T H I R D P E R S O N'S P O V

PETE'S FOREHEAD knitted when he heard what Korn said.

Pete looked at Korn and Elisa who's now walking faster to rode in the car.

"What does Khun Korn mean?" Pete muttered to himself.

"Who's son he is talking about?" He added, still confused about what he heard.

"Pete! What are you waiting for? Get your weapons!" Pete's back in the reverie when Porsche's nudged him.

"Shit." Pete uttered and nodded at Porsche. He quickly went to the storage room and put guns in his holster. He also pick grenades and other weapons.

"Get back on the track, Pete. Right now, the only thing you need to focus is to save Macau and Vegas." Pete said to himself.

Pete sighed, calming himself, when his phone vibrated.

He took it out of his pocket, and saw the the message from Leo.

From: Leo

P'Pete, we are on the way to the location.

"You can do it, Pete. The main and minor family is willing to help you." Pete comforted himself, because he was really nervous about what will happened.

"Are you ready, Pete?" Porsche asked Pete as he secure the guns in the holster.

Pete gazed at him and nodded, "I am." Pete replied and checked the magazine of his gun.

"Let's go. The minor family's bodyguards are on the way there." Pete stated and walks out in the firearms room.

When they arrived at the living room of the main family mansion, all bodyguards are lined up, ready to fight just to save the two Theerapanyakul.

"Our mission is to save Macau and Vegas, is that clear?" All of them nodded at Pete. "Kill everything that needs to be killed. Arm, Pol, you will attack from the back. While Porsche and I are in the front with the other bodyguards of the minor family." Pete explained.

They all listen carefully to Pete, determined to help their friend.

Pete looked at Six, also one of Khun Tankhun's bodyguards, "You will be left here with the new bodyguards to watch over Khun Tankhun, is that c—" Before Pete could finish speaking he was cut off.

"I'll go with you, Pete." Tankhun said while coming downstairs.

"Khun..." The three of them and Porsche protested.

"It's too dangerous for you, Tankhun." Porsche said.

"I'm coming, Porsche. I don't want to stay here while my children are fighting for their lives." Tankhun reasoned out.

Pete, Porsche, Pol, and Arm sighed as they know that they can't do anything to change the decision of their master.

"Alright, Khun. Let's go! Just stay with us, okay?" Porsche's reminder.

Tankhun nodded and immediately clung to Pete.

All the bodyguards of the main family took turns riding in cars to go to the location that Leo sent to them.

WHEN THE car stopped, Pete immediately readied his gun as he saw that the minor family bodyguards, Korn and Elisa were already there.

"P'Pete!" Leo immediately greeted him.

"Any news?" Pete asked as he scanned the surroundings and the old building in front of them.

"P'Pete, Cad had looked around and they confirmed that Khun Vegas and Khun Macau are here." Pete's jaw clenched as he heard what Leo said.

"Leo, go there in the back, assign people in all entrances and exits as well. When the inside is clear, immediately send the snipers upstairs." Pete ordered.

Leo immediately nodded, "Roger, Phi." He answered and quickly went to his fellow bodyguards.

Pete looked at Porsche and saw that he was talking to Korn. Pete approaches them...

"K-korn...V-vegas and M-macau.." Elisa cried.

"That's what I'm telling you, Elisa. I have warned you. I told you that Red was planning something with Vegas, but you didn't listen." Korn said to Elisa.

He had noticed that for a long time, since someone attacked Vegas before he sent Pete in the minor family, he already knew that Red was behind of it. He tries to talk to Elisa about it, but she seems deaf and doesn't listen to what he says.

Elisa looked at Korn with tears on her face, "Can you blame me, Korn? After what your brother did to me and Red? For what? For his own."

"Red and I would have been happy with Vegas, who is our son, if it wasn't for your greedy brother..." Elisa said.

"Your brother is so shameless and cruel, Korn... he raped and locked me up and had Red killed by his men." Korn can't look at Elisa, because what she says about what his brother did to her is true.

