You are sitting on the couch with Jack in your arms, watching as he cooes up at you. You're lost in thought, just absorbing every little detail of your son's face as you rock him softly, gently murmuring silly baby sounds at him with affection.

Jenna steps into the living room just then, her eyes softening at the sight of you holding Jack. She pads over, careful not to make too much noise and disturb the quiet moment, and sits next to you on the couch, leaning her head on your  shoulder as she looks down at your son.

You smile as you feel Jenna settle against you, your arm wrapping around her automatically, holding her close. You press a soft kiss to the top of Jenna's head, your heart full as you look down at Jack in your arms. There's a sense of peace and contentment here, a feeling of being exactly where you belong, and you can't help but feel overwhelmed with love for the little family you've made.

Jenna snuggles closer, her hand reaching up to lightly touch the soft downy hair on Jack's head. She can't help but smile at the sight of him, her heart swelling with love. She turns her head to press her face into the side of your neck, inhaling the familiar scent of your cologne and the lingering smell of breakfast from earlier.

You feel Jenna's breath against your neck, soft and warm. You turn your head, your nose brushing lightly against Jenna's temple and inhaling deeply, taking in the scent of Jenna's shampoo mixed with the lingering scent of her perfume. The familiarity of it all is comforting, and you can't help but smile. You sit there in comfortable silence for a few minutes more, simply enjoying each other's presence and the feeling of holding your son between you both. ....... You are standing in front of the mirror, adjusting your suit and making sure your tie is straight. You smooth down the fabric of your shirt, giving yourself a final once-over to make sure everything looks perfect. You can feel the nerves in your stomach, your mind racing with thoughts of the upcoming ceremony.

Jenna walks into the room, dressed in her wedding dress. She looks stunning, her dress flattering her curves and the color complimenting her skin tone. She eyes your back for a moment, admiring the way your suit fits just right, before stepping up behind you and wrapping her arms around your waist.

Y/n: "You know it's considered bad luck to see your fiancée right before the wedding"

Jenna rolls her eyes, resting her chin on your shoulder.

Jenna: "That's a stupid superstition, and you know it"

You chuckle, turning in Jenna's arms to face her. You can't help but stare, completely taken with Jenna's beauty right now.

Y/n: "Yeah, but it's traditional"

Jenna: "Since when do you care about tradition? And besides, I couldn't help it, I had to get one last look at you in that suit before the ceremony"

You grin, feeling your nervousness subside slightly as you take in Jenna's cheeky grin and sparkling eyes.

Y/n: "You can't resist me in a suit, huh?"

Jenna: "You know it, you in a suit is practically my kryptonite, it's distracting as hell"

You laugh, your nervousness now completely forgotten as you feel Jenna's closeness and the effect she has on you. You slide your hands down to Jenna's waist, pulling her closer.

Y/n: "Oh yeah? Well, you in a wedding dress is enough to drive me wild"

Jenna's smirk widens, liking the effect she's having on you. She presses herself closer, her hands sliding up to your tie, fingers toying with the knot.

Jenna: "Is that so? Feeling distracted, are we?"

You can feel your heart rate picking up at Jenna's proximity and the way she's touching your tie. You swallow hard, fighting the urge to let your hands roam further down Jenna's body.

Y/n: "You have no idea"

There was a sudden knock on the door. You and Jenna both turn your heads towards the door.

Y/n: "Come in!"

It was Aliyah and Jack who she was holding in her arms.

Aliyah: "Sorry to interrupt whatever it is you two were doing, but do any of you know where your son's shoes and tie are?"

Y/n: "No problem at all, here let me help you find them"

You untangle yourself from Jenna's arms, crossing the room to the small closet and rummaging through the various boxes and bags in search of Jack's missing shoes and tie. Jenna watches as you rummage through the boxes, a fond smile on her face. She moves to stand next to Aliyah, reaching out to take Jack into her arms.

Jenna: "He looks so cute in his little suit, can you believe he's our ring bearer?"

Aliyah grins, clearly proud that her nephew has been given such an important role.

Y/n: "I know, right? He's going to steal the show"

You chuckle as you finally find what you're looking for, emerging from the closet with a small pair of shoes and a tiny black bow tie.

Y/n: "Here we are, found them"

Aliyah: "Oh thank god, I couldn't find them anywhere"

She takes the shoes and tie from you and begins to finish dressing Jack, who is already starting to squirm and fuss in Jenna's arms. Jenna tries to soothe Jack as Aliyah dresses him, bouncing him slightly and making silly faces in an attempt to keep him calm.

Jenna: "He's always so restless lately, I think he senses all the excitement"

Y/n: "Well I don't know what his sensing but I sense that we should get going or we will be late to our own wedding"

Aliyah: "You're just in a hurry to get married, it's not going anywhere, y'know" Jenna: "She's right, Y/n. Calm down. We still have time."

You pout, already feeling the nerves creeping back up. You hate it when you end up being the most nervous one in the room. You shove your hands in your pockets and try to calm yourself down.

Y/n: "I know, I just don't want anything to go wrong"

A sympathetic smile tugs at Jenna's lips. She can see the anxiety in your eyes and your body language. Jenna takes a step closer to you, her hand reaching out to touch your arm.

Jenna: "Hey, everything will be fine, okay? Nothing's going to go wrong and even if something does, it won't matter because we're still getting married today, no matter what"

You take a deep breath, some of the tension draining from your body as you look into Jenna's reassuring eyes.

Y/n: "Promise?"

Jenna: "I promise"

Aliyah, who had finished putting on Jack's bow tie and shoes clears her throat to draw their attention.

