I pulled away from him at her voice, looking over at her as I wiped my eyes, trying to stop myself from crying. I used my hand as a fan to try and dry the tears away but to be honest, I just couldn't stop crying.

Areum looked at me, then my neck, then at Sunghoon, her mouth wide open.

"..Can we talk?" Her voice cracked amidst that sentence, she probably connected the dots by now. 

Sunghoon sighed.

"Not right now Areum, sorry, it's urgent." He respectfully declined, grabbing my wrist lightly and taking me out of the building.

The few texts alone managed to sober me up completely, even though I wasn't even drunk whatsoever. I wiped my makeup off in my bathroom, staring at the red marks down my neck, I managed to let out a chuckle, I'm pretty sure Sunghoon was sat in my bedroom right now.

I couldn't even be bothered to wear light makeup, I just threw my hair up and left the bathroom like that. Sunghoon laid on my bed, staring at his phone up until I came out of my bathroom, then he looked at me.

"You ready?" He gave me a small smile, trying to make me feel better. It was like, what, 2 in the morning? And he was willing to drive three hours or more just so I could see my mother.

"Give me two more minutes." I head into my closet, grabbing the clothes I'll be wearing on the way there. I had already previously thrown some clothes into a bag hurriedly. I went for comfort mainly for this, grabbing some clothes and throwing them on.

I stepped out as Sunghoon sat up, looking me up and down with a small smile again. Man, he was so cute.

"Let's go then." He said, standing up and waiting for me. I turned off my lights in my room, now it was pitch black, I made my way narrowly towards where my door was and felt Sunghoon's hand reach for mine. I feel like this was more intimate than kissing him, I interlocked his hand with mine as we walked down and out of the house.

Finally, with Sunghoon's stuff packed too, we were on the road towards Jeonju. Damn, it was gonna be such a long ride. I stared out of the window, just looking at a few mere cars driving by.

It was kind of crazy to me how I'm suddenly in a Bentley with Sunghoon himself driving, like, it feels like we're kind of on holiday.

Matter of fact, I didn't even know where I stood with Sunghoon, like, are we still friends? Maybe he thought it was just a one-time thing? Are we close? Does he want to date me? What exactly are we?

"You're gonna have to speak to Areum asap." I mentioned, he glanced over at me for a second.

"About?" Okay, act as if you don't know.

"She likes you, buuut.." I really didn't want to continue my sentence.

"But what?" He raised an eyebrow, smirking as I rolled my eyes.

"...I like you too." I spoke in the quietest voice ever, by the smile on Sunghoon's face, I knew he heard me.

"I can't hear you" He teased as I let out a groan.

"Forget it." I crossed my arms as Sunghoon reached one arm to caress my hair. Damn I could get used to this.

And after that, I fell asleep. Up until I felt someone putting something over me. I slightly opened my eyes to see what was going on, and Sunghoon was just parked at a gas station, the passenger door was open and Sunghoon leant over to place the blanket over me.

I moved my arm to hold his head, basically hugging him. He chuckled as I let him go.

"We have like an hour and half left." He lowly told me, but to be honest I barely listened because I drift back off to sleep.
