tadacchi | now I'm in front of your house. You ready?

momo-chan | now yes! omw out now!

Momo bounded down the stairs with her purse in hand. She threw her shoes on and filling the door open, revealing Yamaguchi who was dressed in casual wear.

He wore a red plaid button up with a black shirt under it. He wore black skinny jeans with rips in it and some vans on his feet.

Momo gaped at his outfit, pulling out her phone to snap a few pictures. "Wow, Tadacchi! You look like a model!"

The green haired male shyed away from the camera, feeling flustered under the spotlight. It was his first time wearing an outfit like this since Momo said to dress casually but nicely.

"Thanks." He mumbled, running a hand through his hair. Momo grinned, linking arms with him as she began walking down the sidewalk.

"To the station!"

"Where do we go?" Momo asked as she glanced around at the crowd. Yamaguchi was grateful for his height, seeing as he was able to look over everyone head within the crowd. Yamaguchi tugged on her hand, pulling her in the direction of the store they were looking for.

They looked like a couple, to be honest. Not that either of them saw each in that way.

"Whew! I almost lost my shoe!" Momo exclaimed as they stood in the middle of the store, trying to catch their breaths.

"Hello! Are you guys ready?" The woman who stood behind the register said as Yamaguchi and Momo approached her. They nodded, quickly picking out what they wanted. "Here's your pretzels! Thanks for coming!"

Yamaguchi and Momo exited the small shop, smiling with content as they munched on their pretzels. "This isn't what we came for, but it is what we should've."

"Mhmm!" Momo hummed happily, stuffing her mouth with the soft pretzel.

Despite coming here to buy a gift, Momo and Yamaguchi spent majority of their time walking around the mall, buying food and trying on clothes.

"Wait, Tadacchi, you look so good in that!!" Momo gleamed as she snapped pictures of Yamaguchi wear his black skinny jeans with a checkered long sleeve and a white graphic tee over it. He looked like an e-boy. "So hot!"

"Stop it, Momo-chan." Yamaguchi chuckled, no longer shy since she's been doing this a lot since they got here.

"How about we check out hot topic next?" Momo suggested, noticing the store across from the store they were in now. Yamaguchi perked up, nodding as he quickly began to change into his normal clothes.

As they walked over to Hot Topic with linked arms, they were unaware of the honey-colored eyes that spotted them by chance.

"Are you guys going somewhere today?" Hinata questioned as he noticed Mom and Yamaguchi talking about the station. Both of them went stiff, and they quickly dismissed the idea.

"Ah, no! I was showing Momo-chan how to get to Tokyo by train." Yamaguchi lied, getting a mental thumbs-up from Momo. "We're not going anywhere together."

Tsukishima eyed the two, slightly suspicious of how they were acting.

'Not going anywhere together, my ass.' Tsukishima thought as he watched the two smile at one another, looking like a couple. Momo gleamed up at Yamaguchi as he handed her a tiny stuffed owl that was the size of her hand.

"Kei? You ready to go?" Akiteru asked as he met up with Tsukishima, finding his brother standing near Hot Topic. "Isn't that Momo-chan and Tadashi? What're they doing here?"

Upon hearing his brother point it out, Tsukishima clicked his tongue and turned on his heels. His expression was full of annoyance as he walked away with his hands in his pockets. "It's none of our business."

"WOW! Immaculate!" Momo exclaimed as she took pictures of her cake in front of her. Yamaguchi chuckled, taking a picture of her gushing over her cake.

The two of them had gotten off task after seeing a bakery nearby which had the best-looking cakes in the display. They had to stop and try some.

"Masaki?" A voice called out, surprising both Yamaguchi and Momo. The brunette female glanced up, feeling her heart drop when she saw who stood before her. "A-Ah, so it is you.."

Instantly- as if it was pure instinct- she stood up from the table and quickly exited the bakery. Yamaguchi panicked, boxing up their cake and standing up to rush after her.

