Today is the day

Luigi's POV I paced back and forth. "Lu, calm down. Your pacing is making me nervous about my proposal to Peach," Mario said. "Sorry," I apologized. "What's got you worked up? Your anxiety is more nerve-wracking than usual," Mario wondered.

I didn't answer. "Is it about the treaty?" Mario asked. I looked at Mario without answering. "Hey, look. If Boswer breaks the treaty, I'll deal with him," Mario said. I hate it when I keep secrets from Mario. Mario was always there for me.

The reason why I can't tell him about Boswer was because he and Peach would talk bad about Boswer. I really hated them for that. When I told Daisy about this, she told me she wanted to rip their heads. Although she couldn't because that'll make things worse.

Two weeks passed, and I'm at Bowser's kingdom. I was dressed nicely. Boswer grabbed my hand and led me to the entrance. He said that there is a part of the kingdom where they make very special announcements. My heart was beating fast. Kamek accepted me, but part of Kamek still wishes Boswer married Peach.

I get jealous every time he brings thaWitcher. The time we got to the spot, it was huge. "OK, I'll go check on things. In the meantime, get prepared on your announcements, Boswer," Kamek said. With that, je left.

"After this, how about we tell the koopalings?" I suggested. "I think they already know about us," Boswer said. The koopalings love me. I'm like a second parent to them. They usually talk trash about Princess Peach. With Daisy, they're cool with her.

"What is your plan on your "special announcement?" Is it going to be the first thing or the last thing? Is Luigi going to say it with you? What about the other announcements?" Kamek questioned. "Kamek, we got this. Luigi and I take turns saying the announcements. With our special announcement, we both say it," Boswer confirmed.

"Good idea. Now go tell the announcements," Kamek said. Bowser and I got closer to the edge of the stage. I saw there were a lot of Bowser's subjects. I nearly fainted. I hate public speaking.

NO! Snap out of it.

Bowser and I told our announcements. Finally,  the biggest announcement ever. "My subjects, Luigi and I, have a very big announcement. Now, I know you all appreciate Luigi and his kindness.  We hope everyone supports us," Boswer said.

Everyone murmured, wondering what's going on. "Bowser and I are a couple," I blurted out. I waited for screaming and violence, but instead,  everyone cheered.

My heart finally relaxed, knowing that everyone supports me.

Now, just the one person I have to tell.
