(tuesday day 9 since split)

the next day

She had woken to her phone blowing up with friends texting her asking if she was seeing Drake and had followed one of the many links sent to her to see that there were photos of them online having lunch the day before and hugging goodbye she texted all her friends telling them to calm their tits she'd only had lunch with Drake about work.

She shook her head thinking that some people read way too much into a photo sometimes.

She had spoken to her brother, sister and mom and told them Drake is a client they had lunch while talking about work nothing was going on with him.

She played with the idea of posting the photos with the caption nothing is going on here move on now people but felt that might just add more fuel to the fire so dismissed the idea.

She was having coffee when her phone rings and seeing it's Urbana she answers it they talk and laugh about the assumptions being made over her having lunch with Drake and a hug and CeCe tells her you know you and Lana are the only ones who hasn't asked or assumed that I was seeing him and Urbana tells her yeah thats because we know your not interested in him no matter how hard he tries to put it on you she says laughing CeCe laughs with her and says true and asks how she, Phil and the kids are and is glad to hear they are all well.

She was waiting on Bella and Gigi Hadid to get ready she had done photo shoots with them before but not together and hoped they didn't bicker like most siblings do especially as she would be working with them tomorrow as well.

She found that they worked well together but they took longer to get changed as they couldn't stop talking to each other and taking selfies while they did, it was driving CeCe crazy.

She went for a walk when she had called it a day wanting to clear her head and she walked back to the hotel while drinking a latte enjoying the excersize and when she got back to her hotel room she ran a bath and switched her cell phone back on as she always switched it off when she was doing a shoot and sees she had missed 3 calls from Bruno and saw she had 4 text messages from him and 2 voice mails she deleted them all.

She soaked in the bath and felt her annoyance with the Hadid sisters melt away she only got out when the water cooled.

She enjoyed soda, fries and cheese burger that she ordered from room service after her bath then went for a nap setting the alarm on her phone as she was going out to a bar that night with friends.

Meanwhile in LA

He was hanging with Phil not really paying attention to what he was saying until he hears him mention CeCe and the conversation he had over heard that morning between her and Urbana but although he was relieved to hear that nothing was going on with Drake he wondered if CeCe had lied to Urbana the way she had about him and exactly how hard had Drake tried it on with her he felt angry and yet again he had tried calling and texting her and leaving her voice messages and she didn't respond to any of them.

He had seen the photos of CeCe with Drake that morning while having breakfast and hadn't been able to get the image of the two of them together and hugging out of his head.

He got up to go and Phil asks him why do you look pissed man what's going on.

He tells Phil how he'd had a thing with CeCe but it was over.

Shit B what the fuck is wrong with you she is not like those girls you pick up and use Phil tells him and stops and looks at Bruno and says if it's over why are you pissed off unless you've got feelings for her.

He tells Phil that he does have feelings for her and hadn't been able to hook up with anyone else since she had called it quits with him and that he had tried and failed and she wouldn't respond to any of the messages he'd left and sent her and wouldn't answer his calls.

You need to sort this shit out B your one of my best friends and CeCe is a good friend of mine and one of Urbana's best friends Phil tells him and shakes his head and says man when you fuck up you go all out.

He nodded to Phil and replied yeah man I know he was sick of CeCe ignoring him, this shit had to stop whether she liked it or not she was going to talk to him.
