Vigilantes

There was a scandal all throughout Musutafu, the persecution of the serial killer refered to as "Vendetta" was a total failure. Many people watched as the murderer killed the police and heroes like it was nothing. People were now afraid of coming out during the night, now the darkness of the night would truly become the domain of Izuku, and now it was known what would happen to anyone who ever tried to challenge that domain.

At the police station.

Naomasa was sitting on his desk, he needed to find a way to bring the killee to justice. The persecution had been an utter failure, they were now seen as incompetent by the citizens, and many began to doubt the police and the heroes' ability to keep the same. Suddenly his door opened and a tall, skinny, blonde man came in.

Nao: Ah Toshi good to see you!Toshi: Its good to see you as well!Nao: Take a sit come on.Toshi: Thank you!Nao: So what brings you here?Toshi: I heard the news about last night, though I wasnt so sure I beleived them, tell me was it that bad?

Naomasa now had a serious expression, he lowered his head a little.

Nao: More than 30 police officer were killed, we also lost 3 helicopters and 3 cars. On top of that 4 heroes were killed and 1 was injured. Among those heroes was Mirko.Toshi: Mirko? She was a strong one, this person must have a powerful quirk to be able to beat her.Nao: You see, as far as we are concerned he hasnt used a quirk this entire time.

This surprised Toshinori.

Toshi: Really?Nao: Indeed, he has only used guns, swords and knives and other sorts of conventional weapons.Toshi: Well he could have super speed or strength or reflexes. Nao: Not sure, Eraserhead was able to erase his quirk during a brief period of time, and yet he still managed to throw him with an almost super-human strength into another building. It makes me think his abilities are natural rather then quirk-related.Toshi: Well that is impressive, but dont worry I will make sure to save some time to be able to help you in the night!Nao: Thanks Toshi, by the way how is that succesor thing going?Toshi: Great! I found this girl who ran to save one of her classmates from a sludge villain even though she didnt have a quirk. I considered ger worthy enough and I have been training her since. That was 10 months ago and soon I will be passing down my quirk to her!Nao: Great! I assume she will attend UA which will also be starting soon.Toshi: Indeed! She will become a great hero!

After that they continued to have a casual conversation.

Later, in the middle of the night...

In an old warehouse at the other side of the city, gunshots and screams could be heard all over the place. Inside many people were shooting around or using their quirks to try to defend themselves from the mysterious force. They shot their guns to every unfamiliar thing that moved, as this force used the shadows to attack them. Soon the people inside fell dead one by one. To them it was like being attacked by a ghost, the only thing they could see from whoever or whatever was doing this was a black blur that passed through them whenever one of their comrades died. The only other distinguishable feature was what seemed as two red eyes that looked at them as they passed by, like in a way telling to whoever looked at them "you are next". Soon everybody fell dead to the ground except for the leader. The leader stood there nervous, fearing what would happen next. He then saw as a dark seemingly manifested itself in the other side of the room, big red eyes were now looking at him. When he looked at them, it was like looking at hell, and now hell was looking back at him. Suddenly a wicked smile formed on the figure's face, like if it was excited for what it was about to do.

Leader: So you are the one huh?.... The phantom killer.... I wont be intimidated by the likes of you freak!

He raised his hands about to activate his quirk, when he blinked, the figure was no more and he felt something in going through his neck. His head fell to the ground.

The figure then approached somd cargo boxes and opened them to see a bunch of drugs inside.

Izuku: Scum.

Izuku piled up the boxes and then he pulled out a lighter and turned it on and then threw it to the drugs. He went out of warehouse to watch his work of art. As he was staring into the fire, he felt a hostile pressence. He jumped to the side and dodged and incoming step from a woman. He then felt another prescene coming near ground level and jumped up, dodging a boy who went sliding through the ground. When he landed he side stepped and grabbed an arm that had thrown a punch to his head. He then proceeded to throw him away into the ground, near where the other ones were.

Crawler: Damn it.... He is good.Pop Step: He did it without even looking.

The other one slowly rose up to his feet.

Knuckleduster: He is no joke.

The figure looked at them and then spoke in what to them sounded in an inhumane voice.

Izuku: Vigilantes.Knuckleduster: So you know us, and you are the one who has been killing those people throughout the city.Izuku: No, not people, heroes, and villains.Crawler: They are people too you monster!

Izuku slowly turned to Crawler and looked at his outfit, an All Might outfit. He became enraged at this, as it also reminded him of the time he glorified that bastard. He took out his gun and shot Crawler. Crawler barely managed to dodge.

Knuckleduster: Bastard!

He ran towards Izuku, dodging incoming bullets, he was then able to knock the gun out of his hand and tried to punch Izuku repeatedly, but Izuku just tilded his head to dodge.

Izuku stepped back a little bit and took out one of his swords and attacked Knuckleduster who barely dodged and tried to counterattack.

As Knuckleduster prepared his counterattack, a shot was heard and Kunckleduster looked down to see Izuku holding a gun, he then looked to see a bullet hole in his chest and blood coming out of it.

Knuckleduster: C-cheater...Izuku: Everything is fair in the battlefield.

Knuckleduster fell to the ground.

Pop step: Bastaaaaard!

She screamed at the top of her lungs and made a leap using her quirk to attack Izuku. He simply looked at her.

Izuku: Stupid.

As she came near, he used his swords and sliced her belly up.

She fell to the ground while spitting out blood.

Crawler: DIIIIEEEEEE!!

Crawler came running at him in an attempt to punch him, but he failed.

He tried once again, but this time Izuku punched him back and he fell to the ground.

He looked down to crawler and took put his gun.

Izuku: Pathetic.

He shot Crawler in the head and then went on to look over the other vigilantes, dead too. As he was about to leave, he felt another pressence and turned around, just to be greeted by a sound wave which sent him flying back.

Gang Orca: I got news that something happened here, I wasnt expecting the phantom killer... That sound save was enough to stop a blue-whales heart.... I am not sure if I will be allowed to continue being a hero, but I at least got rid of this evil.

Suddenly from out of some of trees Izuku came back, he eas shaking and his aura was one of displeasement.

Gang Orca: Impossible...

Izuku took out his other sword and charged against Gang Orca. Gang Orca was barely a match against an angry Izuku's speed and was quickly overwhelmed. Gang Orca landed on the ground with one sword stuck in his chest and the other in his throat. The sirens of the police could be heard at the distance. Izuki decided it was best to retreat on continue his purge another day....
