" Chapter 8 - Girl's Night "

"A-are you really serious?!" I yelled, stopping them from walking in our gate. "Are you really gonna move in?!"

They stopped, staring at me for a second then they came out laughing at me. What?!

"You.. You, you should have seen the look on your face!!" Agnis wheezed.

"What do you mean?!" I exclaimed in confusion.

"We were just kidding!! But if we're really are serious, I'm sure your dad wouldn't let us!!" Helena laughed.

"Huh?!" Was all I could utter.

"What's with the commotion here?!"

We turned and saw mom and dad walking towards us.

"Athy, sweetie? What's wrong?" Mom asked.

"N-nothing...." I blushed in embarrassment.

They got me! I'm so stupid.

"Hello Mr. and Mrs. Obelia," They greeted and bowed at my parents with a smile on their face.

"Oh my! Look at this little angels, dear!" Mom squealed as she tugged dad's sleeves.

Dad just looked at them and remained silent.

"Mom, this are just my friends," I sighed.

"Oh, it's been a while since they last visited here, they looked more cute than the last I saw them!" Mom said.

My friends just smiled, blushing at the memory and shyly thanked my mom.

"Well since we have many visitors, we will have a feast!!" Mom said, "Come in, come in!"

They cheered happily as they got in our house. I lead them to my room and changed ourselves from our uniform to normal clothes. After changing we helped mom cook the food.

"This is really fun!" Cass said as she stretched her arms up.

"Thank you for helping me girls, but you don't have to, you're our visitors..." Mom said worriedly.

"We want to help Auntie, we feel bad if you did all the work, so leave it to us!" Jenny said as she grabbed my mom's hand with sparkling eyes.

"Oh well.. it can't be helped.." Mom sighed and we continued to help her.

After cooking, we placed the plates and utensils on the table and sat down to our chairs.

"Athy, could you please call your dad to eat?" Mom asked.

"Okay!" I replied and walked towards dad's office. I opened the door slowly and saw dad typing something on his desk.

"Dad?" I said quietly but he heard me.

He stopped typing and looked up at me.

"Dinners ready!" I smiled at him as I ran towards him.

"Please wait, I'm just gonna finish this work then I--" I cut him off when I closed his laptop.

"No! Let's eat now!" I pouted, then he sighed and stood up, "Let's go!"

"You're such a stubborn child..." Dad muttered.

"You know I am!" I pushed him out of his office and lead him to the dining room.

"Let's eat dear!" Mom smiled at him.

Dad just remained silent and walked towards beside mom.

I know you're blushing on the inside~

I gave dad a smug look behind him as I sat beside Jenny.

After dinner we insisted mom that we will wash the dishes, she disapproved at first but gave up when she sees five pouting girls begging her. We washed the dishes happily and playing for some bubbles for a while. Then after washing the dishes we walked back upstairs to my room.

"Let's take a bath!!" Agnis said as she shoved the towels to our faces. But we didn't took a bath together because the tub is only good for 1 person only we sighed in disappointment and took a bath one by one.

After a relaxing bath mom gave us milk and also sweets for the night.

"Mhmm! It's so delicious!" Cass said, eating more sweets.

"It really is!" Jenny said as she savoured her chocolate cake.

"It's been awhile that we're having a sleepover," Agnis sighed.

"Yeah, I missed this!!" I said hugging my pillow.

"Hey let's play a game after this!!" Agnis declared.

We nodded in agreement and finished our food.

After eating we put the plates aside and played some board games. We we're having so much fun especially with the punishements.

Ugh.. my back..

I woke up lying on the floor in the middle of the night, I giggled as I saw my friends snoring on the floor. I took my jacket and put it on me then walked towards the balcony.

I closed my eyes feeling the cold breeze on my face, I opened my eyes looking at the stars shining brightly with the moon, what a beautiful night.

I looked down and eyed at the balcony in front, I saw a person looking up the sky. Ruby eyes reflecting the beautiful night sky, he's smiling but he looked so sad... I wonder why...

He slowly looked down and saw me staring at him, I flinched and smiled awkwardly.

He mouthed something but I didn't understand it.

Why... are... what?

I saw him sighed then he go back to his room.

Huh? I sighed, then felt my phone vibrating on my hand. A text.. I looked at his balcony then I saw him waving his phone.

I turned on my phone and saw a text from him,

'Why aren't you asleep?'

So that's what he mean. I texted back and said,

'I should be asking to you that.'

I looked at him and I saw him frown, then another message has sent to me.

'I can't sleep.'

I raised my eyebrow. That's what happened if you sleep almost everyday.

'Why are we texting instead of calling?'

'Cause you're noisy, the neighbors will wake up' He replied immediately.

How can he type that fast?!

I glared at him as he stuck his tongue out. I did not reply back then looked away. My phone vibrated again and I read it,

'You should sleep now, you've got a whole day waiting for you at Ms. Leader.'

'You should help too, Mr. Bossypants, since it's your idea.' I replied back.

'No way...'

What's with his hands?! He's so fast!! And what do you mean 'no way'?!

'Bye, I'm going to sleep...' He replied.

Wha-- Hey, wait!!!

Then he closed his balcony doors. What a jerk!! I huffed and got back in to my room. Before I got to sleep I gave my friends some blankets, they must be cold since I left the balcony door open earlier.

Then I just thought of somthing... I took out some markers from my desk and do what I want to do.

"Good night..." I giggled and went to sleep.

NEXT DAY

Third Person's Perspective:

Helena was the one who woke up first and stretched her arms.

Ugh... I wish I didn't slept on the floor.. My back hurts!! She thought.

She got up and saw her friends face with scribbles on their face. The brunette giggled as she was holding back her laughter so that they wouldn't wake up, she took a picture of them one by one.

Pfft! I won't delete this, ever!

Little did she know that she is one of the victims of Athanasia.

She walked towards the bathroom and looked at herself on the mirror.

Her eyes widened when she saw her face is also full of scribbles.

"What the heck?!?!?!" She freaked out.
