"Alright, Spacewalker." I smirked at the boy across from me with my hands up, ready to defend myself as he mirrored my position with the same smirk. "Let's do this." I tilted my head slightly before he charged at me, throwing an arm to which I responded with a duck.

He stumbled forward slightly while I sprung up, pushing him backwards softly. Finn moved his hair out of his face before chuckling dryly, "You're going easy on me."

I shrugged, getting back into position. "Don't." He ordered and I smiled slightly before nodding. He charged towards me again, thrusting forward his right hand with a punch that I dodged with ease. He quickly did the same with his left as if it were second nature, this time not missing and leaving a lingering sensation on my face.

He paused for a moment, unsure of what to do until I counteracted with a kick that made him stumble before returning with another punch. I blocked it, catching his fist, tightening my grip on his hand before twisting it behind his back and forcing him to the ground.

He groaned, face pressed against the floor of the dropship using his free hand to tap three times in surrender. I chuckled, releasing my grip while he sat up, rubbing his arm with a huff.

"No fair." He frowned, "You're like a fighting machine." He continued to rub his arm while I grabbed a pouch of water, taking a swig before replying,

"You put up a good fight, Finn, but what can I say? I'm just too good." I joked with a raise of my arms tossing the pouch towards him while he playfully rolled his eyes.

"Oh yeah?" He rose a brow before standing up slowly.

"You heard me." I smiled before he leaped forward, wrapping his arms around me tightly, interlocking his fingers so that I was trapped.

"Well try getting out of this one, Claudia!" He teased, jerking me from side to side while I laughed.

"I don't wanna hurt you, Finn." I joked until I heard footsteps approaching us causing Finn's arms to loosen around me.

I looked over to see Bellamy entering the dropship, glancing between me and Finn before clearing his throat, "Sorry to interrupt."

I tucked my hair behind my ear before clearing my throat as well, "It's cool we were just finishing up here anyways, right Finn?" I turned to the brunette and he nodded in agreement, grabbing his things.

"Yeah, I was just leaving." He scrambled before shuffling past Bellamy awkwardly.

Bellamy's eyes followed Finn's departure before he walked over towards me with a raised brow, "Didn't know you two were so close." He crossed his arms once he reached me.

"We're not." I shrugged, my heart racing once his brown eyes met mine, not breaking eye contact until I spoke again, "I'm training campers. Just like you asked me to." I explained while he nodded slowly.

"Right. It just seemed like otherwise from a different perspective, that's all." He mimicked my shrug, shifting in his position.

I squinted my eyes at him, smirking, before I crossed my arms as well, "Bellamy Blake, are you.. jealous?" I gasped dramatically and he rolled his eyes, uncrossing his arms. "Who would've thought?"

"I don't get jealous." He scoffed and I raised my eyebrows, knowing otherwise.

"Care to tell me why you're here then?"

He paused, staring down at the ground causing me to release a knowing sigh, running a hand through my hair, "Again?" I asked softly and he nodded slowly, breaking his trance with the floor and looking up towards me. Ever since Murphy was excommunicated and Charlotte had committed suicide, Bellamy hadn't been getting any sleep.

I'm pretty sure I was the only person he told since he would come into my tent at night and we'd stay up talking. I stepped forward, our bodies close, before placing my hand on his arm, "Why don't we get out of here?" I offered and he nodded, taking my hand and leading me to his tent.

He unzipped it, and climbed inside, surprising me that he hadn't once let go of my hand until we entered the tent. I sat down next to him before lying down on my back, staring up at the ceiling of his tent.

He did the same, as we lay in silence until I finally broke the quietness with a whisper, "I don't really get much sleep, either, nowadays."

I could hear the movement of his head turning towards me, feeling his gaze on the side of my face but I continued to keep my stare above. "Well then I guess we're both pretty fucked." He whispered back causing me to let out an involuntary laugh.

I turned to him, meeting his brown eyes that were already staring at me. "Yeah. I guess so."

He chuckled with a shake of his head, propping himself up on his arm before it went quiet again. I noticed him inching closer, feeling my heart beat so fast I thought it was going to break through my chest. I had also noticed myself doing the same until our faces were only inches apart.

"Claudia." He whispered, his voice sounding like music to my ears every time he said my name.

"Yeah?" I whispered back.

He didn't respond, bringing his hand to rest on the side of my face before leaning forward, connecting our lips. I kissed back, mesmerized by the way our lips fit together so perfectly while they moved together in harmony.

