Extra:
16:53, 14 December 2019The first person I remember when I woke up is a man with cold face but warm jade eyes. He looked at me full of worry and after confirming I am fine, he breathed a sigh of relief. He told me he will be my father from now on. Then, he really fulfilled his role as my father.
He bathed me, he fed me, he clothed me, he cuddled me to sleep… everything as a father should, he did. However, at some times, I felt his gaze at me is different.
It was like he was seeing a different person when he looks at me. I wanted to ask him, but until I grew up I hadn’t. Because I learned and realized, I reminded him of that person. I never felt guilty, nor he did. But we both felt sad. That person… I know they are a big part of our life. An important person.
However, that person is that person’s (LWJ) important person. Because I have found my own important person. He was the second person I saw. He was like the bright sun shone in my life. He is as lively as the rabbits, as refreshing as the mountain breeze, and as lovely as the flowers. He was the second person who reached out his hand to me.
“Then, I will call you Sizhui from now on! You call me A-Yi!” he said as he held my hand tight, smiling widely at me. He’s brighter than the sun.
I may have forgotten my father (LWJ) may have mentioned that he lost his important person. Losing his important person is like losing his life. Because our important person is the reason why we live every day. We live to see them. We live to hear them. We live… to love them.
I may have forgotten, since at that time I am having a high fever that caused me to lose my childhood memories. However, I will never forget A-Yi. I will never lose him like how father lost his important person.
“A-Yi…” I called as we play in the grass. He suddenly wore the flower crown he was making earlier.
He turned to me and made a toothy wide grin. “Am I beautiful, Sizhui?” he asked.
I felt my heart stopped beating, then suddenly beating fast. I felt I lost my voice as I stared at him. “A-Yi…” I called, my voice hoarse because of so many emotions I felt. “You are the most beautiful.” I told him. “A-Yi – “ I called, my heart beating faster and faster, then asked.
“A-Yi, can you be my wife?”
---------------------------------------------(A/N: again, my heartbeat 😂😂😂😂😂)
Lan Jingyi slowly opened his eyes and met Lan Sizhui’s loving gaze. He felt his face flushed and he covered his face with the blanket.
“A-Yi.” Lan Sizhui called as he gently held Lan Jingyi’s hand.
Lan Jingyi come out from the blanket and looked at Lan Sizhui, then to his hand when he felt something cold wrapped his finger. He felt his chest became full and his eyes filled with tears. “A-Yi…” Lan Sizhui called as he wiped Lan Jingyi’s tears and kissed his eyes. “Your answer?” he asked and cupped Lan Jingyi’s face, his eyes filled with undisguised love.
Lan Jingyi sobbed. But, just like from their childhood, he smiled. That wide smile that’s brighter than the sun –
Lan Sizhui finally heard again the words that he kept as a promise in his heart after 16 years of waiting.
“I’d love to!”
(A/N: explanation. In this story, LSZ and LJY met when they were 8? Then, after 16 years – they’re now 24 years old, they are engaged. That means when they were 16 they had sex, they had been in a relationship for 8 years and finally got engaged – their relationship becoming official.)
P.S.: It's been a long time since I last wrote MDZS fanfic (like... 2, 3 weeks ago? 😂😂😂😂😂) anyways, this isn't an announcement of me retiring (EXM?!) as a fanfic writer 😂😂😂😂😂 this is me announcing not getting married either 😂😂😂😂 this is me announcing of the next extra, it'll be XiCheng 😍😍😍😍and maybe another extra WangXian? Dunno.
The theme of the extra will be Christmas. Ah, a new idea popped out. It'll be XiCheng ft. WangXian and other CPs. It'll be a slight Christmas topic as a prelude to my Christmas fanfic of MDZS. Please look forward to it! 😁😁😁😁😁😁
P.P.S.: i'll be writing the last extra for this fanfic book (?) after I wrote this P.P.S., then will immediately post it here. 😁😁😁😁