"Wait," The male said as he caught Yamaguchi by his arm. The green haired male hesitated for a moment before turning to face him. "Can you tell Masaki that I'm sorry? For everything I did back then. I seriously feel like shit for putting her through that."

After a bit of silence, Yamaguchi nodded and followed after Momo didn't stray too far from the shop. He placed a hand on her shoulder, noticing how she flinched slightly. "Sorry, didn't mean to scare you."

Momo smiled weakly, shaking her head. "It's okay! I was just caught off guard."

"Do you wanna talk about?" Yamaguchi asked, noticing how her expression faltered a bit when he brought it up. With a swift shake of the head, he nodded. "Though, he says he's sorry. I don't know if that means anything to you because I don't know what he did, but he sounded sincere."

Momo nodded, swallowing thickly as she blinked furiously. "..Thanks, Tadacchi."

"Shall we go buy his gift now?" Yamaguchi suggested, pointing at the store that sold the gift she was looking for. Nodding, they headed into the store and quickly purchased the object. "I think Tsukki will really like it."

Momo stared at the box, beaming softly. "I hope so! I worked hard for it!"

Yamaguchi reached out, ruffling her hair softly. He was proud of her for working so hard to get money for this gift. It was something that he found quite wholesome, seeing as he thought of Momo as his kid sister.

His phone buzzed as a call rang through. Shifting his attention to his phone, Yamaguchi answered the phone and briefly spoke with his mother. When he got off the phone, he quickly apologized to Momo. "Ah, Momo-chan, I have to head home right now."

"It's okay! I still have one more place to go to! I'll be fine on my way home!" Momo waved it off, shooing the boy away. Reluctantly, he left and began his journey home.

Turning on her heels, Momo headed for the bookstore which was nearby.

Momo slipped off in the direction of the shelves with her favorite books on it.

"Shonen Jump!" Momo squealed quietly as she searches through the stack, picking out which one she wanted.

"You like Shonen Jump too?" Her eyes flitted in the direction of the voice, meeting the ruby eyes of a red haired male. He was tall in stature and slender with a bit of muscle on his legs and arms. He was..strangely cute.

"Yes! Are you here for the newest one too?!" Momo's eyes shimmered as she held up the magazine to the red head male. He nodded, grinning down at her with the same enthusiasm.

"Yup! I've looking forward to it!" His way of talking was quite peculiar, but Momo found nothing wrong with it seeing as he was quite a nice guy. "Say, what's your name, chibi-chan?"

"My name's Masaki Momo, but everyone calls me Momo-chan! I'm a first year at Karasuno." Momo introduced, giving more info than necessary. "What about you?"

"You're so young, Momo-chan. I've already graduated." The redhead smirked down at her, watching her eyes close as she smiled. "I'm Tendou S-"

"Ah! Tendou Satori!" Momo finished, holding up her finger as she recalled his name.

"You know me?" Tendou asked, wondering how a youngin' like her knew of him.

She nodded happily. "I watched your match last year against Karasuno! You're that amazing guess blocker! So cool!"

Tendou couldn't contain the moderate amount of surprise that filled his expression. He actually felt a bit sheepish after receiving such genuine compliments after being out of high school for so long. He was also surprised she didn't use his infamous nickname.

(Momo dislikes using the nickname "Guess monster" because she feels that his talent doesn't make him a monster)

"Thanks, Momo-chan!" Tendou said as he grinned down at her, ruffling her hair.

A lot of people ruffle my hair. Momo thought with a slight giggle. "Can I get your autograph?! I wanna tell people in the future that I met Tendou Satori!"

"I'm a nobody now since I quit volleyball!" Tendou said, giving her the autograph nonetheless. Noticing how she looked curious about his reason for quitting, he chuckled. "Do you have anywhere to be after this?"

With a shake of her head, she watched as he picked up two Shonen Jumps and began walking towards the register.

"C'mon. We're Jump buddies now." He laughed heartily, leading Momo to the register.
