"Whatβ€”what happened? That'sβ€”" I start to pace. "What's going to happen now?" I ask, no-one in particular.

"Well, first, calm down Y/n, panic won't help." Susan says calmly, staring at me intensely.

I take a deep breath, and I see Johnny silently breathing with me, helping me, "Okay now what?" I ask.

Reed sighs, "We need you to come with us. Even though I don't agree." He mutters the last part.

I frown, "What? Why?" I ask.

"Because your ex is now a danger to the Earth," Ben starts, counting on his fingers, "And second, you're an ex, so there's a chance he'll want to come after you."

"We'll also figure out how it happened." Reed says.

"Wait! Woah, pause. Like I'd be staying with you?" I ask all of them.

Reed nods, "If or when he decides to come for you, we'll be able to keep you safer at our home, than here."

I sit down heavily on my bed, "Okay." Is all I say.

"How long will I be staying?" I ask after a few moments.

"We don't know. Just until all this is over." Susan says.

"What can I do to help?" I ask them stupidly. I doubt I can do much, if anything.

"Start packing." Susan says.

It didn't take long to pack everything I needed. A few pairs of clothes, toothbrush, toothpaste, and Ginger, of course, in my arms.

I exit my house, bag in hand and stop as I see two vehicles. One blue one, that looks very sleek and well... pretty, and another red one, convertible. Ben, Susan, and Reed all pile into the blue car.

"You'll be driving with me." Johnny says excitedly next to me, jogging to unlock his car, opening the trunk first. He takes my one bag from me, putting it in the trunk, before opening the passenger door for me with a bow.

The blue car starts and then lifts off the ground before flying off. I stare at it, mouth agape. Johnny chuckles as I get into the car. He closes the door, jogging over to the driver's side, getting in, Ginger on my lap.

"We aren't going to be flying, are we?" I ask nervously.

He chuckles, "No. We'll be on the ground."

He starts the engine and the car roars to life, sending vibrations throughout the car. He starts to drive smoothly. I stare out of the window, lost in thought.

"I know this is a stupid question, but are you okay?" Johnny asks next to me.

I let out a chuckle, "It's not, and no... I'm not."

His eyes go soft as he stares at me, his eyes then go to his radio. He turns a few buttons and the song 'You Rock My World' by Micheal Jackson starts to play. He turns up the volume a lot.

He then runs a hand through his hair, looking at me before starting to sing, very loudly, his head bobbing to the music, shoulders swaying, snapping his fingers.

"My life, will never be the same! C'mon! Sing with me!" He yells above the music.

I only stare at him, pursing my lips to suppress a laugh bubbling up in my chest. We stop at a red light.

He then raises a single brow, before reaching over and grabbing my hand, making it into a fist, using my hand as a microphone. He starts to sing again.

"'Cause girl you came and changed," His shoulders move up and down as he dances in his seat. We turn left, and he dramatically leans to the right, his head almost on my lap. It's a miracle he still has his hand on the wheel.

"The way I walk, the way I talk, I cannot explain!" He sits upright again, letting go of my hand.

"These things I feel," he then turns his head to me sharply, pointing at me, "for you!" He throws his head back, his hand running down his body to his legs as he shimmies his shoulders.

He let's go of the wheel and claps to the beat. I yell out, gripping the wheel, "Johnny! Keep your eyes on the road!"

He then takes my hand intertwining out fingers, placing our hands directly in front of my face, "You know you wanna sing with me!" He yells out with a grin.

I roll my eyes, as the next part starts to play. He wriggles his brows, "C'mon!"

I groan, "You rocked my world, you know you did!" I scream out and his mouth goes agape, his eyes widen.

"And everything I own I give!" He yells back 'into' out intertwined hands.

"The rarest love who'd think I'd find!" I yell as he stares at me in awe.

"Someone like you to call mine!" We both sing out as he drives. I grin at him.

The song comes an end, and 'The Way I Are' by Timbaland starts to play. My eyes widen, and Johnny grins at me.

Johnny starts to sing and as he sings, his hand goes aflame, as well as his eyes as he runs a hand, almost seductively, through his hair, which goes aflame too.

"It don't matter 'cause I'm the one that loves you best." When he sings this part, he runs a flaming hot finger across my jaw and winks, smirking. I flush despite myself.

We sing all the way to his home, at the top of our lungs and I'm out of breath when we arrive.Β Johnny pulls the car on the side of the road, stopping the engine.

He turns to me, "Feel better?" He asks, his eyes soft.

I smile, "Yes. Very much, thank you. I needed that."

He winks before, taking of his seat belt, and I open my door, "Ah, ah, ah. Ah." He frowns as he reaches over me, closing my door, "You don't do that." He scolds.

I chuckle as he takes off his seat belt, getting out of the car, staring me down as he walks by the front of the car. He then opens my door, holding out his hand.

"Ma'am." He says with a low bow. I give him my hand, which he brings to his lips, kissing my knuckles, as I step out.

He lets go of my hand, opening the trunk, and getting out my bag, and refusing to let me carry it. I groan as we enter his home building.

We then enter an elevator, and it goes up, rather slowly. I stand nervously next to him, looking at my feet.

"Nervous?" He asks next to me, my bag between his legs.

I sigh, "Just... doesn't feel real. All of this." I say. Ginger meows in my arms, "I know..." I murmur.

He nods, "You can always talk to me, y'know." He says, matter-of-factly.

As if he isn't a superhuman celebrity. As if he doesn't live in a skyscraper with his family, who are also superhuman celebrities. He makes the sentence sound so... human. So... normal. Like when we sung in the car, it was normal. I guess it's easy to forget what's going on around me with him.

"Thank you." I say.

"I also bought food for, uh..." He rubs Ginger.

"Ginger. You didn't have to." I say.

"I wanted to." He responds with a smile. Again, so human and normal. He wanted to.

The elevator pings before the doors open. Johnny lifts my bag and walks first. I follow slowly, and carefully. I see Ben standing in the kitchen, withβ€” I have to blink. It looks like a robot. I don't have time to gawk more, because Johnny leads me through his house, up stairs, and to a room.

I don't feel like I belong here. It feels wrong and weird and strange. I enter the room and Johnny flips a few lights, making the room glow in soft orange light.

There is a bed against the left wall, with floor to ceiling sliding doors along one wall, with curtains. Johnny puts my bag down by the bed, heading over to the sliding door and closing the curtains. I see a litter box on the floor with paper towels under the box.

He turns to me with smile, before switching on more lights, "Here is your bathroom." He says.

I nod, "Thank you. I don't know what to say."

He winks, "You don't need to say anything, Y/n." He says, heading to my door.

"Goodnight, get some rest." He says.

"Goodnight." I respond with a smile.

He closes the door and I let Ginger go to move around and sniff. I then plop onto the bed and let the tears fall.
