Chapter 7 : Empress

Here's a slightly longer chapter(which you probably wouldn't even notice) to compensate for my slower updates~ =3=

It's been a few days since the last incident, and Yuna just lives her life normally. She doesn't really care what happened to the copycat after that. As long as the other two doesn't get into any trouble like going to jail, she is okay with it.

"See you tomorrow Hana-chan!" She bid farewell to her first friend in the school. She is now more open to the girl right now. Even though she still refuse to join the club, but now she is willing to some little advice to the manager.

After witnessing Shirokawa Yuna leaving the school, a man starts to follow the black haired girl. She seem to be walking without worries, casually taking out her phone and types something then proceed to a supermarket.

The man waits near the entrance until the girl exits with a bag seems to be filled with groceries. Strolling across a few streets and Yuna takes a turn into a small alley. The stalker walked into the alley and when he reach the branch in the alley, a cutter flies out and stabs onto the wall like a shuriken, merely an inch away from cutting his face.

"Why are you following me? I never knew you would actually become a stalker." Yuna glares at the man.

"I would be disappointed if you didn't notice me." The man smirks and revealed himself to the girl. "A cutter huh? Isn't it kinda dangerous for a girl to have something like that?"

"Says the one that always bring scissors, and if you look carefully, the price tag is still there, Akashi-kun." She replied sarcastically at the crimson haired teen.

He twitched at how his ex address him. Well what can he expect? He himself is the very reason that the girl right in front now is his EX-GIRLFRIEND.

"So what does the mighty Akashi Seijuro wanted so much to actually stalk me?" She crossed her arm in front her chest and lean on the wall.

"To see you." He said it straight forward.

"You saw me now right? Then I shall leave." Yuna tries to get through Akashi, but got stopped when she got grabbed by the wrist.

"Now what? Akashi-kun." She faces the emperor with a sharp look.

"Move to Kyoto with me."

"You don't have the right to command me mister."

"Yes I do, I'm absolute after all."

She sighed, trying to free her hand from his grip by herself is not a solution. "Akashi-kun, I'm not your girlfriend anymore. Now let go of me." She said softly with a annoyed tone.

"Did either of us ever said the word 'break up'?" 

"It's mutual understanding."

"Well I clearly didn't understand so it's not valid." 

"Stop being so stubborn." 

"I'm fine being the stubborn one."

Akashi then drags the struggling Yuna out of the alley and a familiar figure blocks their path. "Let go of her." Aomine said with a stern face, trying to release Yuna from the emperor's grip.

"..."

The surrounding atmosphere became tensed as both sides didn't intend to let go.

"Dai-chan!!! We're supposed to find Yun- Oh there you are Yuna-chan!! EH AKASHI-KUN?!?!"

~~~~Earlier~~~~

Yuna has noticed that she is being stalked. She pulls out her phone and send a message to the chat group that Momoi created which she named 'Prevent Mukkun and Akashi-kun to find out that Yuna-chan is back even though Akashi-kun will surely find out anytime soon AKA people that knew she is back Squad' ... 

Yeah the group name totally doesn't make sense...

But she still seek help from them 'I might be being followed by someone...I'm at the supermarket near my place now.'

~~~~Back to present~~~~

Akashi is clearly not happy that the two childhood friends kinda ruined his 'reunion'. He released Yuna wrist and frowned. "I guess I can't do anything right now, but remember Yuna, you're the empress. You can't escape."

Her fingers twitches when he mentioned the word 'empress', "And I'm not your empress, take note of that." She grabs her bag and leaves the spot. The other three just stood there looking at the back of the black haired girl.

"Do you really need to say that? Akashi-kun." "GYYYAAAAAAHHH!!!!!" Both Aomine and Momoi got shocked at Kuroko's sudden appearance, while Akashi still remains his composure.

"HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN HERE TETSU?!!?"

"Since the cutter stabbing the wall part."

