Yeorin ended up at Gyujin's house once again, yet the mood between the new lovers was different.

The tension in the air was thick with unspoken apologies and newly formed love.

Gyuji didn't let her hand go on the way home, not once had he let go, fearing if he did, she would run again and avoid him for another week, which he actually wouldn't survive.

She gave him the calm, peaceful reality of the world that had his mind relaxed as long as she was near him. He could be anywhere, but if she's beside him, it was like he was in a bubble of calmness.

He liked it. No, he loved how his mood always shifted for the better when she was around.

Inside of his apartment, she looked so much more relaxed than at school. As usual, he offered her change of clothes, which she immediately agreed on.

He got her a dark blue sweater and the same sweatpants he always offered for her. She took them and walked inside of the bathroom to change.

When she came out, he was awestruck by how cute she looked in his clothes. Whenever she came over, he'd offer her clothes for comfort and every single time it takes his breath away. She just looked so small.

She caught him staring her and blushed furiously at the intensity of his gaze, her cheeks burning with embarrassment as she hugged herself.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to stare..... you just look so..... cute." He whispered the end, but she heard it, making her cheeks redness darken.

"C-Can I lay on your bed?" She asked shyly.

She was drained from energy after her confrontation with Nayeon, she just wanted to lay down and contemplate of her life choices.

"Yes, of course." He nodded.

She waddled inside of his bedroom, her small feet shuffling as she walked since the sweatpants were so long, her feet was completely covered, making the girl trip a bit.

Gyujin watched as she clumsily stumbled on the bed, letting out a cute grunt in the process as she fell head first on the bed.

He chuckled and decided to follow her inside of the room.

She was now lying on his bed, hugging his pulled close to her face, inhaling his scent. It was like it had a calming effect of the girl, she seemed instantly more relaxed than ever.

"Can I lay down beside you?" He asked, standing in the doorway of his room.

He asked this hesitantly, standing motionlessly in his place while he waited for the answer. He didn't move forward, just stayed still, to assure her he won't do anything if she felt uncomfortable but will remain there if she needed him.

Yeorin looked up from his pillow, surprised by his suddenly brave questioning.

It was very- no, more than common for girls, who experienced any lind of sexual abuse, to feel unsafe and uncomfortable around boys, but Yeorin didn't feel like that with Gyujin.

No, she felt quite the opposite. She felt the safest with Gyujin. She trusted him more than she could even imagine.

So, peeking over his grey pillow, she nodded shyly, tucking her nose further into the pillow.

He saw her response and with a small smile, he carefully crawled onto his bed, careful not to squash her as he lay beside her.

She slowly pulled herself away from his pillow and noticed how close the two of them were.

Their legs almost touched, barely a feet between their bodies, their faces way too close to each other's, but neither of them moved.

"So, are you my boyfriend now?" Yeorin asked, surprising the boy.

".....Only if you want me to be." He replied, trying to mask his nervousness for her answer.

"I-..... want you to." She whispered, barely audible but he managed to catch it.

He smiled widely at her. "Then yes, I am your boyfriend, and you're my girlfriend."

"I'd like that." She giggled sweetly.

Their two lovebirds were gazing into each other's eyes deeply, letting themselves be drowned in the irises.

"Can I ask you a question?" Yeorin whispered, breaking the silence.

"Of course." He whispered back.

"Does it always hurt?" She asked timidly.

"Does what hurt?" He asked back, having no clue what she was talking about.

"You know, it..... sex." She hid her face into his chest, surprising the boy not only with her words, but with her actions too.

"Ah." He nodded, trying to gather his own thoughts. "Well, no. It's not supposed to hurt."

".....Really?"

"Yes. It's different when it's your choice. With the right person, it's very raw with unspoken emotions." She listened carefully as he talked.

She nuzzled further into his chest, making the boy take this as a sign to wrap his arms around her smaller form.

"When it's with someone you love and trust, it's not about taking. It about giving." He said it so softly, the girl almost teared up.

"It will feel right......it will feel safe. And when it's right, it feels good. Not only here-" He touched her lover stomach tenderly, not stepping over her comfort zone.

"But here too." He gently tapped the place where her heart was, beating faster and faster as he spoke.

"It's not about how much happens. It's about stopping any time, and the right person will stay." He whispered and took a hold of her hand when he noticed the girl tearing up.

"With the right person, it's not scary or painful. It's warm and expressive. It feels like home." Yeorin started crying softly by the time he finished talking.

She couldn't believe it could feel like how Gyujin described it. The pain and trauma Seongjun gave her was unbearable for her. It seemed almost too good to be true.

"I can't imagine how horrible Seongjun was to you, but I promise you, it will never happen again." He whispered, his voice filled with determination.

His firm words sent shivers down her spine but not in a bad way, he leaned his forehead against hers and squeezed her hand reassuringly.

"Can you show me?" She whispered so quietly, he almost didn't hear it. "Can you prove it to me, how it's not bad?"

Her words made Gyujin froze. She was asking for something that only brought her pain and suffering but this time, she was asking him. Asking him to prove her wrong. To show her the better of it.

She chose him.

"Of course, I can." He whispered huskily.

And who is he to deny her.
