Chapter 30

Atheia got up and saw everyone in the house was busy.. Athy came inside and helped her fresh up.

"mommy is someone coming..?" atheia asked as she saw how lily helena and others are arranging the room.

" atheia.. I have a surprise news for you.." athy said and smiled. Athiea stared at her confused.

" do you remember Aaron..? You said you like his voice and it was like lucas 's voice.. That boy is actually your daddy's little brother.. We just found out  yesterday "  athy said and smiled.

" daddy's brother..?" athiea asked tilting her head.

" hmm daddy's brother ..,your samchon... so he  is gonna  stay with us.. For that  we are preparing his  room "she said and smiled.

" daddy found his little brother..?  hehe.. Athiea have new samchon "she said clapping and giggled.

" yeah.. My daughter  is so smart. "she said and kissed her cheek.

" come on  get ready... You have school today vacation is over.. " athy said as she took out her uniform from the closet.

" yeah.. School.. I can see my friends today.. "she said and smiled. Athy helped her change her dress.

" but I can't go to  daddy office .. Atheia likes there.. "she said pouting.

" let's go on Sundays OK..? "athy said and she smiled at her and she nodded her head.

"  Aaron oppa will stay here..? With mommy daddy and atheia..? " she asked.

" yeah.. His friends will also stay  here even though they said it's just for a while.. " athy said and athiea jumped in happiness.

" haay.. Athiea can play with oppas in home.." she said and giggled.

" atheia.. You shouldn't disturb the boys  they are still  studying in school.. They must   have so many works to do.. Always knock the door.. ask permission before getting inside other's room.. Like you always do.. And when you want to play with them ask them first if they are busy..? you shouldn't whine to them.. You shouldn't disturb Aaron and his friends OK..? "she said. Athiea listened to her silently  her  nodded her head.

" OK mommy.. Atheia will be good girl.. Hehe "she said and athy hugged her.

" My girl is so sweet..let's go mommy will make pancakes for you.. Wanna drink hotchoco..?"she asked 

" yeah .. Athiea wants to.. " she said and hugged her.

" yeah let's go.. "athy carried her and went Downstairs.

"  athy  I think it's ok what do you think..? "lily asked as they walked past Aaron's room. Athy went inside and smiled looking at it.

" as expected of lily .. It's perfect.. If the boys need anything else we can add later "she said and smiled

" yeah I also think so.. "lily said and smiled.

" I am so happy  lucas found his brother.. I am excited that we will have more members in home..oh.. I forgot.. "lily walked downstairs as she is  talking nonstop.

'she must be happy that  there will be more members in home.. Lily always wanted to live as family.. I felt bad when I said I wanted live alone but she ended up coming to my place daily..' she thought as she revoked the past days and smiled.

" granny looks happy.." atheia said

"yeah she love having more members in the house." athy said and smiled.

" atheia.. Good morning.." felix smiled at her.

"grandpa.. Good morning.." she cutely replied.  Felix took her from athy and they walked towards the dining table chatting. Athy went to make breakfast.

"are you guys done with everything..?" cabel asked as he entered and saw the boys sitting in the empty room.

"yeah we did.." they said and smiled. 

"let's go..." he said and helped the boys carry thier luggage. They went outside and saw lucas leaning on a chevrolet explorer van scrolling his mobile screen. He looked up and waved at the boys.

"hii.." he said in a blank tone which they are  so used to hearing from their raven head  friend.

He helped them put their bags inside and they drove to his house.

"  oh you guys come.." lily asked as she was  standing in the stairs outside waiting for them  .

" yeah.." lucas said and smiled at her.

"hyung was so polite to her.." henry  whispered.

"she is his  mother in law boys.." cabel said  giggling.

" uncle and aunty  adopted athy.." cabel  explained as he saw the confused expression on thier faces and  they  gave a understanding nod.

" hii boys..welcome.. I am lilian York.. athy's mother.. Nice to meet you all.. Oh my.. You all are so handsome.. "lily said and smiled. They felt warm. Lily's motherly love  never failed to melt one's heart .

" hello mam.. "the boys said and bowed

" hey... what's with you all..? Just call me  aunty no need to be so formal.. "lily said and they nodded a yes.

" you are Aaron right..? Are you alright now..? " she asked in a  worried tone.