He placed his hand on my waist, deepening the kiss while I wrapped my arms around his neck before trailing down to the end of his shirt. Bellamy sat up, removing his shirt, revealing his perfectly sculpted body before leaning back down.

He reached for my jacket, pushing it off of my shoulders without breaking our kiss. I wrapped an arm around him, while my hand ran through his soft hair.

We were interrupted by a loud crackling noise that sounded like a firework. Bellamy and I broke apart, curious of what it was. I sat up, glancing over at him while he shrugged until someone yelled, "Bellamy! Get out here!"

He rushed forward, not even stopping to put on his shirt before he exited the tent, while I followed in a close second.

Everyone was out of their tents, staring up at the sky, in the unknown and also curious of what the hell the sound was. My eyes trailed over to Octavia who glanced between me and Bellamy, saving questions for later, I'm sure, before pointing up at the sky, "There!"

I looked up, along with everybody else, what, at first, looked to be a shooting star until a parachute came out from it, slowing down whatever it was.

"They're coming to help us." A voice shouted from the crowd. "Now we can kick some grounder ass!"

I broke my glance from the sky before speaking aloud, "If it cleared the ridge, it's probably near the lake. We should get moving-"

"No one's going anywhere." Bellamy interrupted, cutting me off, glancing over towards me with a stern expression. "Especially you. Not while it's dark, it's not safe."

I rolled my eyes, "Fine. First light then." I confirmed and he nodded with approval, seeming a little too accepting. I squinted slightly before mentally shrugging it off. "Great."

...

"Looks like everyone's up." Finn commented from besides me where I stood with my arms crossed, my eyes wandering around the groups of people who were chatting loudly, each discussing their theories of what the thing in the sky was.

"Yeah." I agreed quietly.

"We should try to calm them down." Clarke said, earning a nod of agreement from Finn.

"Hey." Octavia approached the three of us with Jasper by her side.

"Did you guys see that?" Jasper asked with an uncontrollable smile, like a little kid at Disneyland.

"That was from the ark, right?" Octavia questioned, capturing Clarke's attention. "I mean it had to be." She rose her eyebrows.

Clarke shrugged, "Grab your stuff, all of you," Her eyes wandered over the four of us, "let's find out."

"Bellamy and I were gonna wait until sunrise." I informed her while Octavia nudged my arm.

"Dynamic duo." She smirked while I rolled my eyes playfully. Clarke looked around, searching for something it seemed like.

"Where is he?" The blonde asked before we all glanced around as well, not being able to spot him in the crowds.

"He's probably in his tent." Jasper suggested.

I shook my head, "No, I was just there." I responded earning simultaneous glances from the four of them. I shrugged innocently, "What?"

"I don't think he's here." Finn said, leading us all to Bellamy's tent, peeking his head inside before turning back to us, "Gear's gone."

"Fucking fantastic." Octavia said sarcastically, throwing her hands up with a groan before crossing her arms.

"Whatever's in that thing, he wants it." Clarke confirmed as I bit my lip. "We've gotta get there before he does." She continued.

"We should split up." I suggested.

"I'm gonna stay here." Jasper said, "Help calm everyone down."

I nodded, "Sure thing, Jas. Octavia stays with me and Finn goes with Clarke." I reached into the tent, grabbing my jacket and throwing it on while they all glanced at me once again. I rolled my eyes, "Now's not the time."

Clarke raised her hands in defense while Octavia grabbed my hand, "Come on, Dia."

...

Octavia and I ran through the forest of green, the tall grass gliding across our legs as we did so. I caught a moving figure running, a couple of yards ahead of us.

"Bellamy!" Octavia called out, seeing the figure as well, slowing down into a jog before that turned into a walk once the boy turned to us, surprised to see us.

I caught up to him, shaking my head once I reached him, "What the hell, Bell?" My ponytail swayed behind me.

He looked between his sister and I before stating, "Go back to camp. It isn't safe."

Octavia stepped forward, pushing his shoulder, "You lied to everyone. You just want whatever's in that pod-"

"Just go home!" Bellamy pushed her back, sending her stumbling into my arms.

She paused as I held onto her, caught off guard so I spoke up, "How could you be so selfish?"

He stepped forward with a clenched jaw, "I did this for you- both of you. To protect you. If the Ark finds out we're alive, they'll come down. And when they do.." He trailed off with a swallow. I already knew how the rest of his sentence played out. He would be killed for the murder of Jaha.

"Whatever's in there, Bellamy.." I trailed off, "I'll help you take care of it."

"What?" Octavia questioned immediately, "Claudia, we have no idea what's in there, i-it could save our lives."

