Chapter 10
06:30, 29 June 2014SAM POV
--------------
Dean shoved the holy bone thing into Dick's neck. Finally, it was over! No more Leviathans to roam the earth ... I hope. Books didn't say much of anything about them dissipating after the leader thing was dead. But, I'll take my chances.
Dick started to laugh, and something started to pulsate. It was like his life source or something. Within seconds, Dick exploded , and Cas and Dean disappeared.
"Dean?" I shouted.
"He's gone." Crowley said.
Kevin and I stood in the door way of Dick's lab. Kevin freaked out for a moment, and then he was gone.
"What did you do!" I shouted.
"I didn't do anything, Moose."
I rolled my eyes. Dean was missing...

KYLEE POV
------------
Finishing the car was probably the most active I've been since the running thing... I mean... Heh. Yeah, I'm bored. I started the glossy part. Taking the same precautions , I placed the mask over my face, and the gloves on my hands. The paint went from dull, to glossy. Like the clear coat of nail polish.
I looked down at the car. It was perfectly done. I found it's keys on Bobby's hooks. Turning it in the ignition made the thing hum to life. I smiled in success . It only took me two days to completely finish it. I'd say I'm pretty damn awesome. Turning the car off, I just sat there.
"Kylee?" I heard someone call.
It was Sammy. He was back. But, I didn't hear his big mouthed brother.
"In here!" I called out.
I saw him walk over to the shed, "Why are you in here?"
"Just finished Bobby's last project... Where's Dean? And Cas?" I got out of the car. I crossed my arms, "They didn't die, did they?"
"No... They- they just disappeared." Sam's head hung .
I felt a pang of sadness in my heart, "Oh, Sammy. I'm so, so sorry."
Before I could do anything, his muscled arms came around my body. I could feel him sobbing. I dropped the stuff in my hand, and hugged him tightly. His body bounced with the sobs, and deep breaths. I cooed 'shhhhhs' in his ear.
"It'll be okay. We'll find him ." I whispered.
We stood still for a few moments. When Sam pulled away, his eyes were red and tears streaked his face. Taking the men's role, I wiped them away with my thumb. I flattened my hand against his cheek, cradling his head. His much larger hand covered mine. For a moment, his eyes closed. I pulled myself closer to him. Looking up into his sad eyes, a tear slid down my face. I felt bad. Sam practically just lost his last family member.
I stood on my tippy toes, making myself eye lever with him. My hand kept its place. Ever so slowly, I brushed my lips to his. Was this right?
I started to debate one whether or not it was... But, I stopped fighting with myself when Sam pushed his lips on mine. I went flat footed , and Sam's neck craned to stay lip locked. The kiss became heated, but we both forgot to breathe. We pulled back, breathing heavily. Sam's hand found it's place on my hip. And my hand? Hanging loosely over his shoulder.
"Before we do anything, Bobby wanted to wait for you." Sam whispered.
"What do you mean?"
Sam pulled Bobby's old flask from his pocket, "He's turning into a vengeful spirit... He didn't want Dean and I to torch it yet."
"I'm sorry, Poppcorn." I heard Bobby's voice behind me.
He looked sad, "It's okay, Bobby. Actually," I wiped a tear from my face, "it's not ... I'm sorry you're gone ... I was never there."
Bobby became solid, and he hugged me. I wrapped my arms tightly around him. My tears heated up my face. So many people have died.
"It's not your fault, Popp. Get that fire goin'." Bobby said, the. Directed Sam.
Sam grabbed some random wood and set it a few feet from the shed. He poured lighter fluid over it, and began to light it. Flames engulfed the stack of wood.
Before he threw it in the fire, I grabbed it, and finished the hard liquor in the flask.
"Goodbye, Bobby ." I told him .
Sad smiles formed on Bobby and I's faces. (A/N: is that right? I dunno.)
"Bye, Poppcorn." One last hug.
I tossed it on the makeshift fire . Bobby wasn't gone yet.
"I'll see you two soon. Just, not too soon." Bobby chucked, "And, Kylee? Keep this idjit in line."
"I'll try, Singer." I felt more salty tears fall down my cheeks.
We all looked back at the fire. The flask melted, and Bobby disappeared. Sam pulled me to him. I leaned on him, and balled my eyes out. Bobby was gone, and it was all I could do. Nothing.
