21:08, 24 May 2024"Let's repeat that night," Jungkook repeated, his voice calm and devoid of any emotion. The cruel indifference in his tone sent a shiver down her spine, and she felt a wave of nausea wash over her.
Y/n's eyes widened in shock, her tears flowing freely as she shook her head vehemently. "No... Please, no," she whispered, her voice barely audible.
Jungkook's gaze hardened, his eyes narrowing as he watched Y/n with a cold, calculating expression. "Why?" he asked, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "Is this hard for you? To do what you did that night?"
Y/n couldn't meet his gaze, her head bowed as tears streamed down her face. Her body trembled with fear and humiliation, the weight of his words pressing down on her like a suffocating blanket. She felt utterly powerless, trapped in a nightmare from which there was no escape.
Jungkook exuded an aura of dangerous authority, his presence filling the room with an oppressive tension. He was dressed impeccably in a white shirt, the sleeves rolled up to his elbows. His dark hair fell over his forehead, and his cold, sharp eyes seemed to pierce through her very soul.
"You have to touch me the way you touched me that night," he continued, his voice low and menacing. "But there's a difference. That night, you did it to save yourself. Now, you have to do it to save your uncle and aunt."
Y/n's heart felt like it was being torn apart. The memories of that night flooded her mind, bringing with them a wave of shame and regret. She had been desperate then, willing to do anything to escape Jungkook's grasp. But now, the stakes were even higher, and the price she had to pay was infinitely more painful.
"Please, Jungkook," she whispered, her voice choked with tears. "Don't make me do this. I'm begging you."
Jungkook's expression remained impassive, his gaze unwavering. "Begging won't help you, Y/n," he said coldly. "You know what you have to do."
Y/n took a deep, shuddering breath, trying to gather the strength to face the ordeal ahead. She glanced at Eunji, who was still whimpering softly in Jungkook's arms, her tiny hands reaching out for her mother. The sight broke Y/n's heart, and she knew she had no choice but to comply.
She closed her eyes and bowed her head, feeling utterly broken and defeated. Jungkook, with his cold and terrifying demeanor, understood her submission and relished in it.
With a deliberate and measured movement, he pressed a button on the wall. Moments later, a maid entered the room, bowing respectfully.
"Take her," Jungkook commanded, his gaze never leaving Y/n. The maid obediently took Eunji from Jungkook's hands, cradling the crying baby gently.
"And yeah," Jungkook added, his deep voice echoing with menace, "don't disturb us till the morning."
The maid bowed once more and swiftly left the room, the door closing with a resounding thud behind her. The silence that followed was oppressive, the air thick with tension. Y/n slowly raised her head, her teary eyes meeting Jungkook's unblinking, icy stare.
He extended his hand towards her, a silent command that she couldn't refuse. Hesitantly, she took slow, tentative steps towards him while crying, her body trembling with fear and anguish. As she drew nearer, the tears streamed down her face even more, her sobs growing louder.
When she finally reached him, Jungkook wrapped his arms around her, pulling her into a tight embrace. The unexpected gesture caused her to break down completely, her cries muffled against his shoulder. She wept uncontrollably, her body shaking with each sob.
Jungkook held her firmly, his grip possessive and unyielding. "That's it," he murmured, his voice low and menacing. "Cry all you want, Y/n. But remember, this is your reality now. There's no escape."
Y/n's mind raced, a flurry of emotions swirling within her-fear, desperation, and a deep, gnawing sorrow. She had once thought she could escape Jungkook's clutches, but now, trapped in his embrace, she realized just how futile her hopes had been.
"Please," she whispered through her tears, her voice barely audible. "Please, let me see my daughter. I need to know she's okay."
Jungkook's hold on her tightened, his breath hot against her ear. "Eunji is fine," he said coldly. "But you... you belong to me now. And you'll do exactly as I say."
Y/n's heart sank at his words, the weight of his control crushing her spirit. She knew she had to find a way to endure, to survive this nightmare for the sake of her daughter.
He closed his eyes and inhaled deeply, savoring the scent of her perfume. It was a fragrance she had once chosen for its light, floral notes, but now it felt like a cruel reminder of happier times, times when she was free. He began to kiss her neck, his lips trailing a path that sent shivers down her spine. The sensation made her skin crawl, and she fought the urge to pull away, knowing it would only provoke him further.
