"Merry Christmas! Ho ho ho!" Santa said

"Whaa! It's Santa! Carry me!" The children squealed

As I watched the event, I played with the snow on the floor

I looked at the time.

10:08pm..

He's 3hrs late...

I took out my phone and dialled his number

I hung up the phone.

I clenched onto it tightly..

FLASHBACK

"Mianhe! I couldn't make it! I was really busy with my studies" Minhyuk said

"It's always been like this! This is the 8th time! How long are you gonna make me wait--" I scolded

"Mian! Mian! I promise! Next time, for sure" Minhyuk said

"You said that the other week!" I said

"Mianhe.. I really didn't mean it.." Minhyuk frowned

I sighed.

"At least message me you can't make it.." I said

"Mian.. I'm just really busy" Minhyuk said

I pouted.

"How 'bout this? On Christmas, I'll take you out to dinner. I promise I'll come so leave that day free alright?" Minhyuk asked

"....Alright. What time?" I asked

"7:00pm! Meet me near the Children Santa Event!" Minhyuk said

"...You better make it on time! Otherwise I won't forgive you" I pouted

"I promise this time" Minhyuk said as he held my hand

"Alright then..." I said

Minhyuk... I actually found out that recently you've been meeting up with other girls and not me..

Why is that?

Do you not love me anymore?

.....Cause I had enough.

I'm sick and tired of waiting..

I keep telling myself to believe in you..

But you end up breaking that trust

I keep telling myself you'll come..

I stood up and typed down the message.

I deleted his number.

It's... over now.

Yet.. I feel like my heart's been ripped to shreds.

I started walking home..

There's no point in feeling all depressed about this..

"I had enough of love.. I'm so tired of it.. Someone save me.. from this pain" I cried

Suddenly, a light shined out of the floor.

A... circle? With weird engravings..

Wait, I've seen these before in books!

They're called Magic Circles... right?

I saw a head popping out of the floor..

A-A BOY?!!!

I screamed as the boy came to the surface.

"W-Who the hell..." I said

"You must be the one who summoned me" The boy said

"Mian... who?" I said

The boy stared at me with 'Is She An Idiot?' look.

"Look around. Is there anyone else besides you?" The boy said

"Wait, what do you mean by summon? And how did you.. come out of the floor? Wh-What are you? You look perfectly normal to me but--" I said

"Ohh. Right. Well, this is my human form so of course you're confused. I'm actually a demon" The boy said

I stared at him..

"A Demon" I said

"Yeah" The boy said

"A Demon" I said

"......Yeah" The boy said

"A DEMON" I said

I walked pass the boy..

Man, there are sure weird people out there..

Calling themselves demons and stuff..

I don't have time for this--Wait what the? A shadow above me?

I looked up.

My eyes widened.

T-The boy's FLYING?!!

He flew above me then landed right in front of me.

Holy crap.. Is he seriously... The Real Deal?

He sighed.

"Look, if you don't believe me then fine, whatever. But you see, you sacrificed something important to summon me and now I have to pay you something back. Which is One Wish. It can be anything" The boy said

"A wish?" I said

"Yeah. Anything you like. I don't care. Just hurry it up so I can grant it and go to the next contractor" The boy said

"Woah woah wait. I have a contract with you right now? And the only way to break is for you to grant me a wish?" I said

"Precisely" The boy said

I thought for a moment...

Hmmm....

I sighed.

There really isn't anything I want...

I just want to be alone..

"I wish for you to go home" I said

"....Mwoh?" The boy said

"That's my wish. Go home and leave" I said

"You have... no other wish?" The boy asked

"Yes" I stated

"Seriously? All the other humans wanted money, fame, looks, and other stuff but you... You're weird" The boy said

I get that alot...

"Whatever, I'm tired so go away" I said entering my apartment

I opened the door and sighed.

I placed my stuff down on the table.

Man... What a day..

I should take a bath.

As the water filled the tub, I took some PJs to wear and I took off my clothes.

I placed the dirty clothes in the laundry basket and entered the water.

"Haah... Now this.. is paradise" I said relaxing in the warm water

"Hey, you have a nice body" The boy said who's IN THE BATH ASWELL?!!! (with his clothes on)

I shrieked and quickly grabbed a towel, wrapping my body.

"W-W-WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!!" I exclaimed

"You're my contractor so obviously I'm staying here" The boy said

"Mwoh? But I already gave you a wish so I shouldn't be your contractor anymore" I said

"Well the thing is... I need to respond to the wish. I never really said anything towards what you wished to before.. So..." The boy said

"But first.. GET OUT!!" I shouted

"Geez. Human girls are so loud. Alright alright. I'm getting out" The boy said getting out of the tub

I sat down in the living room.

"So technically, you're contracted with me because I sacrificed something special to summon you and you need to grant me one wish in order for our contract to be finished?" I said

"Yeah. But you don't have to use your wish now. You can use it later on. Think wisely and choose a wish" The boy said

"But.. Doesn't that mean you'll be living with me?!" I exclaimed

"Yeah. So what?" The boy said

"What do you mean?! I only have one bed!" I shouted

"Well then you can take the floor and I can take the bed" The boy said

"DOES THAT EVEN MAKE ANY SENSE?!" I exclaimed

"Geez woman. You're so loud.. Fine! You can sleep on the couch" The boy said

"THAT'S NOT THE POINT!" I shouted.

Aish.. this boy...

Making me so frustrated..

"Ugghhhh..." I groaned

"Anyways, because you sacrificed something, I'll be living with you from now on until you give me a proper wish to grant" The boy said
