Part 9- I'll remember you,always

Violet P.O.V I woke up next to my loving girlfriend, Lyla. "Morning,beautiful.", I said to her, placing a kiss on her cheek. She let out a small giggle and gave me a peck on the lips. Her smile, something I'll always remember till the day she dies. She got up and out of bed to get dressed. I lay on the bed messing with my thumbs. "I've got hunting duty with Aasim today. I'll see you later.",she said while tying her shoe laces. She got up and before she could leave I walked up to her. "Wait-Lyla." She gave me a quizzical look. "I-I l-love you.", I managed to get it out of my mouth. I couldn't believe I managed to say something so...so strong and meaningful. "Hey, I love you too." She kissed my lips but the kiss was....meaningful and filled with nothing but love. Louis POV "Good morning, Clemmy.", I said while I made my way outside. "Good morning, Ba-LOU-ga." "Leave the nick names to me, Orange." She gave me a death glare encouraging me to shut up. "Ok ok I'll stop." I sat down next to her, and wrapped my arm around her. Ruby, Vi, Aasim, and Willy all saw us and gave us odd looks. "You two dating or what?",Vi said laughing. Clementine yelled, "W-What no!" I felt my face become a deep red. I wanted to propose to her someday but knowing that neither of us could admit our feelings for one another made me cringe. I mean she told me she loved and kissed me.... I dunno I'm just confused. Someday we'll sort this all out, someday. I definitely had feelings for her and I think she has the same ones.   "Hey, does anyone know where Lyla went?",I asked. "She said she had hunting duty with Aasim..." "I'm right here, not hunting." "When where is she?",I asked Violet shrugged her shoulder and Aasim was beyond confused. I was beyond confused. Why would she lie that she's somewhere with someone and she isn't? Maybe she just wanted to go for a walk but didn't say anything. "She probably just went for a walk.", I spoke up, "Wanna play a game of Truth or Dare?" Clementine rolled her eyes, "Sure." I pulled out my playing cards and gave seven cards to each Aasim, Violet Ruby, Clem, and Willy. We all flipped over one card leaving me with the lowest and Aasim with the highest. Meaning, Aasim gets to ask me 'Truth or Dare?' "Hm, Louis, truth or dare?" I thought of the possible outcomes or both truth and dare. I decided to play it safe with truth. "Ok,who have you kissed?", asked Aasim ginning from ear to ear. Damn it. I sighed, "Do I really have to answer this?" "Yes, Idoit." "Fine.",I took a deep breath and continued, "I've kissed Clementine." "It meant nothing to me and it was in the heat of the moment. I really don't like Louis..." Clementine's words made my heart shatter. So the 'I love you' meant nothing and the kiss that she gave me meant nothing? My heart shattered and I felt water fill my eyes. "I'm g-gonna go talk to O-Omar..",I said and got up and walked away. My heart shattered into small pieces. People say 'Follow your heart' but how can I when it's shattered into a million pieces? I got into my room and closed the door behind me. I took the small black box out of my pocket and threw in on the floor. I curled up into a ball and let out a few small tears. Clementine POV I felt bad for what I had said. I did truly have feelings for Louis,deep feelings. I just didn't want anyone to know. I didn't want anyone to hear about the words I spoke to him and the kiss I gave to him. I heard a knock at the gate. I got up from the table and decided to examine it. It was, Lyla, with a duffel bag filled with items. I opened the gate for her and she walked in with the duffel bag. She placed down the bag and started unzipping it. "So whatcha find?", I asked. "Oh not much just a few cans of food, a bit it of water, and a rope to use to put around Aj's grave.", she continued, "I figured we could hang some of his possessions on it and then put it around his grave." "Oh sounds like a good idea, thanks.", I smiled. She took the ropes and headed off into the rooms. I figured she was going to get some of Aj's things. I decided to go talk to Louis and explain myself. I walked to his room and knocked on the door. He opened it revealing tear stains down his face. "Louis, I can explain." "What is there to explain? That you kissed me and told me you loved me then do this." "Louis it was in the heat of the moment. I don't want anyone to know about us just yet. I'm sorry honestly." "Clem, I forgive you it's just I didn't expect you to say that I-", I cut him off by placing my lips against his. It was a sweet and passionate kiss. "Woah.", he said once I pulled away. "I guess you forgive me now?" "Hell yeah I do.", he continued ," Do you know where my sister went?" "I believe she's in one of the rooms..""Ok, I'm gonna go check on her. I'll see you later." He walked out the room to go check on his sister. I couldn't be any happier. Louis POV I walked down the hall until I reached my sister's room. I knocked on the door, no response. "Lyla?" Still no response. "Can I come in?" Again, no response. I turned the knob and walked into the room. I couldn't believe what I saw. I fell to my knees and tears spilled down my cheeks onto the floor. What was inside that room is something I will never forget. Never ever. Inside the room was a noose with Lyla inside of it.
