twenty-nine
22:46, 14 September 2019As time goes on, Justin falls deeper and deeper back into work, not realizing as it happens that he grows further from his family.
Elianna grows used to being a stay at home mom, as well as doing it on her own as her husband is never around... until tonight.
"Babe!"
Jumping slightly, Elianna stands from her place in the playroom, confused as to why Justin is home at 4 in the afternoon.
"What are you doing here?" she asks, walking out to meet him in the living room.
"We've had three companies sign back with us today," he grins. "Three!"
"Whoa," she starts. "Where did that come from?"
"Well, according to the third floor, Mr. Matthew's company is being investigated due to accusations of fraud and possible embezzlement," Justin grins.
Elianna's eyebrows raise and she shakes her head. "It wouldn't surprise me if those accusations are one hundred percent truth."
"Exactly," Justin grins. "So, why don't you say we go out to celebrate tonight? The whole family."
"Are you sure? I mean, it's a lot to get all of us out of the house," she says, laughing lightly.
"I am positive," he smiles. "I'll get the bigger kids ready, you get Abrielle and yourself. We leave at five."
"Okay," she says, laughing lightly as he kisses her cheek and cheerfully goes to the playroom.
Laughing at her husbands' cheerful behavior, she shakes her head and grabs Abrielle before heading upstairs. She sets her on the floor where she can play and watch Word Party on Netflix, which just so happens to be her favorite show at the moment.
Going into the bathroom, she uses some dry shampoo before curling her hair and fluffing it to look more natural. Afterward, she puts on a minimal amount of makeup and gets dressed in a pair of jeans and a cute top.
Once done, she takes Abrielle, who is now 11 months old, and changes her into an outfit suitable for going out. Then, she takes her downstairs where the other kids are waiting.
"Mommy! We're going out to dinner!" Kameron informs her.
"I know, buddy, are you excited?!" she asks, smiling widely at him.
"Yeah!" he exclaims, running off with his sister.
"Look at you," Justin says, coming into the room. "Woo! I'm a lucky man," he says, kissing her.
She laughs, pushing him away. "Oh my gosh! Let's go eat."
He chuckles, walking outside with all the kids and Elianna before buckling everyone into their seats and climbing into the drivers' seat while Elianna sits in the passengers' seat.
After dinner, they bring the kids home and put them to bed, deciding it was too late and they'd be fine without a bath for the night.
"Babe," Elianna starts once both of them are in the bedroom getting ready for bed.
"Yeah?" he asks, finishing brushing his teeth.
"Do you think we're jumping the gun a little?"
"What do you mean?" he asks.
"I mean, we don't know if these accusations about his company are correct. What if they're not and things get worse? Should we really be celebrating?"
Justin sighs. "I understand the hesitation, babe. It's been a hard year. But, I have a really good feeling about this. I think what people are saying is right. I mean, there's gotta be an explanation for some things that have been going on. This could be it."
"Yes, it could be. But we don't know for sure. So, let's be cautious."
"Happily cautious?" he asks, giving her a cheesy smile.
She laughs lightly, nodding. "Yes, Justin. Happily cautious."
"Good," he smiles, kissing her before getting comfortable in bed.
They both fall asleep in no time, exhausted from the day. Little did they know, all their troubles would soon fade away.
As more time passes by, Justin finds himself spending more time at home. With the investigation in progress, clients were switching over to Bieber Enterprises. Whether it be for the first time or again, the business was booming.
Today, however, he took the whole day off, wanting to be home for his youngest daughter's first birthday.
"Happy Birthday baby girl!" Justin exclaims softly, smiling as he turns her bedroom light on and picks her up out of her crib.
"Mama."
"Oh, I know. You want mama," Justin chuckles, taking her downstairs.
"Hi, baby!" Elianna exclaims, looking over from the stove.
"Mama!" Abrielle exclaims, reaching out.
"I'll get breakfast, take her," Justin grins, handing Abrielle over.
Elianna takes Abrielle over to the living room, sitting on the couch with her and singing a couple of songs to make her laugh before hearing Brayden upstairs.
"Mommy! Mommy!"
Elianna gasps playfully. "I think your big brothers and sister are awake!"
Abrielle mocks the gasp, putting her hands out to the side.
"Let's go get them!" Elianna tells her, carrying her upstairs and opening the doors and letting the three older kids out of their rooms.
"Okay, all three of you need to go potty before we go downstairs."
"Okay!" they exclaim, all running to the bathroom and taking their turns before brushing their teeth and going downstairs.
"Good morning daddy!" the three of them yell excitedly.
"Good morning guys. You want breakfast?" he asks.
"Yes!" they answer.
"Alright!" he replies, making each of them a plate and putting them on the table.
Putting Abrielle in her high chair, Elianna tears a pancake into small pieces and puts them as well as some scrambled eggs on the tray for her to eat.
After breakfast, Justin and Elianna get the kids ready for the day before taking them outside to play, Justin spending some extra time with Abrielle while Elianna sits on the patio, putting together some last-minute plans for her party.
"Hey baby," Justin grins, walking over and sitting next to me while Abrielle sits nearby, playing with a few toys.
"Hey," she grins. "Any word about the investigation on Tyler?"
Justin shakes his head. "No, not yet. I know they've started the investigation but there hasn't been any actual information. Justin news articles that pretend they know what's going on."
She laughs lightly, gazing over at Abrielle. "I can't believe a year ago today she was born."
Justin lets out a breath. "I know, It went by so fast. I missed a lot of it."
"That's not your fault."
