"Pst"

"Pssst"

"Pssssssst, Yeorin!"

"..."

"PSSSST!"

"What?!" Yeorin whisper yelled at her best friend Nayeon, as she was trying to get her attention.

They were sitting in class and Nayeon was trying to talk to her ever since the lesson started. She knew how seriously her took her education and disturbing her was the last thing she needed in math class.

They both went in Jeongil High, including them there was only four girls going to this school and while Yeorin was the typical nerd Nayeon was the most popular girl, the queen bee. Every boy in school was basically in love with her, the other two girls were jealous of her beautiful dark hair and fox like features.

Weirdly enough she was still Yeorin's best friend, but sometimes she feels like her maid or slave. She would randomly demand Yeorin to do something for her or instead of her doing it, which annoyed Yeorin to the core but she was way too scared to stand up for herself. That's why she kept Nayeon control her.

"I think I like Seongjun." She whispered dreamily.

Yeorin's eyes widened as she heard the name slowly exiting her friend's lips. She knew he's a merciless bully in school. He was rude and cold towards anyone, even the teachers, he would bully anyone without a reason and he and he and his friends would beat up someone for the smallest mistake.

Nayeon never once batted an eye towards him, but just as Yeorin's been planning on stand up for herself after his third time of pushing her to the ground, Nayeon decided to drop this bomb on her.

"W-What?" She stuttered and turned all her attention away from the teacher to Nayeon.

"Seongjun is the richest boy in school and also who wouldn't like me? I'm awesome, pretty and sexy. I'm sure if I tell him my feelings he would crawl to me." She giggled, as delusional as ever and leaned back in her seat, dropping her feet on the table.

"S-Since when do you like him?" Yeorin asked her shakily as her worst nightmare came true. The worst is that Nayeon was right.

She's pretty and attractive, so there's a very high possibility of Seongjun to accept her.

Meanwhile Yeorin's just an invisible little nerd who's just there to hold Nayeon's purse.

"Since yesterday. I saw him in the boys locker room after I fucked one of the nerds in the shower and damn he has nice abs." She smirked and wiggled her eyebrows. The bell ringed, signalling that the lunch break started.

Yeorin almost choked at her dirty remark but kept quiet to not embarrass herself in front of him as he was busy dozing off in the back of the classroom while his friends, Oh Sangtae and Hwang Yuseok snickered on some boy.

"Y-You know h-he picks on me." Yeorin stated and waited patiently for her free to answer as she packed up her stuffs, ready to finally eat the lunch her mom packed.

"Yeah but you're you and I'm me, he should bully a loser like you. No offence." She brushed Yeorin off like it was nothing making her chest feel heavy.

'How could she say something like that?'

"I should write him a love letter!" Nayeon exclaimed and took a valentine card out of her purse.

Mind you it was May.

"W-Why do you even have that?" Yeorin questioned her, still tense in the shoulders.

"Just in case something like this happens. And what's with the constant stuttering?" She asked back while squinting her eyes at the younger girl.

Yeorin was known as a quiet girl, but her stuttering only came out when she feels uncomfortable or distraught. And in this case, she was both.

"No reason, I just feel under the weather a little." Yeorin looked away trying to hide her slightly teary eyes.

The betrayal she was experiencing started to overwhelm her fragile heart, she needed to leave before she'd burst out in tears. She was about to walk away from Nayeon but she pulled her back and pushed her back down to her seat.

"Anyway, help me write this." She said, pushing the card in front of Yeorin.

She looked at her, confused by her actions but only received an eye roll from Nayeon.

"You will write the card for me." She replied with a duh expression, as if the younger should have known.

She sat there in front of the card with a dumbfounded look as she stared at it. With a defeated sigh Yeorin began to write down what Nayeon was telling her word by word, and by the time she was finished it was almost the end of the lunch break yet she still hadn't eaten anything, making her stomach churn.

"So, how is it?" Yeorin asked her and stood up, ready for the next class with an empty stomach.

"Good, I guess." Nayeon nodded not looking very satisfied.

"S-so, when will you give it to him?"

"Who, me? Nahh, you will give it to him so he could run into my arms." She clapped her hands excitedly and pushed Yeorin out of the classroom.

In the hallway, there he stood with his gang.

Seongjun, the leaders standing beside their minions', taunting a boy.

How typical, right?

As Nayeon pushed the younger towards him, Yeorin snapped out of her daze and quickly averted her eyes from him to the ground as she stumbled. She looked back at Nayeon, panicking inside my head, begging her friend not to make her do this.

This will be properly her first time speaking to him that's not pleading for him to stop hurting her and the worst part is it's to give him a letter that wasn't written in her name but the girl she was naive to call my best friend.

"H-hey, S-Seongjun!" Yeorin called out to him, her voice being barely a whisper but luckily he was able to catch it.

He turned around a little and looked her up and down with his disgusting smile, she shivered under his gaze but kept herself up before her knees gave out.

"Moon Yeorin......, cupcake, whatcha doing here?" His voice was deep and cold as he looked at her with mocking face.

"U-Um, I'm s-supposed to-, my fri-, yeah friend t-told me t-to give t-this to y-you." She mentally facepalmed when she stuttered heavily with very visible fear written on her face as his eyes wondered down to the card she was holding with trembling hands.

He rudely snatched it from her and opened it. He read through the card a little before he looked back up with an unfamiliar, dangerous glint in his eyes.

"Your friend sent this?" Seongjun asked her, his hand tucked in his leather jacket's pocket as he leaned against the wall.

"Y-yeah."

"Make sure to tell this friend that I'll consider it. And to meet me by the bleachers at three." His words were teasing as he and his gang left Yeorin alone in the hall with Nayeon peeking out from the corner.

"WHAT DID HE SAY?" She yelled as she ran to Yeorin.

"He'll consider it and to meet him by the bleachers at three." Yeorin replied with a defeated sigh.

"That's good right? Starting today, he'll be on his knees for me." Nayeon giggled as she continued daydreaming, leaving the younger in the hall by herself and her insecure thoughts.