" yeah I am OK now.. "he said with a small smile.

" come in I already prepared your room. "she welcomed them and showed them thier room.. It was a big room  with two bunk beds and a large single one.

The boys entered the room and stared at it surprised.  it's bigger than thier previous one and they didn't expected  they would get treated just like Aaron so they were stunned. A small smile appeared on Aaron's face.

" do you guys like this..? If you don't like anything or need anything let me know I will change it right away OK..?" lily said and smiled.

"no..no it's  more than enough for us  thank you so much." the boys said and bowed.

"I told you not to be so  formal.. I am Glad you all  like this.."  lily smiled. And left the room so the boys can feel at ease while setting the room.

" wow.. Everyone in this house is so nice.. I am  happy for you Aaron.."

asher said as he Sat on one of the bunk beds . They took the bunk beds and give Aaron the big single one since they planned on leaving soon. They organised their clothes and everything  else and it's already got afternoon.

" you guys are already done with organising..? Such a good boys.. Come down let's eat.."

lily said as she came back to call them for lunch. They followed her and they started chatting with lily as they all ate  lunch together. The boys liked how caring and loving she was and they felt so comfortable talking with her. As they were chatting  helena came back from office and she joined them. as the chatterbox she is, she easily got close with the guys.. Athy who went to drop athiea and then for shopping came back and she also joined them. Aaron stared  at  them surprised.

'  they all get friendly so fast... Like asher said people in this house are too nice.. Is that why he looks happy..? ' he thought...the memory of little Aaron peeking at lucas from  distant when  he first  went to orphanage with his mom's friend that day flashed in front of him.

A guy with cold  eyes and lifeless look on his face with no interest in the world.. living like a robot.. That's the image of lucas  imprinted on his mind as his elder brother... who  he always wanted to talk but at the same time felt sorry for and scared of.. .. When he saw him again  after a long time .. He looked completely different from before.. more lively and happy ..

' I am glad he have  a good family' Aaron thought and his lips curved into a small  smile..

Thier day went on quickly and in the evening the boys  are sitting on the couch playing games. Athy was busy with her work.. She is helping her friend in France who is now running the ballet  school by reviewing practice videos or by watching live sessions online.

"what language she is talking..?" asher asked hearing her voice from room.

"it's French.." Aaron said his eyes  glued to the screen.

"wow.. She is so cool. What she is doing..? Working online..?" henry said staring at the closed room.

"yeah..  I think she is Reviewing a  dance performance.. she was a ballet dancer.. "aaron said and the guys stopped playing and looked at him. He looked up and stared  at them confused.

" you know everything huh...they are  such  nice people Still you lived alone..? This idiotic bastard.." Liam scolded him..

" give me a break guys.. You all are saying this same thing all day.." Aaron said as his eyes went back to his phone screen.

" Aaron.. You moron.. Why did you kill me... Geez... "

Ben screamed and they all went back to playing seriously. They heared the familiar cute voice and turned back towards the front door in unison and saw atheia running inside happily felix entered after her carrying her bag.

" hii.. Oppas... "she said  with a bright smile giving them a cute  attack.

Everyone  felt happy looking at her bright  smile which will make one's  fatigue  fade and refresh them.

" hii. Athiea.. "

" hello cutie.. Haah.. I feel like my day will  be bright like your smile "

the boys abandoned their mobile and swarmed towards her. Aaron stared at them still  sitting on the couch.

They played with her for a while then they went outside after athiea fell asleep. Next day they were busy getting ready for school.. They tried to rush out but lily scolded them for skipping breakfast and they Sat  down to eat. Wheil they were  eating atheia joined them.

"good morning everyone.." she said  with a bright  smile.

"morning.. Did you sleep well..?"  lily asked as she helped her Sat on her chair.

"atheia... Even your  chair is cute like you.." asher said smiling but she pouted hearing that.

"athie will grew tall like oppa and sit there.." she said pointing at thier chairs and they started laughing at how cute she was.

"yeah yeah.. Do that.." asher said chuckling..

" thanks for the food we will Get going now.." 

they said as they got up and went to school. Athiea  also waved lily bye as she got out with athy to her kindergarten. Athy dropped the boys on her way and left atheia on kindergarten.