And they look at the newly bought cutter still hanging on the wall..."EH?!?!?!?! YUNA/YUNA-CHAN DID THAT?!?!?!!"

After reaching home, Yuna dump all her thing at the side and slam onto the couch. She understands the inner meaning inside Akashi's words just now.

"You're the empress."

It doesn't mean that she is the emperor's other half, it actually refers to her title she had during middle school, he is trying to say that she can never pull herself away from basketball. She raised her hands up and look at it, the slender hands that used to hold the orange rubber ball she loved. The good and bad memories rushes into her brain. She gets up from the couch, trying to distract her mind by taking a shower... 

~~~~The next day~~~~

Yuna is feeling annoyed for the whole day in school. Her fingers are itching since the morning, causing the new transfer student not able to concentrate in class.

"Damn that emperor and his words making me stressed to the max...." She said to herself grumpily and walks to the gym.

She slams the door open attracting attention from all the members. "Shiro-chan? What brings you here?" The manager Chiharu Kohana is shocked by Yuna's sudden appearance, it's the first time that she came here by herself willingly.

"Hana-chan, I need to relieve some stress here, let me borrow the court for awhile, three shots is enough." She grabs one of the balls from the floor and stands at the end of the court.

"Shirokawa-san can play?" One of the members asked Chiharu, the manager only smirks. "She could play better than any of you right here."

At the same time, the light and shadow duo of Seirin are walking home together and the ace asked the phantom. "Hey Kuroko, about the empress title thingy, it's not that simple right?" He looks at the light blue haired boy sipping his vanilla milkshake.(From this point onward, italics will be their p.o.v)

Her feet at the end of the court, vision focusing on the hoop at the other end, she stretches her right arm that's holding the ball to the back and throws the ball forward.

"W-wait what?!?! A girl doing a whole court one hand throw?!?!"

"Of course she isn't being called 'The Empress of the Generation of Miracles' just because she was dating Akashi-kun. She was called that because coincidentally she was close to us."

The ball hits the board and rolls around the rim and "Floop!" the ball went in. She sighed as the ball didn't went in as perfect as it used to be. She then walks to the middle while picking up another ball.

"She wasn't known by many since she refuses to join any match, she thinks that rules is just restricting her ways of play, but no matter how or where she throws the ball..."

She looks down from her feet then to the hoop, calculating the distance between them, and she slams the ball to ground as hard as she can. "Huh? What is she doing?" The members looked at her in confusion.

"...it goes in with a 100% accuracy, just like the ball obeys her orders..."

The ball bounce up high and drops into the hoop, barely touching the rim. "H-how does that even get in?!?!?!" All of them look at the girl in the middle of the court in awe, Chiharu smiles at the members and says "Wait till you saw the the third and last shot, I probably know which trick she's gonna do."

"Before being called 'The Empress of the Generation of Miracles', her title is actually..."

She walks away from the hoop, kicks up a ball and catches it, she throws the ball backwards without looking while continue walking towards the exit of the gym. And of course, the ball went into the hoop perfectly.

"The Trick Shot Empress."

Yuna breathe out loudly and twists her wrist a little. "I guess I should have warm up first before doing those extreme moves." And she leaves the gym with a slight smile.

"T-that no-looker while walking....just went in with one try..." The Yokuhana basketball team was petrified by the show just now while their manager just grinned while crossing her arms.

The tight knot is slowly loosening itself.

Sorry for the 'stalker' Akashi...(Or maybe kinda OOC idk) I need a scene that makes the two of them "meet" > . <

I had never intend to write about Yuna playing basketball from the start LOL. But Yuna being the "empress"  just because she used to date Akashi is kinda...weak? idk how to explain T^T.

I don't know if I named the moves correctly/properly since I don't play it at all...Is my description on the moves fine?(please tell me if I got it wrong!!) And I kinda got addicted to Dude Perfect's trick shot videos in Youtube XD.

And just like what I said in the announcement~ Updates will come VERY SLOWLY~
