Chapter 4 - Confrontation
15:03, 31 October 2020Okay, dokey, get ready for some action...
Jungkook POV
He couldn't sleep again.
Whenever Jimin was close, he couldn't help but watch him. He questioned everything about their relationship.
Yes, Jimin had always been cute, and hot and incredibly handsome in his eyes, even when he hadn't admitted it. But he never thought of him in any other way.
He was his hyung- his friend, brother and band member. Could it be that he was even more to him?
He had watched Jimin do the most normal things, like eating or drinking or sleeping, but it suddenly looked different.
Last week, he had walked in on Jimin and Taehyung playing video games together, laughing and cracking jokes and Jimin being the flirt he usually was and suddenly, he had felt this anger.
Jimin hadn't been his normal self with Jungkook since that day, avoiding his eyes, being careful what he said around him and kept his distance.
He had walked out of the room and worked off his anger in the gym, hitting the punching back until his knuckles were raw.
Then three days ago, he accidentally walked in on Jimin changing. He had stopped in his tracks and been unable to look anywhere else than Jimin's naked chest. He was thin and tiny, but his muscles were defined. The body of a dancer, elegant but strong. Perfect.
When Jimin had noticed Jungkook's stare, there had been a moment of silence, the two of them looking at each other before Jungkook once again acted very mature and fled the room.
They had barely talked and the others were staring to notice.
Yesterday, Namjoon had sought him out after dance practice.
"Hey, is everything all right between you and Jimin?", he asked, looking like the concerned leader he was. It was part of his job to make sure the members were getting along, and he had always taken a great interest in all of their internal arguments.
This time however, Jungkook hoped he wouldn't care so much.
"No, everything is all right, why?"
Namjoon shot him an 'I don't believe you' look.
"Maybe because the two of you barely talked. And every time you two are in a room together, you try to ignore each other but as soon as Jimin spends time with someone else you look ready to murder someone. So, did something happen?"
He did? Now that Namjoon mentioned it.... could it be that he was jealous? But that was ridiculous, right?
Namjoon was studying him like he could read the answer off his face, so Jungkook forced a laugh and waved it off.
"Nothing happened, hyung. Jimin and I are good, trust me. I'm just a bit stressed about the new comeback, that's all. Run has a really tough choreography."
Namjoon only nodded, but didn't seem convinced.
Lying in his bed now, Jungkook realized it couldn't go on like that. It wasn't only messing up the relationship between him and Jimin, but also influencing the whole group.
He turned on the little light on his nightstand and got up. Rubbing his head, he got up.
He had to talk to Jimin and get this problem out of the way.
The next day was another day filled with dance practice and workouts. They only made a break for lunch and a few short once to take a breather or use the bathroom.
They were practicing butterfly and more than once the choreographer lashed out at Jungkook, telling him to pay more attention.
Jungkook grounded his teeth together. How was he supposed to concentrate when this choreography gave Jimin permission to show of his elegant moves and grace of his body?
And the fact that Jimin was getting praises and praises, even though he jokingly changed the choreography more than once in order to come face to face with Taehyung. Jimin would even jokingly caress Tae's cheeks. Then they burst out giggling.
It drove Jungkook insane and he was getting more frustrated by the second.
Eventually, he couldn't take it anymore.
"I need a break!" he shot out, and before anyone could stop him, he burst through the door. The bathroom on this level of Big Hit Entertainment building was massive and modern, colored in light blue shades.
He splashed cold water in his face, hoping to cool some of that rage he didn't understand.
Again and again, he saw Jimin in front of him, dressed in that tight black outfit he had chosen.
"Hey, are you okay?" a voice asked, and out of all the people to follow and check up on him, it had to be Jimin. He's been ignoring him and now he chose to seek him out.
Jungkook turned, staring at him. Last week, the stylists decided to give him a more serious look and went for pitch black hair. It was damp now from all the practice, sticking to his forehead. It made him look even paler- even more beautiful.
He noticed other details too- details he never noticed before.
"JK. Please don't look at me like that. You're scaring me. It looks like you are about to murder me. Have I done something to upset you?"
Jungkook grabbed the sink behind him hard, trying to keep him from doing.... well, what?
Jimin came closer, looking just like the caring member he was, his expression open and helpful.
"Look, if you're exhausted from practice, it's okay. We've almost finished for today anyway. You can go home a bit earlier."
Jimin stepped even closer. Probably closer than he had in those two weeks.
"If there is anything I can do for you, just tell me."
He tried- he really tried not to look at Jimin's lips, but he couldn't help it.
" I think there is." he breathed, not even recognizing his own voice.
He felt feverish- not like himself.
"What is it. I'll-?" Jimin asked, his voice gentle and concerned, but Jungkook couldn't let him finish as he grabbed for Jimin's waist and pulled him close.
When their lips met, Jungkook lost all sense of time an space. Mhh, they were soft and sweet and intoxicating, just like he remembered- every fucking night! Jimin was obviously shocked, his entire body frozen against him- but only for a second.
Then, to Jungkook's great surprised, Jimin kissed him back.
He knew his Hyung had more experience than him, but boy could he kiss! There was nothing he could compare it with of course, but he doubted it could get better than this as Jimin opened his mouth and their tongues met.
He hugged Jimin closer, wanting to feel more of that body against his. Using a hand behind Jimin's head, he pulled their faces even closer together as they devoured each other.
There was only the sound of their heavy breathing and kissing in the bathroom.
Jungkook felt alive and on fire at the same time, kissing Jimin deeper and deeper.
He turned them both, so that Jimin was pressed up against the sink and he could push even closer to him, grabbing a fistful of his black hair and pulled his head back a little to get better access to his mouth.
Jimin moaned deep in his throat and it might have the sexiest sound Jungkook had ever heard and he pulled Jimin so close it almost hurt.
"Jimin. JK, where the hell are you? Practice is starting again."
Jungkook pulled back as if he had burned himself and Jimin pushed him too, ending with the two of them at the other side of the room, just as Taehyung entered.
He looked at the two of them and raised an eyebrow.
