Clem POV I knelt my Louis's 'grave' with Vi. My mouth hung wide open and my hands began to shake. I looked up at the hallow whole and then up at Vi. "Vi! Do you know what thus means?! Louis isn't dead!" She got up from the ground and glared down at the empty grave. "But,where could he be?",she continued to glare at the empty grave as she spoke, "Clearly,something's not right." "We need to do an investigation or something. Take all the possible clues and pull them together,somehow." She nodded in agreement. "I'll help you on this. Wanna talk to everyone separately?" "Yeah,let's spilt up. I'll interview half the people and you do the rest,alright?" She nodded her head. She worn a stern look on her face and her green eyes pierced into my gaze. I took one last glance at the empty grave before walking off to talk to everyone. I crossed my arms and started towards to picnic tables. Ruby and Tenn sat there,talking. I took a deep breath and sat down across from them. "Hey Clementine,what's up?",she waved at me and tucked a strand of red hair behind her ear. I was determined to get info on what happened to Louis. I glared at her and began speaking. "So,you know how Louis supposedly 'died'.",I said making air quotes with my fingers when saying "died". "Yeah.",she folded her arms on the table. I sighed, "I went to place a rose in his grave and it was hallow. There was no body. He's not dead,Ruby.",I slammed my hands on the picnic table and leaned over closer to her, "Louis isn't fucking dead! Fucking explain that to me." She gasped and stuttered, "I-Clem I have no c-clue what your talking about!" "BULL.",I said almost screaming, "Your so fake even Barbie looks more real than you!" "Clementine! I have no clue about Louis!", she un-folded her hands and looked at the ground, "Your crazy!" Oh...now I'm mad. Tenn just stared at me. "L-Louis isn't dead?",he spoke. I nodded my head. He opened his mouth to speak but no words came out. "Know anything about it?" "No,he doesn't.",she said patting Tenn's back. "Let the kid speak,bitch.",I said while leaning over the table. "Excuse me?",she said. "I said let him speak,bitch. Can you not hear? You need some hearing aids? Or are you just stupid?",I said while giving her a smirk. "C-Clem,Aasim is behind all this. He,he buried Louis when he wasn't even dead. Ruby told me not to tell anyone.",Tenn said while fiddling his thumbs. "You stupid kid!",she yelled at Tenn. I folded my hands on the table, "So,Louis is out in the woods somewhere? And you were too much of a pussy to say anything?" "Clementine, I-", I cut her off before she could speak. "Shut the fuck up.",I said in a harsh tone. She gasped and then just looked at the ground. "When I find him,you'll be in your knees praying for forgiveness.",I said before leaving. I got up from the picnic table. I walked over to the lookout tower where I could see Willy peering out into the woods. I climbed the ladder to the lookout tower,it's wooden pegs creaking underneath my weight. Willy noticed me and looked up. "Hey...Clementine.",he said with a little wave. "Hey,Willy.",I said while crossing my arms and looking out into the forest. "I heard about Louis. I'm sorry. I knew you were close to him..." I raised an eyebrow, "How'd you know that?" "Just the way you look at him. And don't forget Ruby has seen you kiss him." My eyes grew large at his statement, "Wait-What?" "Yeah,the night you overdosed. You jumped into his arms and kissed him." Oh god.. I completely forgot. She must of told her everyone or just Willy. "Who did she tell?",I said. "Well,just about....a few people." I glared at him, "How many people?" "Everyone expect Vi because she was busy in the music room." "Anyways,",I said,changing the topic, "You know Louis isn't dead." His eyebrows raised, "What do you mean?" "We dug up his grave. He's not in there." "Louis isn't dead?!",A voice called from down below. I walked over the other side of the lookout tower that faced the school. I glanced down at the ground to see Minnie standing on the luscious green grass. She had her hands in her grey coat. "Yup." She looked up at me. Her mouth hung open and her luscious green eyes were filled with regret and sympathy. She mouthed a 'no' and then looked down at the ground. "Minnie?",Willy called from the left side of me, "Are you ok?" She didn't reply for a short period of time. "I think I understand what happened. You just need to help me out on this." I nodded my head. She walked over to the ladder on the left side of the wooden tower and climbed it. She sighed and took her hands out of her pocket. "Who 'buried' him?" "Aasim.",I said sternly. "Oh no no no.",she said. She brought her hand to her forehead and and looked down. "Minnie?",Willy said while putting and hand her her back. "Clem,they...",she sighed, "They probably did the same thing they did to Sophie and I." Wait,she's onto something. She has to be. Sophie and her were traded away. This means she's inferring that she thinks Louis was traded away. She continued, "Aasim probably had business with the raiders so they made a deal. That's probably why they faked his death. Clem,they are probably traumatizing him." This meant,something's fishy. very fishy. It adds up but something still seems off. Aasim has to have some kind of business with the raiders so they traded over Louis. What was the business,though? I have a lot of questions that are still not answered. All I know is that,Aasim better watch his ass. Once I'm done with Aasim he will fear me. He will become my prey. I will become the monster that sleeps under his bed at night. There really is no need to insult Aasim because his presence is one all by itself.