"Just go find Finn and Clarke." I told her with a whisper, not breaking eye contact with Bellamy.

"But-" She began until I cut her off.

"Go, Octavia!" I yelled and she sighed, looking over to Bellamy before leaving finally.

Bellamy watched her leave until his eyes landed on me, "You don't have to do this."

I walked towards him, stopping when our arms were side by side, "I know." I told him, looking up at him, before walking past him.

...

"What the hell.." I murmured once Bellamy and I found what had landed a few hours ago. He opened the door and we were immediately greeted with a voice over the radio, asking for a response.

My eyes glanced over the unconscious person wearing what looked to be an astronaut suit. Bellamy reached for his knife, cutting out the radio while I unbuckled the person, reaching for them until Bellamy grabbed my arm.

"What the hell are you doing?" He asked me with furrowed brows.

"We should at least help them." I scolded him, pulling my arm out of his hold and turning back to, what looked to be, a female who's helmet was cracked and blood was shown.

"We don't have time." He told me, glancing around, seeing that no one had shown up yet but would soon. "Clarke and Finn will be here soon, I'm sure. They'll help her. Now come on." He grabbed me again but I resisted.

He tilted his head, "Seriously, Claudia? Come on let's go, I'm not gonna ask again." He said with a serious expression.

I shook my head, "Then don't. She needs help." I nodded over to the unconscious girl while he sighed, "Get out of here." I told him.

He felt conflicted, I could tell, but he knew what he had to do and I was telling him to go. He nodded before jogging away into the distance.

I turned back to the girl who began to stir. I reached over, unlatching her helmet and pulling it over her head gently. Her eyes began to open slowly, before fixing on me as they widened.

"Relax, relax." I placed my hand on her shoulder, "Don't freak out."

She glanced around before reaching for her head, groaning when she made contact with her wound. "Yeah, that's not good. Come on, let me help you out of here."

...

"I'm Raven, by the way." The brunette spoke up on the way back to camp. I glanced over at her and she shrugged, "Figured we could at least get to first name basis."

"Claudia." I introduced and she rose a brow. I furrowed mine in confusion at her reaction before questioning her, "What?"

"Nothing." She brushed off, "Just that you're pretty famous if you are who I think you are."

I scoffed, "You really shouldn't believe everything you hear."

I heard footsteps running over until I saw Clarke appear in sight, but Finn wasn't alongside her as I left them. "Where's Finn?" I asked.

"He found Bellamy, he's trying to get the radio back. I saw you from a few yards back, thought I could get some answers from our newest recruitment." She turned over to Raven who seemed confused beyond measure.

"Wait a minute, Finn's here?" Was her first question.

"Yeah, you know him?" Clarke asked back.

"-He's my boyfriend."

"Oh, shit." I whispered, glancing over to Clarke who looked stunned.

"Where's the radio, Bellamy?" Finn's voice could be heard from a distance until he appeared, trailing behind Bellamy who kept a poker face, ignoring him as he walked until he stopped in his tracks, running into the rest of us.

"Bellamy Blake?" Raven quizzed with a squint of her eyes, walking over to him, standing close before circling round him. I knitted my eyebrows together, watching as her eyes scanned him, "They're looking everywhere for you." She smirked.

"Shut up." He growled while Clarke stepped forward.

"Looking for him, why?" She glanced between the two.

"He shot Chancellor Jaha." Raven spilled the beans instantly without a second thought.

Clarke and Finn glared at him simultaneously until Finn spoke, "That's why you took the wristbands. You're just saving your own skin."

Bellamy side-eyed him before walking away without a word. Raven followed him in an instant, along with the rest of us, "Hey! Shooter! Where's my radio?" She shoved him.

I pushed her back, "I know you're new here but you can't just push people around unless you're looking for a fight." I told her and she glared at me.

"Who says I'm not looking for a fight?" She challenged.

"Trust me, you don't want one." I clenched my jaw.

"Okay, stop it." Clarke got between the both of us, glancing between us two. I backed away, from the girl, not breaking our glare until Bellamy pulled me close to him.

"Jaha deserved to die." He stated, looking between us all, "You all know that.

"Yeah, he isn't my favorite person either." Raven fired back, "But he isn't dead."

Bellamy turned to her with confusion written all over his face, and so did I. "What?"

"You're a lousy shot." The girl scoffed.

I glanced up at Bellamy, "You're not a murderer, Bells."

He glanced back down at me before looking back to Clarke who stepped forward, "Where's the radio?"

"It's too late."
