Pov Y/n

*time jump to December 2023*

Christmas is just around the corner and I can't wait. I am going to spend Christmas with Ariana here in England. Her whole family is going to be there as well and I can't wait to meet her grandmother.

"You know I haven't gotten your wishlist yet. Are you going to be done with it anytime soon? It's almost the tenth of December!" Ariana says from the kitchen.

"Yeah it's in my purse!"

I am in my home office working since Ariana just came from the US yesterday and I want to spend as much time with her as I can.

"Really? I will go and get it!" She yells to me.

I write my last email and put my laptop back in my work bag. I log out and turn everything else off as well.

I get out of my office and Ariana is leaning against the wall with her hands crossed. She looks at me with a judgy face.

"What is it?" I ask confused

"You cannot be serious about this?" She holds out my wishlist.

"I am dead ass serious." I tell her

"Well then. Just wait for a second and then get in the bedroom." She walks away and drops her bra on the floor.

I walk over and grabbed it off the floor. I throw it on the couch and wait for just a second longer. While walking over to the bedroom I hear her slipping in there. I run into the room and she is on the bed laughing her ass off.

"What happed?" I ask

"I slipped on one of your socks and fell onto the bed. Thank goodness."

"Yeah thank god." I walk over and give her a kiss.

"Did you really mean what you wrote?" Her eyes look's so big in this light and I can't get enough of them.

Sometimes when I look into her eyes I get lost. They are so deep and so dark. My heart usually skips a beat when I look at them.

"Well I won't complain. Now let's get under the covers."

We settle down under the covers and I grab the remote. I turn the tv on and head straight to Netflix. I find our show and turn it on. Ariana get's closer to me and wraps her arms around my waist. I give her a kiss and we just lay there for a while.

Ariana fell asleep twenty minutes ago. I have been stealing glances at her ever since. But since she fell asleep I put on my own favorite show.

I haven't shown it to her yet but I think she would probably like it. I grab my phone and I decided to text Emily. She is most likely awake now.

                                 *text messages*

Y/n: are you up?

Emily: yeah I can't sleep. What's up?"

Y/n:idk... I think I just released something huge.

Emily:WHAT????

Y/n:I want to marry Ariana. Like I don't think I want to wait...

Emily: I KNEW IT!!! Andre has to pay me a hundred bucks now!! Thank you!

Y/n: you guys bet on me?

Emily:Well... sorry but I haven't seen you like this before.

Y/n: alright but will you share the money with me?

Emily: fuck no. It's mine

Y/n: ok then. But what should I do? We have only been dating for like four months now?

Emily: you should probably talk to her? Like how does she feel about getting married again and how fast does she want your relationship to go?

Y/n:yeah we have kind of talked about it before. But it's more in like a joking manner? Like she says she wants to marry me.

Emily:What??? She has said that? Damn. You guys have to talk.

Y/n: yeah I will talk to her tomorrow. She just fell asleep.

Emily: you are only talking to me because she is asleep? Bro..

Y/n: sorry. I will make more time for you tomorrow my dear friend😘

Emily:you better. Or I won't help you.Emily: I am joking obviously

Y/n:watch it. Or I will ask Andre to be my maid of honor!

Emily: you won't dare!!

Y/n:try me

Emily:bitch

Y/n:calm down now. No need for those names

Emily:calm down grandma!

Y/n:back in my day people used to respect their elders!

Emily: you are only a week older than me!

Y/n: a lot happened that one week. You will never understand the hardship I went through😢

Emily:.....

Y/n:you young people will never understand

Emily:ok stop now. It's getting ridiculous

Y/n:calm down I am just fucking with you

Emily: well can you be funny next time?😄

Y/n: anyway... how are things over there pond? You and Andre doing good?

Emily: he has been on the night shift so he will be home soon for some fun time😏Emily: and I have had an ok night. But work is swamped today so I have to stay a bit late.

Y/n:oh is it because of holiday season? And I don't need to know about your fun time😣

Emily:oh yes you do. But yeah it's because of the holidays and everyone takes time off and everyone gets sick so..

Y/n:That's fucked. But you still up for new year's?

Emily:I wouldn't miss it for anything!

Y/n:ok I will send you the hotel I have booked!

Emily:thanks! But I have to go now!!! Andre just pulled up😍

Y/n:ok bye go have some fun then

Emily and Andre are coming here to England for new years. Hopefully Carmen can also come. I have missed them all so much since I moved here. And now that Ariana is here, I couldn't wish for anything better.

"Y/n who are you texting?" Ariana gets up and sits next to me.

"Just Emily. We are talking about new years. Did you sleep well?"

"Yeah for like 30 minutes."

"Well it's better than nothing." I give her a soft kiss.

"Yeah. But what do you wanna do now?"

"Do you wanna talk or eat something?"

"Well can go eat something actually. I am starving!!" She gets up from under the covers and waltz back to the kitchen.

I send one last message to Emily and I go and join Ariana in the kitchen. She has pulled out her phone and is calling someone.

"Hey. Yes I would like to order a margarita vegan pizza. Can I get it in a small size? Ok thank you. And can I also get a normal margarita pizza in the same size? Ok thank you so much. The address is"

I walk into the bathroom to brush my hair. It looks like a mess and I want to look good in front of my effortlessly beautiful girlfriend.

"Y/n I ordered the pizza it will be here in twenty minutes!" Ariana yells from the kitchen.

"Ok just give me a second!" I yell back.