Pete, Porsche, Arm, Pol, and Tankhun were dumbfounded by what they heard from Elisa. Almost all of them couldn't believe what they were hearing..

"Isn't Vegas the son of Khun Kan?" Pete said in his mind.

"What the fuck.." Porsche said weakly.

"What your brother did to me, Macau is the result of it...I am so devastated by the cruelty your brother did to me and to my love. He took away Vegas' chance to meet his father... because I thought Red died at Kan's hands. Now, all this happening is your brother's fault." There was a hint of resentment in Elisa's voice as she said those words.

"I hope I'm not too late... because I chose to keep quiet so that my children wouldn't be affected by this... but I made a mistake. It's my fault why Red now has our son and Macau in his hands..." Elisa said sobbing, because she's afraid of what will happen to her family.

"I need to save my sons..." Elisa uttered to herself before she ran.

"Elisa!"

"Khun Elisa!"

They all shouted, when Elisa ran towards the building.

However, before she entered the building a loud explosion happened in the east wing of the building.

"VEGAS! MACAU!" Elisa shouted while crying her heart out.

"NOW! MOVE!" Pete shouted and all of them moved to enter the vicinity.

When they entered, they were immediately fired upon, "Shit. They fucking waited for us to enter this shit." Porsche cursed while firing at the enemy.

"I will find Macau." Pete said in his earpiece before he turned left.

Pete immediately shot the enemy he encounter, "Fuck you all. Rot in fucking hell." Pete cursed when he punched the gun at the motherfucker who tried to stab him.

Deafening gunfire can be heard throughout the building. Shouts and groans of the people who were shot are the only thing you can hear inside.

What used to be a quiet and peaceful place has become a battlefield.

ON THE other hand, Wave laughed demonically when he heard the exchanges of gunshots.

"Oh they are here." Wave muttered and looked at Vegas who's now staring at him deadly.

"What are you doing this, fucker?" Vegas asked with full of hatred.

Wave walks near at Vegas, "I want you to all die in my hands. Well, I just used your father to avenge on you."

Vegas' forehead knitted, "What did I do to you!?" Vegas asked.

He doesn't remember that he did something wrong to Wave.

"You killed my brother." Wave said, full of disdain.

Vegas tries to remember who he had killed before, and he smirked when he remembers it... 

"Ohh of course, it would be an idiot... Who are you referring to? Is it William?" Vegas asked with full of sarcasm. 

Vegas shrugged and smirked at Wave, "He's the most dumbest person I killed." Said Vegas while staring at Wave.

"Is it my fault that he betrayed me?" Vegas smirked at Wave, "He's a total asshole. Does he think I will fall for his schemes?"

Vegas shook his head, mocking Wave.

"Fuck you!" Wave shouted and punched Vegas in the face.

"You fuck---" Wave couldn't continue to hurt Vegas when the door of the room their were opened.

"Wave," It was the owner of the W.R Corporation.

Vegas spit out his blood, "Oh, there you are, old hag!" Vegas greeted Red.

Wave immediately bowed his head, "Khun Red..." 

"They are already here. Prepare yourself..." Red looked at Vegas, "And this fucker. In no time, you will meet your evil father in hell." Red added.

Vegas scoffed, "And you? What did my father did to you?" Vegas asked, because he's tired dealing with these fuckers.

Red walked near at Vegas and punched Vegas in the face hardly. 

Vegas groaned because of the pain he felt. "What the fuck!? If you want to kill me, just fucking kill me! You don't want what will happen once I am free from these." Vegas tried to shake the chains in his body.

"Your father fucking ruined my life and my family." Red said with gritted teeth as he remembers what Kan did to him and to his lover, Elisa.

"How the fuck is that my fault? I'm not even alive when it happened." Vegas said.

Vegas stared blankly at Red and Wave, "You're all fucking coward and piece of shits." Vegas said.

Red just stared at Vegas blankly.

"Wave, bring that jerk in the rooftop. We are going to wait all of them there." Red ordered Wave before he went out to the room.

"You are fucking dead, Vegas by your own father's hands." Wave murmured while looking directly to Vegas.