His fingers tracing the delicate chain of her gown. His touch was slow, deliberate, as he slid the chain downward, exposing more of her skin. She felt a surge of revulsion but was powerless to stop him. She squeezed her eyes shut, trying to block out the reality of what was happening.
[ AFTER THREE MONTHS ]
Three months had passed, and Jungkook had broken Y/n in ways she hadn't thought possible. He had stripped away her sense of self, her hope, and her will to live. Drifting through each day in a haze of depression and despair. Any thoughts of escape or resistance seemed like distant, impossible dreams.
That night, after putting Eunji to bed, Y/n carefully arranged the pillows on either side of her daughter, ensuring she was comfortable and safe. She kissed her gently on the forehead, lingering for a moment as she watched her daughter sleep peacefully. It was the only solace she had left in her shattered world.
Her eyes were hollow as she left the room, closing the door softly behind her. She walked to a small table in the corner of the hallway and opened a drawer, her movements mechanical. Inside was a cold, metallic object that she had been hiding for weeks.
The mansion was silent as she climbed the stairs, the only sound being her soft footsteps on the carpeted floor. It was night, and the darkness seemed to press in on her, matching the void inside her heart.
The door creaked as she pushed it open, his back turned to her as he sorted through some files. His posture was rigid, his movements precise and cold. There was no warmth in him, only a cruel, calculating nature that had brought so much pain into her life. The sound making Jungkook pause and turn slowly to face her. His expression shifted from mild annoyance to surprise as he took in her appearance. She stood there, silent, tears streaming down her face. Her eyes were filled with a mixture of rage and despair, her face a mask of pain and determination.
"What-" he began, but the words died on his lips as he saw the gun in her trembling hands. His eyes widened in serious.
Her hands shook, but she kept the gun pointed at him. "You took everything from me," she said, her voice breaking. "You killed my parents, You've ruined my life. I can't live like this anymore."
Jungkook's eyes narrowed, his face becoming a mask of cold, unyielding seriousness. The tension in the room was palpable, each second stretching into an eternity. Y/n's heart pounded in her chest, her fingers trembling as she clutched the gun. She had nothing left to lose; the only thing keeping her going was the desperate need to protect her daughter.
"You've taken away my hope, my joy, my will to live. All I have left is my daughter, and I will not let you destroy her too," she declared, her voice a mixture of brokenness and fury. Her eyes, once filled with light and life, now reflected only pain and a simmering rage.
Jungkook didn't flinch; he didn't even seem afraid. Instead, he looked at her with a chilling indifference. "Shoot!" he commanded coldly, taking a deliberate step closer. His eyes bore into hers, unyielding and devoid of any fear.
Her hand trembled slightly, but she didn't lower the gun. The barrel was aimed directly at his heart, a symbol of the power she held in that moment. A power she had never felt before.
"If you have guts, then shoot me," he taunted, his voice icy and challenging. He continued to advance, closing the distance between them with an eerie calmness. His confidence was unnerving, a stark contrast to the turmoil raging inside her.
"Stop!" she cried, her voice cracking with the intensity of her emotions. "Don't come any closer!"
He ignored her, taking another step forward. "Do it, Y/n. End it. Prove that you're not as weak as I think you are."
Tears streamed down her face, but she held her ground.
Her grip tightened on the gun, her knuckles white with the strain. "You're a monster," she whispered, her voice filled with a mixture of fear and loathing. "I can't let you control me anymore."
He took another step, now only a few feet away from her. "Then do it," he challenged again, his voice a low, dangerous growl. "Pull the trigger. End it all."
Her mind was a whirlwind of memories and emotions. The image of her parents lying lifeless on the ground flashed before her eyes, followed by the sight of her daughter sleeping peacefully just a few rooms away. She couldn't let this man continue to control their lives. She had to be strong, for Eunji's sake.
Jungkook stopped in his tracks, his face a mask of cold, unfeeling confidence. His eyes were hard, his mouth twisted into a mocking smirk. "I know you can't do this," he scoffed, his voice dripping with disdain. "You're not strong, Y/n. Not anymore. Don't think for a second that you will kill me."
He turned his back on her, the smirk still playing on his lips. The sound of his mocking laughter filled the room, a haunting reminder of his relentless cruelty. But as he moved, a sudden, sharp sound cut through the air-a gunshot. His eyes widened in shock, and he looked down to see a dark, spreading stain of blood on his stomach. He touched it, his fingers coming away red and sticky. His body trembled as the realization hit him.
He turned back to face her, disbelief and pain etched into his features.
