Y/n pov :-

It's already a two months, when I married taehyung. All thought it's contract marriage, I already told him that I only see him as a friend and I don't have any kind of feeling for him. My uncle and aunt wants me to start my life again because they can't see me like this.

After marriage, me and taehyung moved to busan because busan is his work place. First I was not ready to go back to that city because for me busan is not less than a nightmare but he was work there and we don't have another choose.

Taehyung didn't know about my past and neither my uncle aunt knows. They think I left my job just because of this I feeling sad.

I was just don't wants to involve them in this case because I know how powerful jungkook is.

I was looking at the outside through the window then on the time I feel someone's tapped on my shoulder from the behind. I turn and it was taehyung.

"I was calling you, where were you lost, Are you okay?" He asked in his calm voice. I come out my dream land and reply him.

"Oh, I was just wondering something, don't worry I'm fine" I smiled and he nodded.

"Okay, I take a leave, today I have a important meeting and boss must be waiting for me" He said and I nodded. He left with the car and I waved my hand. I'm so lucky to have him because he understand me and my feelings too but unfortunately I didn't loved him and I don't think in the future I can be able to give him a love, which love he deserve.

We didn't get intimate at once because I'm not ready for this and neither he ever asked me for this. He such a gentleman and it's true he love me so much that's why he respect my feelings.

I turn behind when I hear the sound of my phone ring. I goes towards the side table and pick up the call.

"Yes, Hani how are you?" I directly asked.

"I'm fine, hey are you free today? I mean on the lunch time?" hani asked and I look at the wall watch and it's 8 : 00 am of the morning.

"Yeah.. I'm free but why are you asking this?" I asked and I hear her chuckled.

"Nothing, I just miss you much. If you don't mind, Can we meet at the lunch?" hani asked and I smiled a little.

"Why not!"

"Okay then, I will wait you at the restaurant, Bye" She said.

"Bye" I nodded and cut the call.

[ Time skip ]

Author pov :-

She get ready herself and come out from her house. After locking each door she take her leave with the car.

She park the car and come out from it. She look at here and there and suddenly her eyes fell on hani. Hani waved her hand towards her and y/n smiled and goes towards her.

They both hug each other.

"I really missed you" hani said and they broke the hug.

"Me too" Y/n said and they both smiled.

"Come, I'm hungry" hani said while pouting which make Y/n laugh.

They eating their lunch and gossiping about something. They were was talking then on the hani excuse herself and goes towards the bathroom. She start looking outside while tapping her fingers on the table.

She flinch a little when someone put the hand on her shoulder. She immediately turn and became speechless.

"Y/n mam" Seohyun said and sit the front of her. Basically Seohyun was her junior when she was working in busan as a police officer.

"Seohyun, what a pleasant surprise. How are you?" She asked while smiling and he smiled too.

"I'm fine mam and I get shock when I saw you here after so many days. I think it's already a years when we last time meet each others" He said and she nodded slowly.

"But, where were you in this years and why left your job?" He asked and smile faint away from her face.

"As I know you was doing great in your job, but sudden?..." He asked and she look towards him after calming herself.

"Because of some personal reason I left that job." She said in low voice.

"Oh, I see" He mumbled.

"Your last case was jeon jungkook case, which you solved, Right?" He asked and her body because numb after hearing his name.

"Mam, you literally done such a great job. Entire busan police was unable to catch him but you find him" He said and she start looking outside.

"But he come out from the jail after one year" She jerk her head towards him because his words made her speechless.

"What?" She asked while raising her eyebrow.

"Yeah, because after the lot of investigation, police found out that he didn't killed innocent peoples."

[ Time skip ]

She was making the dinner but it's seems like she thinking about something. Seohyun words was still running in her mind because what he said to her it's not less than a bad news for her.

She know jungkook was loved her more than the anyone and he not gonna leave her that easily, which make her scared even more.

She hear the knock on the door and she come out from her thoughts. She turn off gas frame and come out from the kitchen.

She open the door and saw her husband who was sweetly smile towards her. She also smiled and he come inside the house. She close the door from the behind and taehyung sit on the couch and put his bag on the table.

She come return to the kitchen while taking a one glass of water. She give him a glass and he gulped in a minute. She come and sit beside her.

"How was your day?" He put the glass on the table and start removing his shoes.

"Nothing so special" He said and she reading his face expression and it's clearly says how much he looking tired.

"I will come after taking a shower then we will eat our dinner" He said softly and she nodded. He stand up from the couch and straightly goes towards his room.

[ Time skip ]

They both laying on the bed while their back was facing each other. She was losting in her deep thought and taehyung sleeping peacefully.

She didn't feel good because what she is doing with him is not good. She using him. He loved her but she unable to give him his love back.

"Didn't you sleeping yet?" She flince a little when she hear his voice. She turn her body behind and see he was looking her while his one hand was under his head.

"Did something, botherd you?" He again asked and she don't know what to answer him. She shake her head a little.

"Don't lie, Y/n" He said softly.

"I know something you hiding from me because I never saw you in tension, this much"

"No--"

"Your face telling everything" He cut her in the middle. She became speechless and he sit up from the bed. She also didn't think twice and get up. He softly take her hand in his hand and looking into her eyes.

"Now tell, you don't have to hide anything from me... After all I'm your bestfriend" She look at him and think something for a seconds.

"And if you consider me your friend then you can share your problems with me" He smiled softly and then she nodded her head slowly.

"Can I work outside?"