Vegas looked at him confuse, "What the fuck are you talking about, fucktard?" 

Wave laughed and shook his head, "What a pity. Your mother didn't tell you yet?"

"Don't fuck with me, Wave." Vegas said with gritted teeth and shook the chains that enveloped him.

Wave just shrugged and command his subordinate to get Vegas.

"It's time to your death, Vegas. Can't wait to kill you.." Wave muttered before he went to the room.

"Fuck you, Wave! I will fucking kill you!" Vegas shouted.

"PETE, ON YOUR LEFT!" Pete looked to his left side and shoot the enemy he saw.

"Thanks, man." He muttered to Porsche. "I will go upstairs." Pete said and he pointed upstairs.

He immediately walked upstairs and shoot the enemies he encountered.

"Shit!" Pete hid quickly when his gun ran out of bullet.

He immediately took his extra bullets and quickly put them in his gun. Pete peeked through the wall where he was hiding and saw that the enemy was approaching his place.

He first hid his gun in the holster and took out the knife. You can hear Pete's heavy breathing because of the tiredness he feels. They've been here for a while and he hasn't caught up to Macau and Vegas yet.

"Fuck.." Pete whispered under his breath when he felt that the enemy was already near in his place.

Pete prepared himself and when he saw that the enemy was there, he instantly grabbed his hand and kicked his knee causing him to drop the gun.

Pete's opponent immediately fell to his knees and Pete punched him in the face, the enemy even tried to punch him, but he immediately got the knife and stabbed him in the neck. Pete took the knife in the man's neck and the enemy immediately collapsed.

Pete has no idea how many people he has killed, and what's important to him to save the two important people in his life, Macau and Vegas.

"Oh fuck!" Pete groaned when he felt a sting of pain on his shoulder.

He immediately faced another enemy and threw the knife he was holding at him with all his might.

"Ahhh." The enemy groaned and immediately let go of the gun when the knife hit his hand.

Pete smirked and walked near the man who kept groaning because of his wounded hand.

"You have the guts to shot me, fucker." Pete said, annoyance was visible in his voice. He tightly pulled the hair of the man and pulled out the knife in the hand of the enemy.

Pete chuckled when he heard the groans of the enemy; he pointed the knife to the chest of the man and Pete saw how terrified the man was.

"Oh, you're scared?" Pete asked and gripped tightly the man's hair.

"Where are Vegas and Macau?" Pete asked seriously while pressing the knife in the neck of the man he was holding.

"A-argh. N-no.." The man grunted when he felt the tip of the knife digging on his neck.

"I'm running impatient right now... Fucking answer me, bastard." Pete said, his jaw clenching so bad while staring at the man merciless.

"K-khun M-macau is u-upstairs... K-khun W-wave brought Khun V-vegas in the r-rooftop..." The man answered.

Pete let go of the man and stood up, "Thanks for that." Pete said before he took his gun and shot the man in the head.

Pete hurriedly ran upstairs, "Porsche, Vegas was brought to the rooftop." Pete said in the earpiece to inform his friends and colleagues.

"Copy, we will go there." Porsche answered.

When Pete reached the floor where Macau was located, he quickly went to the only room there and kicked the door.

Pete saw that there were only three people guarding Macau, and before they shot him, he took his guns and shot all of them.

"Phi.." Macau muttered when he saw his P' Pete.

"Macau!" Pete hurriedly walked near Macau and untied him, "Are you okay, Macau?"

Macau nodded at Pete, "Phi... H-hia... t-they brought Hia somewhere..." Macau said while tears streaming down to his cheeks.

Pete hugged Macau as he felt the anxiousness of Macau, he caressed Macau's back, "Don't worry, Macau... We will save your Hia. I will never let anyone hurt you and Vegas.."

Pete cupped Macau's cheeks and looked at his eyes, "Let's go home... together with your Hia." Pete uttered.

Macau nodded at him, "I'll wait for you and Hia, Phi.." Macau replied and smiled at his P'Pete.

Pete guided Macau going outside, "Pete, my child! Macau!" Tankhun welcomed both of them and hugged them.