____________
I woke up, rolling off the couch. Yup, my five hours were done. I couldn't sleep any more. Sam lay on the floor a few feet away. I nudged his arm with my booted foot. I got a frown and a groan in reply. I grabbed the air horn on the coffee table. Hitting the button, Sam sprang up, and was ready to fight.
"Well, now that we're up. I'm gonna call Garth and he is going to come pick up that car out there. Take it somewhere. Or keep it." I set the air horn down.
"You painted, and finished that car. I'm surprised you don't keep it." Sam rubbed his eyes.
"Well, I love my impala," a thought came to mind, "Why don't you take it, and Garth takes the Impala to storage?" Then I thought for a moment, "Or, while we search for Dean, we stay in Boston, and have Garth take the Camaro, you drive Dean's impala, and I drive mine?"
"That might be a better idea."
Sam put the fire out, and we went inside Bobby's house. The next question to come from his mouth.
"Where are all of Bobby's books?"
"In my car. I thought I'd take them because they weren't much use to him. And I have books smarts." I nodded, and winked, "So, if you need any help, call."
"You're so like Bobby." He smirked.
"Oh, I know. I spent a lot of my childhood with him and his wife. My dad was always hunting." I smiled, wiping the last of my tears away.
The lights were on, causing an orangey glow around the rooms. Darkness outside made it slightly hard to see the junkyard.
"Let's go sit outside." I mumbled, "Ya' want coffee?"
"Sure." Sam walked outside.
I made a new pot, and grabbed cups. I put the slightest bit of nutmeg and cinnamon in the grounds. I put sugar and milk in the bottom of my cup, and left Sam's alone. When the coffee was done, I poured it in the cups. Walking outside was nice. I wasn't alone this time.
I handed Sam his cup, "Thanks, Kylee."
"Sure thing."
______________
Time passed in silence. A lot of time, actually. We watched the sun come up. Sam set his coffee cup down on the deck, and lied back in the chair. His eyes closed, and the puffiness went away from his eyes.
"I really am sorry about your brother." I said, turning to look at him. I sat cross legged on the chair.
"It's okay. We have a thing though. I'm not gonna look for him." Sam said, closing his eyes.
"Why?" I looked at him with a huge question mark over my head.
"He came up with this pact. If someone disappears, we don't look for them. So, I'll follow it. Try and live a normal life." He explained Dean's 'smart idea.'
"Even though I don't like your brother, we should still look for him."
"I'm not going to... It's what he would want." Sam shrugged his eyebrows.
"Don't pull that crap with me, boy!" I grumbled.
"You sound like Bobby." He chuckled.
The sun rose fully, making Sam's eyes open. I rolled my eyes at his comment.
"Oh, Shaddup. I think it's time for sleep. I've been up for almost a full 13 hours." I stood up, and grabbed the coffee cups. Sam didn't follow after me like I expected.
So, after putting them in the sink, I stood in front of Sam.
"Get up before I pour ice water down your pants." I said, trying to get him to get up.
Sam only opened his eyes.
I grabbed his hand, and tried to pull him up. Key word: Tried. I ended up pulling the chair forward. He smirked. I narrowed my eyes, and jabbed his ribs. He grunted. In return, he spun me around and pulled me on his lap. His hands began to tickle my ribs. I made this unattractive laugh, and snorted. This time, Sam laughed.
"Fine! Fine! You win! We can stay up." I mumbled in defeat. My breathing became heavy.
We both calmed down a little bit, and I leaned back on his shoulders. Sam's arms rested around my midsection. I sighed. This was definitely not in my floor plan.
I felt Sam's hot breath on my cheek. He placed a soft kiss on the corner of my mouth, making me smile. I turned my head to look him straight in the eyes. His hazel eyes were sparkling. Our lips rejoined, and the kissing became more passionate.
Sam's hands moved from around my torso, to my hips. I moved around so I was now straddling his lap. Sam moved his hands from my hips, to over my butt, and to holding my thighs. He gave them a light squeeze before picking me up. I could feel him take a step up going into the house.
I pulled my face away, and placed kisses down his neck , and back up. I left kisses on the sides of his mouth. We both went down, landing on the couch. We stripped off our clothing, creating an entire day of fun.