Aliyah: "As sweet as this moment is, we do need to get going or we won't make it on time"

Y/n: "Oh I thought I was just in a hurry"

You say playfully rolling your eyes which makes Jenna playfully smacks your shoulder.

Jenna: "Don't be a smart mouth now" Aliyah: "Come on, lovebirds, let's go get married, well you married"

You can't help but grin at the nickname, your nerves melting away in the face of Jenna and Aliyah's teasing. You take another deep breath to center yourself, and nod.

Y/n: "Lead the way"

Aliyah leads the way out of the room, Jack in her arms. Jenna follows closely behind, her hand finding yours and intertwining her fingers with yours. You can feel the anticipation building with every step you take, your heart pounding in your chest, but somehow it doesn't feel as overwhelming as before.

You make your way to the venue, the sound of chatter and music coming from inside. The butterflies in your stomach return, but not in a negative way. There's a feeling of excitement and eagerness now, a certainty that this is exactly where you're meant to be and what you're meant to be doing.

Y/n: "I guess I'll see you in the altar"

Jenna: "Yeah, I guess you will"

She gives your hand a squeeze before pulling away and heading towards the room where the bridesmaids are waiting. You watch her go, a mixture of emotions swirling in your chest. Excitement, nervousness, love, anticipation, you feel like you're on the edge of something huge, something life changing.

You take a deep breath, centering yourself once more, and heads towards the room where the groomsmen are waiting. As you open the door, you're greeted by the sight of your friends and brother waiting for your, dressed in their finest clothes and looking ready for the ceremony.

They all look up as you enter, their faces lighting up with excitement and happiness. There's a chorus of greetings and excited chatter, the air in the room thick with anticipation. One of your friends pats you on the back, a wide grin on his face.

Toby: "Looking sharp, Y/n, you ready to do this?"

Y/n: "As ready as I'll ever be, I guess"

There's a round of chuckles and teasing as the guys playfully rib you for your nervousness. One of them pats you on the arm.

Cam: "Relax, man, it's not like you're getting married or anything"

The whole room bursts out laughing as you glare at him, your face flushed with embarrassment.

Y/n: "Very funny, smartass"

You mutter, shaking your head in mock annoyance but secretly loving the playful banter. The teasing continues, the guys egging each other on and trying to outdo each other with their jokes. You stand in the middle of it all, your nerves forgotten for the moment as you exchange insults and laughs with your friends. It feels so normal, so natural, and it calms you down even more.

Lee: "Let's all take some shots and do some stupid shit for the last time before my sister gets married"

The guys all cheer, eager to get the party started and have one last big hurrah before you officially tie the knot. You laugh, rolling your eyes at their antics but secretly thrilled at the idea of one last round of wild fun before the ceremony. One of the guys pulls out a bottle of vodka from his bag, along with shot glasses. He pours out shots for everyone, passing them around with a smirk.

Liam: "To Y/n and her future wife!"

The guys clamor, raising their shots in the air as they echo the sentiment. You look around at all of them, feeling a surge of love and affection for your friends. You're really going to miss this, the wild nights and carefree days, but you know that you're ready for the next chapter.

Y/n: "Do you always carry a purse containing vodka and shot glasses?"

Liam: "Hey, a man has to be prepared for anything"

The others laugh and nod in agreement, and one of them pats him on the back.

Mike: "That's Liam for you, always ready for a good time"

Liam grins, clearly pleased with himself. He raises his glass again, turning back

Liam: "Seriously though, I'm happy for you, girl, you and Jenna make a great couple, and even though we're losing a member to the dark side"

The guys all laugh at this, and one of them adds.

Carl: "Yeah, we're going to miss you, buddy, no more wild nights out, no more wingman duties"

Alex: "Let's be honest y'all, since she became a mom we lost her"

The guys all nod in agreement, chuckling at the truth in the statement. You can't help but laugh at their honesty. It's true, since you became a mom, your priorities have definitely shifted. You still love hanging out with your friends, but your number one priority has always been Jack, and Jenna.

John: "Yeah, but we can't really blame her, baby Jack is adorable, and Jenna is such a hot mamacita"

The guys all nod in agreement, and you playfully rolls your eyes at them.

Y/n: "Watch it that's my soon to be wife you're talking about"

John: "Hey, we can still appreciate how hot your wife-to-be is, dude, it's not like you have to worry, we all know she has eyes only for you"

You grin, trying to act nonchalant but secretly preening at the compliment. You know it's true, that Jenna loves you and only you, but it's always nice to hear it from other people too.

Lee: "We should start heading to our place by the altar it's time for this girl to go get married"

The guys all nod in agreement, still laughing and joking as they finish up their other shots and start straightening their clothes.

Liam: "Yeah, we better get going before Y/n here starts sweating through her suit,  it's such a nice suit and great quality too, she can't ruin it"

Y/n: "Shut up, I'm not nervous"

They all laugh at your denial, clearly enjoying teasing you. They start heading towards the door, still ribbing you for your nerves but also clearly excited for the big moment. You take a deep breath as you follow them out into the hall, feeling both nervous and thrilled at the same time. This is it, it's really happening.

They walk down the hallway, the sounds of the crowd growing louder with each step. You can feel your heart pounding in your chest, your palms sweaty, but there's also a sense of excitement and anticipation coursing through you.

Alex: "You ready, little man?"

Y/n: "Yeah, I am, and don't call me that"

The guys all smile, clearly happy for you.

Y/n: "Alright, let's do this"

The guys open the doors, and you step through the threshold and into the room. The room is filled with friends and family, everyone dressed up and looking excited. You feel a lump in your throat as you look out at all the familiar faces, seeing your parents and grandparents in the front row, beaming as they watch you walk down the aisle. The room feels heavy with anticipation and emotion, and you know that this is the moment you've been waiting for.