"Glad that you're safe!" Tankhun uttered.

"Khun.. take care of Macau for a while. I will go to the rooftop; they brought Vegas there." Pete told Tankhun.

"Okay. Okay. I will take care of Macau. Take care, Pete..." Tankhun said, still scared that something harmful would happen to his children.

Macau held Pete's hand, "Come back with Hia, Phi.. I n-need both of you alive... Please?"

Pete nodded at Macau, "We will, Macau. I love you.." Pete answered before he ran inside again to save his lover.

"ELISA, WAIT FOR ME." Korn told Elisa, who's running fast, to go to the rooftop.

"My son... I n-need to save Vegas, Korn." Elisa said as she's sobbing, thinking that Vegas is in danger.

Korn shook his head as he could not stop Elisa, he ready his gun and looked at his bodyguards, "Brace yourselves."

When they reached the rooftop, Korn stopped Elisa, "Elisa, calm down. I will go first, okay?"

"B-but..."

"Please, just for this time, Elisa listen to me..." Korn told Elisa.

Elisa nodded at Korn, "S-save my son..." Elisa begs as she watches Korn opening the door of the rooftop.

When Korn entered the rooftop with some of his bodyguards led by Chan, Red welcomed him with a grin on his face.

"Oh. I'm glad that you are here, Korn." Red greeted him.

"Uncle.." Vegas muttered when he saw his Uncle Korn

Korn roamed his eyes and saw Vegas tied beside Red's subordinates, "Red, let go of Vegas." Korn told Red.

"Huh? Why would I? Do you think I will follow you?" Red said and walked near Vegas.

Red aimed his gun to Vegas' head, "Should I kill your nephew in front of you?"

"Why don't you fucking pull the trigger now to end this fucking drama, old hag?" Vegas said as if he was ready to die now.

"Vegas!" Korn shouted.

"If dying would be the key to ending this misery, kill me now." Vegas added, not minding Korn disapproval.

Red smirked, "You're ready to die huh?" Red stood in front of Vegas and stared at his eyes, "How about I kill Pete in front of you first?"

Red grinned, "I heard he's coming here.. right , Wave?"

"Yes, Khun." Wave answered.

As soon as Vegas heard that, his blood boiled, wanting to kill the man in front of him.

"Fuck you! Don't you fucking dare!" Vegas clenched his palms.

"I dare you." Red said before turning his back to Vegas.

Vegas discreetly tries to escape from the shackles as he feels the chains loosen to him.

'Fuck you all. You're all fucking dead.' Vegas

Vegas saw that Red and Wave were busy talking to his uncle that's why he grabbed that opportunity to kick the person who was guarding him and get the gun from the man.

Vegas quickly shot the man beside him, "Fuck you all! Don't you fucking dare lay a finger on my Pete." Vegas said with gritted teeth as he shot all the bodyguards of Red and Wave.

When Vegas saw that all of the bodyguards were dead, he stood in front of Red, "What now, old hag? I told you to kill me earlier." Vegas tsked.

Red smiled at him wickedly, "Do you think that I can't kill you?" After Red said that, they both aimed their guns at each other.

"Vegas! Red!" Korn shouted, trying to stop both of them.

Red was ready to pull the trigger, however... "Vegas! Red! No!" They both stopped when they heard that voice.

Vegas and Red both looked at the person who called them...

"Mama..."

"Elisa..."

Red eyes quickly got teary eyed when he saw the woman he loved the most, "You're alive, E-elisa.."

Elisa walked near Read, "S-stop this, Red...please..." Elisa said as she cried while looking at his son and lover.

"E-elisa.." Red smiled, "Elisa... don't worry, I will fucking avenge what happened to us by killing the son of Kan." Red added.

Elisa shook his head and looked at Vegas, she held Vegas' hand, "Don't do that, R-red..."

"Don't do that with your o-own s-son, R-red." Elisa muttered while looking directly at Red.

Confusion filled with Vegas and Red's eyes as they heard Elisa.

