up properly and I'm actually in this awkward position.

"Why are you here? Why don't you go to him instead of waisting your time here" He said. This is literally Justin like he would insist himself into something even tho he knew what is going to happen, kiddo!

I actually cried while making this Chapter. I feel sad for Hailey and his ex but we know Justin should win this lmao they seem loyal to each other. And its just so sweet.
