Chapter 6

"Ok stop." Jinx told Ekko as he tried to find his way to the balcony. Alright now reach your hand out." Jinx stood in front of Ekko still naked. Reaching for her head, Jinx backed up, "Um move your hand down." Once he was at the perfect level Jinx smiled, "Ok the door handle is right in front of your hand." As Ekko reached his hand out he felt a weird round round object. "This isn't the door handle, what is this. "Ekko took a peak from his hands jumping back once he saw he was squishing Jinx's breasts."What the fuck." He said looking at Jinx, Jinx laughed falling onto the bed, as Ekko walked outside onto the balcony. Placing his hands on the railing he looks over the river and topside. Jinx then comes out fully clothed, "Someone had to lighten the mood." She says, placing her hand on his shoulder. Ekko sighs "That's lighting the mood?" Jinx nods, "Well, I 'm gonna go deal with somethings, I'll see ya later tonight" Ekko says walking inside putting on his Firelight gear. As he's about to walk out the door Jinx speaks up, "Um Ekko." Ekko turns looking at her, "Do you think, you could just say to them that I'm dead," Ekko looks at Jinx confused."Why would I do that?" Jinx rubs the back of her head, "So I can make people happy instead of sad." Ekko sighs, "Alright, goodbye." Jinx waves to Ekko as he leaves. Once Ekko leaves Jinx gets an overwhelming amount of loneliness. Walking back into the bedroom Jinx sits down on the bed as tears fall down her face. Jinx lays down on the bed, her feet still hanging over the side, as more tears pour out of her eyes all she can feel is loneliness.Even though she knew he'd be back it just felt wrong, she was worried something might happen to Ekko. Jinx tossed and turned on the bed, Jinx laughed in a crazy way wiping away her tears. Soon that laugh faded away into more crying and sobbing. Just then Jinx hears three knocks coming from the door of the apartment. She sits up walking out of the bedroom looking at the door.Knock, Knock, Knock. Jinx froze moving herself behind the bedroom's door frame, just her eyes peeking out as her braids fell to the floor. "Ekko." A muffled voice can be heard from the other side of the door. "Something bad has happened, you need to come out." The person knocks another three times "I know you're in there, I saw you enter." The person knocks again this time with more force. "If you don't come out I'm just gonna break the door down."Jinx's face turns to worry as she looks upon the door, she slowly walks up to the door pressing her eye into the peephole, she gaps seeing Vi on the other side. Jinx places her back against the door slowly falling to the ground pulling her knees up to her face. More knocks can be heard, "Ekko this is serious!" Jinx stands up looking around, she meets eyes with a cabinet that could possibly fit herself into. Jinx, not wanting Ekko's door to be broken, unlocks the door before running to the cabinet. Vi tries opening the door swinging it open. Jinx crawls into the cabinet, closing it as soon as Vi enters the apartment. Jinx curled up into a ball shakes with fear of her sister. Vi looks around the apartment, "How did the door unlock if no one is here." Vi walks around the kitchen opening big cabinets looking for anything that would let her know why.Vi finally gets to the cabinet Jinx is in, she reaches her hand grabbing the handle trying to open it when it pulls back closing. Vi looks in shock as she tries opening it again, some force keeps closing it. Vi pulls harder as Jinx barely is able to keep it closed. Vi stops looking at the cabinet, "Who's in there" Nothing is said. Vi cracks her neck, "We can do this the easy way, or the hard way." Vi begins walking up the cabinet, "Don't, please." A small voice comes from the cabinet, almost a whisper.
