Shopping or Not?

Hikigaya POV

Yuigahama should be back, today everything will be normal.

It's a Saturday, Yukinoshita called me to that mall, i'm about 10 minutes early since, I don't want to be yelled at.

5 minutes later, I see her.

How nostalgic she's wearing those clothes with that haircut she had at the time we first came here. Coincidentally I have the same shirt as I did that day. Though my pants are different.

"How nostalgic." It's only been a few weeks and i'm still calling it nostalgic.

"Ara, you're early? I suppose you do have manners." She looks at me with praise. Although, i'd rather sleep then be here.

"So, Hurry up." I pester her and she shrugs it off and makes me follow her.

"First, we should get her a...what does she like?" I facepalm you've been with her for like every second of your 2nd year highschool life and you don't know what she likes.

"Things people with an iq of lower than 100 like." I say and she understands.

It's said Yuigahama coughed and she realized someone talked smack about her.

"Hey, I need to go the book store stay here, ok?" I tell her, she nods but I look back she's not there where the hell did she go?

I look beside me and I see her.

"The hell you doing?" I ask she flinches and looks at me.

"I-I need to go to the book store too." I swear, why is she such a tsundere?

"Are, these excuses to stay near me?" I ask and she flinches. She knows I caught on.

"N-No." She says as she keeps following me.

"A tsundere and a yandere?" She looks at me confused.

"Your the tsundere and Yuigahama is the Yandere idiot, you read my opinions on people already didn't you? Wait, I forgot to write Hayama's name in it!" I say as I look like I got scammed.

"I'm not a tsundere." Is all she says still following.

I was joking, i'm not sure if she likes me or not i'm probably dense though.

Yuigahama will never read books even though, she needs them more than me and Yukinoshita.

"Well, imma get my books you get yours." I wave off.

I find the books, Konosuba and Re:Zero. Isekai, I have nothing better to do. I grab about 3 or 4 of them. I look at what, Yukinoshita's looking at.

"Pan-Chan Adventures" Um..I know you like Pan-chan, I wont judge but why do you keep eyeing it?

I head over to the Pan-Chan adventures section. She looks at me a little skeptical like what if i'm going to judge her. I grab the whole set. I'll give it to her and she'll be vulnerable! Hey i'm not a creep don't think that! I'm doing this because I want to. Plus she'll stop insulting me if I do this, I think.

I grab the set, She looks at me curious at what i'm doing, Then follows me.

"Hey, can I get all this?" I say putting all the stuff down.

"Yes, that will be 2,500 yen." Equal to $25 I think.

"That's kind of expensive, but here."I hand her 3,000 yen waiting for my change.How do I get money? Mom gives me. Pops don't give me shit.

I get my change and then we head out.

"Hey why'd you get all the Pan-chan books?" She asks looking excited to read them.

"I got them for someone." I answer immediately.

"Someone? Not your sister or Yuigahama?" She is still curious to who i'll give it to.

"I'm giving it to someone who likes Pan-chan, they ain't my friend and they also like cats." I say giving enough hints to say it's her.

"Hm....That "not friend" is lucky I suppose." She says, oi I meant you!

I just sigh and we go to the clothes store.

"I found it." She points to a deal, Pink dress, Pink apron, Pink wrapping and pinks pants. Only for 5,500 yen.

Oi, the IQ for those stuff looks way to low.

"Umm...then i'll get this?" I point to a half aqua and half pink dog plushy. For only 1,500 yen, Why is everything expensive. Yukinoshita looks scared as hell.

I decide just to get the cat thing instead for Yukinoshita since she's scared as hell of dogs and would want to run away if she saw it again.

Then I realize, SHE'S GETTING THE PURPLE VERSION OF THIS CRAP! IT'S FOR HERSELF NOT YUIGAHAMA! I knew it, why would you get a present for someone when they leave for a week.

I decide not to tell her, she probably thinks I wouldn't notice but, I definitely notice.

"Oi, were done now, Let's go." I tell and she follows me.

"So, shouldn't we eat, where do you want to go?" I ask and she points to a cafè a expensive one at that. I can't afford this.

I look at her with an expression of "You, serious?" She sighs and says"I'll pay." we go.We go inside and these dudes all have atleast 6 piece of diamond on them. HOW RICH ARE THESE DUDES!We just sit down on a table.

"Oi, is this really a Yuigahama present thing?" I asked suddenly, and she flinched.

"Ho, what gave you that idea?" She knows, I caught on.

"You're buying the purple versions of the stuff you're pointing at. Yuigahama doesn't get purple, she gets Pink, also this whole time you kept following me, what's that about?" She's in a corner now she can't say anything. To change this it.

"Alright, fine I just wanted to go shopping." She sighs as she says this and gets us like 2 tea's or something.

"Then why'd I, have to come?" Are you trying to kidnap me or something?

"I needed some a-assistance." She stutters wow.

"Then get Hayama." I say this and she scoffs.

"Hayama's too much of a douchbag, also i'll never go anywhere with him for personal reasons." Wow Hayama.

"Then why'd I come? Ask some random kid, who confessed to you." She thinks it over.

"I'd rather have you." She says this which for some reason sounds like a confession.

"Is that a confession or a slave request?" I asked her, Our tea comes and we sip she finally answers.

"Most, likely the first one." Wait, so it's a confession? Is this real I ain't gonna see some random dude come and say "this is my girlfriend and you got pranked you little sh*t." I look around. Most of the diamond people are gone and it's just the gold ones.

"....Wait why're you confessing to me, is this a prank or serious?" She still sipping her tea.

"The latter." She continues sipping the tea. Wait why is this happening?

"Um...why would someone like you try to get me?" I ask suspiciously is this a slave request in disguise?

"You're the first person who hasn't left me after what i've done." She continues sipping, no I wasn't gonna leave you heck i'd blame Yuigahama for the accident since, she didn't leash her dog.

"You didn't do it, the driver did it. Simple and there, although it was probably all Yuigahama's fault since she looked away from her dog." I say sipping and sipping. She nods and orders something else, probably food or something.

"Are you gonna be a house husband still?" She asks out of the blue.

"Hm...probably not, if i'm a house-husband I can't do what I want." She smirks.

"So then what're gonna be?" She looks curiously.

"A scientist." She looks surprised for some reason. Oi, I could work in either a factory or this so stop making fun of me in your brain.

"Ho, and why?" So many questions why.

"So, I can dissect fish and find out if my eyes really are fish eyes or if their not." Ya I just made that up although, that would be interesting.

"An, appropriate answer i'll take that." The food comes we just eat then we leave.

"Oh ya here." I hand here the Pan-chan books.

"Why did y-you get this?" She's trying to look irritated but it doesn't work.

"Call it a gift." I say this and then leave, the last thing I say was her waving so I did it back.

Is this Kindness a lie or is it real?