"W-what are you t-talking about, Elisa?" Red asks with confusion as he alternately stared at Vegas and Elisa.

"Ma? W-what do y-you mean?" Vegas asked, still processing what's happening.

"He's our s-son, Red...Kan deceived all of us, Red. He locked me up in his house and told me that you are dead already... V-vegas... he's the fruit of our love... Don't hurt our son, Red..."

When Red heard that, he looked at Vegas and slowly let go the gun until it dropped...

"I-i'm s-sorry..." Red cried as he slowly walked near Vegas and Elisa.

"N-no... t-that's not t-true, Ma. You f-fucking l-ying to me." Vegas said as he stepped backwards.

"He h-hurt me and Macau then you're telling me he's my fucking father!?" Vegas shouted.

"You fucking kidding me!" Vegas shook his head.

"I'm s-sorry, Vegas... I d-didn't know..." Red whispered as he stared at his son.

"What a fucking reunion it is." Wave uttered as he clapped his hands. 

"It's nice working with you Khun Red, however, I am little disappointed because you didn't kill Vegas." Wave played the gun in his hand as he stares to the Theerapanyakuls and Red.

"Let's stop this, Wave. We don't need to kill Vegas.. he's my son." Red said.

Wave's forehead, "You don't want to kill him anymore?" Wave asked sadly.

"Yes." Red replied, "Drop the gun now, Wave. Let's go home.." Red added.

"Vegas!" Pete shouted while breathing heavily.

"Pete!" Vegas turned around and his heart was happy seeing the owner of it.

Vegas runs to Pete, because even though he feels so confused right now, Pete is the only one who gives clarity to his life.

Nonetheless, Wave laughed hysterically while watching Vegas ran to Pete, "But, I want to kill him." Wave uttered and aimed his gun at Vegas.

Vegas was close to Pete when he suddenly screamed and ran towards Vegas...

"Vegas!" All of them shouted Vegas' name as they saw Wave ready to shoot his gun at Vegas.

Pete immediately hugged Vegas and turned around and Vegas heard a gunshots...

Pete smiled at Vegas, "I love you, Vegas..." Pete whispered while staring at Vegas.

When he hugged Pete, he felt blood on it... "Pete..n-no!"

Vegas saw Wave was the one who shot Pete, he took the gun in Pete's holster and shot Wave mercilessly.

"Fuck you, Wave! Fuck you!" Vegas shouted furiously as he continuously shot Wave until he ran out of bullets.

Vegas felt Pete leans at him, "I'm g-glad you're s-safe, l-love" Pete muttered as he caressed Vegas' cheeks.

"N-no..P-pete... Why d-did you do that?" Vegas said as he supported Pete.

Little by little, Pete fell into his arms, "Y-you're a-always the o-one w-who s-saves me...It's m-my t-time t-to s-save you, Vegas." Pete explained and he winced as he felt the surging pain in his back.

"N-no, P-pete... w-we'll go t-to h-hospital..." Vegas looked at Korn, Elisa, and Red, "P-please... let's b-bring Pete to h-hospital, U-uncle.." Vegas begged as he caressed Pete's cheeks.

Pete smiled at Vegas and shook his head, "You're s-safe n-now...l-love. Y-you c-can now g-go...home.." Pete spit blood as he's having a hard time breathing...

"D-don't t-talk, P-pete... W-we'll go t-to h-hospital..." Vegas was sobbing hard, because he's fucking scared.

'I can't live without you... P-please stay w-with me, Pete. P-please God... help me... Please s-save Pete...'  Vegas prayed as he carried Pete in his arms.

"Ready the car, Chan." Korn commanded

Both Korn and Red guided Vegas going downstairs.

"P-pete...h-hang in t-there, please... S-stay w-with u-us.. S-stay with m-me." Vegas continuously whispered to Pete.

"V-vegas...I'm s-sorry... I c-can't f-fulfill my p-promise... I l-love y-you..." Pete whispered and closed his eyes.

"PETE! NO! PETE, PLEASE!" Vegas shouted as he saw Pete closed his eyes...