"I could've been around more, Eli."
Elianna sighs. "Yeah, but you were trying to take care of us financially."
He nods. "I just wish I could've spent more time appreciating what I have."
She grins. "Well, you can do that now."
He smiles. "Anything else to do for the party?"
She shakes her head. "No. All the food is being delivered that day and she's only one so there's not a huge amount of shit to do. I didn't wanna go overboard. It's not like she'll remember."
He chuckles, nodding. "Plus we have three other kids and there is no time to plan an extravagant party."
"More of that, yes." Elianna nods.
Justin laughs.
As the next few months pass, Bieber Enterprises blows up, every single of their old partners signing on again along with new partners who had heard amazing things of the company.
By the time Christmas Eve rolls around, Justin's working from home 3 out of 5 days a week, spending loads of time with his family and being the best dad and husband he can be.
"Okay, guys, time for bed!" Justin says, clapping his hands together and entering the living room.
"No!" the three older kids yell, Abrielle already in bed since she had become fussy.
"Come on, let's give them a pass to stay up just a little later tonight," Elianna says, walking in behind him. "I'll make a deal with you guys."
"What's the deal, mommy?" Elena asks.
"We all sit here and watch Mickey's Christmas movie and then you all have to go to bed."
"Okay!" Elena exclaims.
"Yeah!" the boys reply.
Elianna looks over at Justin, raising her eyebrows.
"Yeah," he nods. "Okay."
Smiling, Elianna grabs a bunch of blankets for the kids and make the kids bowls of popcorn and one cookie as a treat. She passes the bowls out and makes sure the kids are comfortable before letting Justin start the movie.
After the movie is over, Justin and Elianna put the kids to bed and finish cleaning up and placing some presents under the tree, they go to bed, knowing they would have an early morning.
"Mommy! Daddy!"
Sighing heavily, Elianna laughs lightly to herself, pushing her husband to wake him up.
"The kids are up," she mumbles, noticing it to be 6 am.
He groans, rolling out of bed and following Elianna to get the kids and go downstairs.
"Alright, alright, no opening presents yet," Elianna tells the kids. "We need to eat breakfast first. So, you guys are gonna watch frosty the snowman while mama and daddy make breakfast and then we'll eat."
"Okay!" they exclaim, letting her turn on the movie before heading to the kitchen where Justin had already started cooking.
Once breakfast is made, Justin and Elianna sit the kids down and eat breakfast, Abrielle having some eggs and small pieces of french toast while the rest of them have eggs, french toast, and some bacon.
After breakfast, the whole family sits among themselves in the living room, watching another holiday movie and waiting for Elianna and Justin's parents and families to show up to their home since they're hosting Christmas this year.
Once everyone had shown up, everyone gathers in the living room, the children opening presents and celebrating their new toys while Elianna pulls Justin to the kitchen.
"What's up?" he asks, chuckling.
"I wanted to give you your present in private."
He gives her a confused look.
She hands him a small bag, making him chuckle and reach inside to pull out the wrapping paper followed by a small box.
"Hmm," he hums, opening the small box before looking up at her, shocked. "Are you kidding me?"
She laughs lightly, shaking her head. "No."
He blinks, looking down at the box again. "Oh my god."
She laughs.
"You're joking."
"I'm really not, I swear."
He gulps. "You're serious?"
She nods. "I went to the doctor."
"Holy shit." he breathes, licking his lips. "We're gonna have another baby."
She bites her lip, laughing a bit more. "Yeah."
"Five fucking kids," he says, his eyes widening. "Shit."
She giggles. "Are you not happy?"
"What?" he asks, looking over in shock. "No! Of course, I'm happy." He smiles, kissing her. "I'm just shocked."
She laughs. "Okay."
"How long have you known?" he asks.
"About a week," she shrugs. "I'm only 7 weeks along though."
He lets out a breath. "Okay, so let's keep it to ourselves for a while then."
"Yeah, for sure." she nods.
"Okay," he grins, kissing her and starting to walk away.
"You're real presents in the bag too."
"Oh, wait, really?" he asks, turning around and grabbing the bag.
She laughs as he opens the other box.
"Babe," he starts giving her a look. "This is the watch I've been wanting for months. It costs a fortune."
"I've been saving up for it since you mentioned it the first time," she laughs.
He grins. "You and that small business."
"We work well," she shrugs.
He chuckles, kissing her and putting the watch on. "Thank you, baby."
"You're welcome. Come on, let's go back in there."
He nods and they go back to the living room, sitting on the couch comfortably.
Later that day, as the kids play in the playroom and the adults sit around the living room, Pattie turns on the news, wanting to see where the so-called storm was headed.
"CEO of Lifeline Industries, Tyler Matthews-"
"Guys, listen," Pattie says, turning everyone's attention to the tv.
"Has been arrested and charged with the crime of embezzlement. Matthews will be serving a seven-year sentence for his crimes."
Elianna gasps, a smile spreading across her face. "Oh my gosh."
"Yes!" Justin exclaims, standing. "WOO HOO!"
Elianna laughs, standing and hugging him, which action is returned in a kiss.
"Thank goodness you guys don't need to worry about him anymore," Jeremy says, chuckling.
"You're telling me," Justin chuckles, sitting back down with Elianna.
"We don't have to worry anymore," she sighs, looking over to Justin.
He grins, kissing her softly.
"Mommy!"
Justin chuckles. "I was wondering when that would happen."
"I was waiting," Elianna laughs, getting up and walking in the direction of the playroom.
A smile on her face.
