"Woahhhhh! There's two of them! Ones the sexy kind and ones the hot athletic kind! I'm not worthy of such a blessing!!" Yells a guy with a blonde mohawk. Damn there must be some weird girls up here if he's that crazy about us. He kinda reminds me of Tanaka though.

"Take a good look tiger head. Behold the glory of going to Karasuno high," Tanaka boasts.

"Shut up Tanaka," you retort.

"Let's go y/n," Kiyoko says, you replying with a nod.

"Gah I hope Hinata and Kageyama don't die on the way here," you said figuratively "I heard Tanaka's older sister is quite the driver."

"I'm sure they'll be fine," Kiyoko replies.

"Okay gang huddle up real quick I have something to tell you," you say and the whole team gathers around you quickly. "I was doing a little research on the teams here and this team has a top 4 ace in the country and their setter really knows how to give good passes and the rest of the team is no slouch either. But if you can block a ball from number 4 he gets all emotional and you might have a chance to score a couple points off of it. Got it?"

"Yea!" They all say and get ready to play.

The end of their first match

"Man they kinda got smoked by Fukurodani, but it was expected they are a really good team after all and we knew that," you say to the rest of the bench.

"Hmm yea, we weren't even playing bad, they are just national level players," Ukai replies.

"Woah he's got a good serve, uhhh come on coach put me in I wanna play, I wanna play," you whine. Watching volleyball really makes you wanna play.

"Hah, you're funny y/n,"

"Gahh he got the ball up!" Just then all their attackers went after the ball and a nice back row attack happened.

"You see that combo?" Kiyoko says.

"Damn. That was beautiful," you admit.

"Shinzen high school master of combo moves, you knew that right n/n?"

"Yea I looked them up a while ago,"

"Big Sis!" Noya yells.

"Damn I missed that quick attack today," you say out loud to no one in particular.

"Mhm," Take replies. As Hinata scores the final point so they finally don't have to do any flying lap

"Hey Kiyoko. Give me a toss pleaseeeeeee. I'm itching to just get one good hit in." You ask. More like beg.

"Fine. Just one," yes sir. This has to be a good one.

"Okay Kiyoko I need it high," you say as she tossed it up. You run to it and slam it down. Leaving everyone in the gym kinda speechless.

"Woohoo!!" You yell. But you see most people looking at you now. "Whoops. Sorry get back to what you were doing," you say while waving your hand dismissively.

"Damn y/n you were like whoosh and the slam!" Hinata exclaims.

"Well I did play volleyball for a couple years so I guess." You say while giving him a shrug.

"You did?" Noya asks. "What position did you play? I bet you were a wing spiker,"

"Well no, I actually played setter." While saying that made Kageyama's ear turn big.

"You did y/n-senpai?!" asked Kageyama.

"Hmmm yea I did, I was quite good back then too."

"Woah," all the boys said.

"Woah, that swing was like a whip." Hinata says as you look over to Nekoma.

"Hey guys don't get your pants in a twist, this is his first year playing so he doesn't have much skill in any other department, if you think about it he's kinda like Hinata, but worse,"  you tell them to ease their nerves and you get a lot of "okays" back and a grumble from Hinata.

As you were sitting the managers room just scrolling through social media, Kiyoko pipes up and asked about your conversation with Ushijima this morning.

"Oooo does y/n have a boy is her life?" One of the fukurodani managers ask.

"Oh yea she does," Kiyoko says with a smirk. "They met on a morning jog and they've been jogging together ever since."

"Kiyoko come on," you whine, not that it matters these girls are all chill "But yea we met jogging and some stuff happened and he was just texting me earlier on the way here."

"Oooo do tell" Mako chimed in.

"Fine, fine," you finally give in and tell them all about the time he kissed you on your morning jog, and some of the text messages, leaving out the *cough* *cough* scandalous ones.

"Damn girl get it," Yukie exclaims.

"I don't even know if he like, likes me though," you say in defeat.

"Girl, if he's done all that and the fact you have that body he definitely likes you!" Kaori assured and all the others agreeing.

"Ugh fine, I'm going to bed,"

"No you're not, you're gonna text Ushijima and I know it" Kiyoko claimed.

"It's Ushijima the number three ace?!? Damn girl you have to text him, you can't let this chance slip away." Says Eri to which all the other managers agree and yell at you to text him.

"Alright, alright I will. Calm down."

"You better tell us what he says!"

"Ugh fine he did, so what. Whatever I'm going to sleep."

"Okayyyy, have a good sleep future Mrs. Ushiwaka," Kiyoko said.

"Shut up Kiyo," you said with a chuckle as you got settled in your futon. You didn't realize how tired you actually were until your head hit the pillow and you were out like a light dreaming of no one in particular.
