I slowly looked to my left, Jiwoo called my name out, smiling.

"hey, Yerin!! what's up with you?" She asked loudly, causing Sunghoon to turn his head and face me.

"huh? oh, nothing?" I replied, a lot quieter than her.

"you sure?" She looked at me with a large grin, she was clearly drunk.

"mhm." I nodded gently as she shrugged, facing Sunghoon back again. I gulped lightly, I noticed  Sunghoon staring at me from the corner of my eye, for a while, his smile gradually lowering into a concerned frown.

He looked away, talking away with Areum, Jiwoo and others on the table.

Eventually, I got bored, I stood up - slipping away from the table.

I made my way to the front of the club, the rain trickled down heavily as the moon shone brightly. Cars swoon past the road quickly, I made my way out of the club, dragging my bag along sloppily.

I sighed, the rain soaking my hair. My dress was getting wet as I continued walking, reluctantly heaving my feet forward.

The night rain along with the cars harmonised together.

I stopped by a nearby 711 store, the bell ringing as I opened the door and came in. The voice of the rain suddenly muffled as I dried my shoes on the mat. I walked to the cold drink isle, grabbing a can of beer out of the fridge.

I walked back to the front, placing the beer at the front as I held the cash in my hand.

"rough day?" He asked, scanning it.

"mhm." I gave him the exact bill.

"even if you're underage, I wont ID check you, I hope you have a better night." He smiled nicely, waving as I faintly smiled back.

I sat on one of the tables at the front, cracking the can open, drinking it as the rain continued pouring on top of me.

A few people sat on the other tables, eating or drinking like me.

I exhaled softly, taking the first swig of the can. The bitter taste of it making my eyes squint.

I checked my phone, turning it on a bunch of times, but it died. I groaned silently, great. I'm stranded in this city, on my own, in the rain.

I collapsed my head into my arms for a while, leaning back up and onto my palm as I took another sip of my beer.

Rain was still pouring, but not over my head anymore. I looked up, an umbrella was over my head, along with quick panting.

I looked to the figure standing next to me, then at his face.

Another feminine figure eventually caught up, groaning and cursing to herself.