Days went on happily like that.. The boys throughly enjoyed staying there and it's already their  last day at their  home.. Everyone asked them to stay with them and it's so hard for the boys  to convince them and they moved to one of  the dorm rooms. But they came early in the morning and left late at night.. They had dinner everyday at thier house as they promised to lily.

Aaron felt  a bit sad .. since the boys were  always with him all day, he felt  less lonely  than he Expected. Lucas and cabel are always buys as felix took a break and stayed home since he also fell sick 

That day when Aaron went to rooftop as always after  the boys left.. He saw lucas sitting on the rail drinking canned  beer. He was about to go back to his room but he stopped when lucas talked.

"am I some sort of virus or what..? Why are you always running away whenever you see me..?" he asked staring at him. He slowly turned back and stood silent.

" that's not it." he said slowly walking towards him.

"then what..? Are you shy..?" lucas asked with a smirk and Aaron looked at him with a 'what the fuck..? ' face which made him giggle.

" are you that uncomfortable...? Staying with me..?" he asked taking a sip staring at the clear dark sky.

"hmm.. A little..you don't mind anyway.. Then why are you asking..? " he said sitting beside him.

"  just because.." lucas replied and there was a silence.

" why did you ended up in orphanage..?" lucas asked after a while  breaking the silence.

" do I have to reply.?" he asked in a blank  tone.

" yep.. Or else I am gonna smack that hard  head of yours.. It's irritating.. Somehow it feels like I am talking to myself.."

lucas said taking another sip.aaron let out a small chuckle.

" I was kicked out of the house.. As soon as mom died.. I don't know why at that time.. Then I found it's because they think  I wasn't born to that Oldman .. They said  Mom had an  affair and had  me...like you .. "

he said in blank tone. Lucas was silent for a while.

" they thought huh..?  Then Is it true or not..? " he asked

" hmm.. I think it's true.. Can't you see  that how I am not at all look like that old man . " Aaron shrugged.

"  Yeah you do look more like her.." he said

"you too.."  he said and he nodded a yes.

Lucas, Aaron both look like thier mom that's why they look alike.. The only difference is Lucas got his dad's eyes and Aaron's eyes are black but their  mom's are golden.

" I think it's a good thing.. I can't imagine  looking like that  Oldman.. He look like human version of hippopotamus.." Aaron mumbled and lucas stared laughing.

"pfft.. indeed.. But isn't she really  something..? She abandoned me saying she want to live a good life.. Look at what the fuck she had done.. "

he said in a blank tone.. Aaron just nodded his head and stared  at the clear sky.

" Sister in law  said  if you had known about me you would have take me in long ago.. is it true..? "Aaron asked in a low voice.

" hmm.. Maybe.. I would have.. But I guess you really hide yourself so well huh..? " he said as both of them stared at the blank  sky. There was  silence again.

"  you are such a stubborn brat aren't you..? Anyway.. You did good.. Living alone like that..I know It sucks  .. I am glad you got good friends.."

lucas said after a while as  his hand slowly patted his head. Aaron  turned and stared at him surprised. He saw lucas smiling at him a gentle and true smile which he never thought lucas  would  give for him...

'little Aaron who always secretly followed his big brother but too hesitant to reach out to him was now comforted by him saying he did a  good job growing up.. He felt warm all over his body..' his lips curved into a smile and he smiled back at him.

"  hmm.. Thanks to them I felt less lonely. They always follow me wherever I go so  life got  more lively because of  them." he said and smiled.

" is that why you want to be an idol..?" lucas asked as he emptied his can and throwed it away.

"huh..?" he asked tilting  his head.

" that day when athiea first saw you.. She told  sia she likes you because you sing like me.. And when I heard you singing.. I understand what she meant.. You love singing more than dancing.."

he said his gaze  back  at the clear sky.

"yeah.. I love singing more.. But the boys wanted to be idols so that we can be together even while working.."  he said with a small smile.

" hmm.. The audition is next week.. Right..?" lucas asked

"yeah.." he said as he  got down from the rail.

" I am sleepy I will get going.. Bye.." he said and walked downstairs.lucas stared at him going down  and then a small smile appeared on his face.

The are so many other things left unasked to Aaron .. But he felt like he already knew the answers for them..
