Kalos Royalty (4)

     Ash rode his bike, he did not know where to go. He was not prepared for this in any way. He just hoped he could find a place in this crowded town. Everyone was looking for apartments as they all were staying for the new show. Ash thought he could tell them he was the Kalos King but that felt like he was cheating. 

     Then his phone rang, he didn't recognize the number so he let it go to voice mail. "Hi Ash" the voice said "its me Serena, I was wondering, if you didn't have a place to stay you could come to my apartment on third and oak str...". "Of course I will come!" Ash picked the phone up excitedly.

     Ash rode around, trying to find the corner of third and oak. Not much happened that night, some rat pokemon he couldn't make out shuffled off once they saw pikachu in the side basket of the bike. Other than that it was a very peaceful and quiet night, then three buff looking men walked up to him. They were thugs, probably here to rob unsuspecting travelers.

     Then a man walked up to them, he had tall spiky red hair with an all red suit. He pointed to Ash and nodded his head no. Ash could just make out the word 'king' as he spoke. Wow, ash thought, I realy like the perks of being king. I haven't even seen team rocket on this trip.

     Then as if just on que, a meowth jumped out of the bushes. Ash was at first startled, but then realizing it was just a wild meowth he kept on biking.

     He reached Serena's apartment at about 9 o'clock. He knocked on the door and she gladly opened it to see him standing there. "Ash!" she said. "so great to see you" he replied.

     They sat the rest of the night chatting and watching TV, Serena put her arm around Ash's shoulders and they slowly drifted off to sleep. They woke the next morning at 8:45, just in time to get changed for rehearsals. Serena wore a beautiful black and red dress with a red hat and white bow. Ash wore a simple black and white tuxedo and his hair was for once combed back.

     Serena walked up to him, running her hand through his hair, shen she viontly shook it up. Ash's hair went back to its raven like messy state. "Its better this way" she said. "I never Knew..." Ash trailed off.

     *RInG* Serena's alarm went off. "oh, we better get going" she said. A black limo was waiting for them when they walked out of her apartment, they both got in it. "wow" Ash exclaimed. "Its pretty cool" Serena explained "But I eventually got used to it" .

     "we will be going now, as long as you aren't forgetting anything. Ash had left his pokemon at the day care, they should be happy with the mountains and hills of the wide open space. "Nope'" he replied and the driver took off for the stadium.