Y/n stood there, the gun still raised, her eyes filled with a mixture of tears and rage. "You underestimated me," she said, her voice shaking but resolute. "You thought you broke me, but you were wrong."
Jungkook staggered, clutching his wound. His breath came in ragged gasps, the pain evident in his eyes.
Her hands shook, but her resolve didn't waver. She pulled the trigger again, and another bullet tore through him, this time hitting his chest. Blood sprayed from the wound, splattering across her face. She didn't flinch, didn't look away. Her eyes remained locked onto his, filled with a fiery determination.
He fell to his knees, his strength failing him. The confident, unyielding man who had tormented her for months was now reduced to a broken, bleeding figure on the floor. His eyes were wide with a mixture of pain and astonishment, as if he couldn't comprehend what had just happened.
Y/n lowered the gun, her body trembling with the aftermath of her actions. The weight of what she had done bore down on her, and she struggled to keep her emotions in check. Tears streamed down her face, her sobs mingling with the sound of Jungkook's labored breaths. "You left me no choice," she whispered, her voice breaking. "You left me no choice."
"If you didn't kill my parents, if you had just surrendered yourself," Y/n continued, her voice thick with sorrow, "then this wouldn't have happened. None of this would have happened." Her words were punctuated by heart-wrenching sobs, the full weight of her suffering pouring out in each tear.
Jungkook's bitter smile twisted his lips, a reflection of the twisted fate that had brought them to this moment. "Right," he said, his voice barely more than a whisper. "If... I hadn't met you... If I hadn't fallen in love with you... things would be different."
His words cut through her like a knife. The man who had caused her so much pain was now speaking of love, of what could have been. She sank to her knees, the gun slipping from her grasp and clattering to the floor.
Jungkook's eyes, filled with a mixture of pain and sorrow, met hers. Blood continued to seep from his wounds, staining the floor beneath him. His voice was weak, each word a struggle. "I didn't want to give you pain," he whispered, his breath ragged. "I just wanted to die... to die by your hands. That's why I made you hate me."
His words hit her like a physical blow, cutting through her heart with brutal precision. She cried even harder, the full weight of his confession overwhelming her.
"I know I destroyed everything," Jungkook said, his voice breaking. Tears streamed down his face, mingling with the blood from his wounds. "But it's true that I love you. I love you more than anything, Y/n."
His confession pierced her heart, adding another layer of complexity to the storm of emotions raging inside her. She could see the raw honesty in his eyes, the regret and the pain. But it was his next words that truly shocked her.
"And... And... I didn't kill your parents, Y/n," he continued, his voice barely more than a whisper. Her eyes widened in disbelief, her breath catching in her throat.
"Your parents died by my rival's hands," he explained, his voice heavy with sorrow. "But my name was dragged into it. They wanted to ruin me, and they succeeded. I... I took the blame because I thought I could handle it. But I was wrong."
Y/n's world seemed to tilt on its axis. The hatred, the anger she had felt towards him for so long now seemed unfounded, based on a lie. Her heart ached with the realization that she had been living in a web of deception. Trembling, she moved closer to him, her tears falling even faster. She sank down beside him and gently cradled his head in her lap, her fingers brushing through his hair.
"Why... why didn't you tell me this before?" she cried, her voice filled with anguish. "Why did you let me believe that you were the monster who killed them?"
Jungkook looked up at her, his eyes filled with regret. "Jungkook.. Why did you do that, Why did you?"
He managed a bitter smile, his bloody hand reaching up to wipe her tears. The contrast of his bloody fingers against her tear-streaked face was a poignant reminder of the violence and pain that had marred their lives.
"I know," he said, his eyes filled with regret. "I know I made mistakes. So many mistakes. But my love for you never changed, Y/n. Even at my worst, I loved you."
Her sobs grew louder, her body wracked with the intensity of her emotions. She held him tighter, her tears mingling with his as they both cried for the lost time, the pain they had inflicted on each other.
"I hope... we will have a normal life in the next life," he whispered, his voice growing weaker. His hand fell from her face, his strength finally failing him. His eyes closed, and he took his final breath.
Y/n gasped, her heart breaking as she felt him go limp in her arms. His eyes closed, a peaceful expression settling over his face as he took his final breath. Y/n held him close, her heart breaking for the man he had been and the man he could have become.
Y/n flashback start running in her mind. Like how they meet, He buy her a new cycle. He come to meet her when she giving a chocolate to kids, he have a sweet fight with her. The way he used to tease her but......
