I'll be there for you

Bowser's POV Luigi and I were having dinner together. "Sorry if the kids aren't here to eat with us. They are at camp," I apologized.

"Hey, it's fine. I'm enjoying this moment with you," Luigi smiled. I love that smile. "Anyways, who is going to be next in line for the throne?" Luigi asked.

"Junior. The other kids want to have their own castle when they grow up," I said. "Ah, I see. They already have their life planned," Luigi said. "Yes. For now, they're still kids. I want them to enjoy it before that," I said. "I'm sorry," Luigi said.

"For what?" I asked. "I'm preventing you from the kids having a mom. Maybe we should break up," Luigi said. "What are you saying?" I was concerned.

Luigi stood up from his chair and started to walk away. "I'm not a mom to your kids. I can't even give birth to a child. Even if I wanted to," Luigi said. "Hey, hey. Look. The kids love you. I love you. I don't care if you can't give birth. I'll always be there for you," I comforted Luigi. "I'm sorry I was overthinking things again," Luigi said. "It's fine," I caressed his cheek.

We went back to the table and continued eating.
