It was the night that the kyuubi attack the village was being destroyed but it also just so happened to be the night when the Forth Hokage was having his first child.

Minato Namikaze was the ideal man he loved and cherished his wife. He had nothing but great mentors and friends even though he made some enemies in his life, that was to be expected of any ninja.

Minato loved his wife from the day that they met and it's been that way ever since. And nothing she could say or do would ever stop that especially since she was now the mother of his child.

Kushina Uzumaki

Today was supposed to be the happiest day of Kushina's life. She was giving birth to the love of her life's children. The first had already been born and was being held and cared for by a nurse. With a final push, the second baby was born after being taken care of by the nurseMinato picked up the older of the twins and looked into his wife's eyes and whispered "Kushina...I have to do this I must put it in our son with the 'Reaper Death Seal' then Kushina held their second child close to her chest and said "but in order to use it you need to give a soul and you'll be turning our son into a demon". Minato smiled and shook his head and looked at Naruto and said "No, he'll be a hero".

Then Kushina yelled "No please I am begging you don't do this!" Minato said 3 single words with obvious solemn in his voice "I am sorry" and with those words he left.

Time skip

The Kyuubi was defeated and it's soul successfully transferred into his son. Now he stood in front of the reaper that had taken his soul.

"Minato Namikaze your soul is pure and you have unfinished business therefore I will take your soul for 13 years as a penalty for summoning me, afterwards you can be reunited with your son" Minato was shocked with joy but still was able to ask "w-will I be able to watch him while he grows up"?

"I see no reason why not, just say 'i accept' but I do have to warn you that there's a risk if you do agree. One I cannot tell you abou". Minato looked to Naruto and took a deep breath and said "I accept".

Later that day

Kushina was heartbroken when she heard that her husband was dead. The second-born child laid in a crib next to her bed sleeping. Sarutobi tried to hand her Naruto to hold but was stopped when he heard her say, "Keep that demon away he is no longer my son".

Sarutobi held him close confused and asked "But Kushina, you yourself held the kyuubi and you know what a burden that can be especially for a child".

Kushina wiped away her tears and said "Yes, I do know the burden and Minato was the only one who could help me carry that burden, but now that he's gone I'm done with that demon. As long as that denon is in my child's body...that's not my child".

Sarutobi stared at the child heartbroken "At least...give the boy a name."Kushina turned away and for a few moment silence took the room "Minato and I both wanted to name the oldest Naruto. So do with that what you will"."And the other? What's his name?" Sarutobi asked.Kushina finally managed to smile even with tears streaming down her face. She looked to the old Kage and said "Menma, his name is Menma Namikaze".

Surutobi looked to 'Naruto' who lied in his arms sleeping. 'I'm sorry little Naru the only thing your mother can give you at this time is your name....I'm sorry Minato, the family you made and died to protect is no longer.

A couple weeks later Naruto was stripped of the name Namikaze forcefully forfeiting his position as clan heir to the Uzumaki and Namikaze. Kushina exposed the truth about Naruto and him being a jinchuriki making it so that no one would want to adopt him. Menma however, was put out as the heir to the Fourth. So, of course, he was loved by the leaf as soon as the word got out he was the heir.

Kushina left the village with Menma leaving Naruto to fend for himself with sharks and they wanted blood.

5 years later

Naruto was running and hiding from a angry mob just because he had played with Hinata Hyuuga heiress to the Hyuuga clan. Or that was the excuse this time at least. This happened nearly every day for as long as he could remember. He'd run for miles but they always caught him, you can't outrun an entire village after all.

When they all left no matter how much his body hurt the words they spat at him hurt him the most he didn't even understand why they do something like this. He stood up but his legs gave out and he fell down so he crawled dragging blood on the ground his vision blurred and he started losing consciousness and he passed out. When he opened his eyes he saw a figure with blonde hair and a hokage cloak he heard him say "I'm sorry this wasn't supposed to happen I swear I'll come back for you until then be strong and train as a ninja and eat healthy just...know your father loves you, even if your mother doesn't".

That night Naruto woke up remembering those word knowing he had a father that cared that gave him the will to get up and smile as he said "I'll train and become the most powerful ninja to ever live no matter what.

That was the first time he heard his father's voice but it wouldn't be the last after that he nearly forgot about everyone who beat and tried to kill him he trained his body and approved his agility when a year passed by he had the strength of a chunin and agility was approching chunin level when he went to sleep he dreamed of his father teaching him jutsu and he challenged himself everytime to master every jutsu he was showed and even the one's he saw ninja doing while training.

When Naruto turned eight the hokage put him  in the academy.

While he was there he didn't really listen as he knew everything they could teach him. Instead he just daydreamed about what he would cook, or when he could train again.

On his ninth birthday his father introduced him to the kyuubi turns out they all got along pretty well and Minato put Kyuubi in charge of his physical and techniques while Minato taught him ninja history and battle maneuvers sometimes while playing shouji.

Naruto is now 12 years old he is a prodigy ninja but was told by Kurama and his father to keep his training and fashion sense secret he had to wear a orange jumpsuit and to be treated like a idiot and untalented orphan with no parents.

'One year and I can finally meet you for real father' Naruto thought as he sat on top of the fourth Hokage's head looking up at the stars slowly drifting to a sleep.
