The enormous battle went on and Minako couldn't really be a big help other than act like a medic ninja. She healed wounded shinobi, and protect them at the same time. She had shared her chakra to teleport everyone out the barrier, which took quite a lot, not only for Minako but also for her father, Minato.

Minako sat down, breathing heavily. The chakra around her child that she put on disappeared for now, which left her baby very vulnerable than before.

"Mina-chan, are you okay?" Minato asked, putting a hand on her shoulder. Before Minako could answer, Minato was shocked and concerned.

"Wha-You're... What are you doing here!?! You're with-" Minako cut him off.

"I know, Dad. But, don't worry. I'll be fine."

Everyone was busy looking at Obito and talking to him. "Does he know?" Minato asked, standing up and looking at Obito to avoid suspicion.

"Yes... he knew." Minako said. Minato nodded and smiled. "You're gonna be a good mother."

Minako smiled too, "Thank you, Dad."

"Just like Kushina." He thought. The clone poofed away.

Minako, though in a weakened state, tried to heal Sasuke as much as she could. Just to bring him some life. Until, Kabuto appeared and insisted to heal Sasuke. Minako hesitated for a bit but, lets Kabuto heal him.

"I met your husband, Minako-san." Kabuto said.

"He was a good man. He made me realize my mistakes... that's why I'm here to pay him back."

Kabuto then starts to heal Minako as well. Orochimaru and his team arrived at a weird scene, they didn't instantly recognized Kabuto. They had their conversation, Karin was concerned of what he might've did to Sasuke but in the end it was okay. As Sasuke woke up, Minako noticed something different in him.

"Indra." Minako said to herself, she was taken back from what she blurted out. Minako was confused, why did she said that. She noticed a black Crescent on his left hand. "It's true...?"

Madara unfortunately accomplished his plan, the Infinite Tsukoyumi. Though, Minako didn't look however she knew she'll be under it nonetheless.

Her eyes turned into a rinnegan, an indication that she was caught. Though, before she was sealed by bandages Sasuke somehow manages to get her and cover Minako with his Susano'o.

"Minako?!" Kakashi exclaimed, surprised to see her. "She's been here all along?"

"You know her too, Kakashi-sensei?!" Both Naruto and Sakura exclaimed.

"Hn. Although it's too late, she already got affected." Sasuke said.

"Nee-chan!" Naruto exclaimed, he held her, lifting Minako's head. "You saved her.. at least. Thank-"

"You don't need to thank me. She was near us."

"Even so... you still took her in." Sakura said.

Sasuke looked away, "Instinct."

He remembered a random memory when he was still a kid.

~ Small Flashback ~

Minako was babysitting Sasuke again, she was accompanying him with his usual training, since Itachi was too busy to watch Sasuke.

"What do you think, Minako-san?" Sasuke asked, after performing a fire style jutsu.

"You've gotten better, Sasuke. You really improved." Minako smiled and ruffled Sasuke's hair. "I hope Otou-san would like it as much as you do."

"Well, he doesn't need to, ya know. But, as long as you're doing your best. That's all that matters." Minako said.

"My best?"

Minako nodded. Sasuke smiled, "I'll do my best so I can protect Okaa-san and you, Minako-san."

Minako's eyebrows raised, "When Nii-san or even Shisui-san isn't around, I'll protect you." Sasuke said.

"You don't have to, Sasuke. But, thank you." Minako smiled and chuckled. "You're too cute to be true."

Sasuke huffed and crossed his arms, "I'm not cute!" He turned away, making Minako chuckle more.

"Sure you aren't..."

~ End of Flashback ~

"Instinct?" Kakashi asked, prying out the true intention of why Sasuke save her from the roots.

"Hn."

"I protected her nii-san. Just you would've." Sasuke thought.

----- Infinite Tsukoyumi Dream ----

Minako's eyes fluttered as she slowly woke up. "Okaa-san.. wake up!" A boy's voice was all she heard.

"Huh?" Her vision a bit blurry, but she focuses on the boy in front of her. "Okaa-san, you're awake now! C'mon! Breakfast is ready!! Otou-san made breakfast!" The boy exclaimed and smiled. This confused Minako, "Who's this boy?" She thought.

"Yoichi! Come down here for a sec." Itachi's voice filled that silence. "Okay, Otou-san!" Yoichi, a boy with raven hair and striking ocean blue eyes left.

"Is this a dream?" Minako said to herself, sitting up. "Is this what that Madara did?"

Minako fixes herself by the mirror, she notices a few changes. Her hair, for starters, was long enough to reach her knees. In which she never had done it before because it's easily caught up by anything. Minako was slim, no baby bump or whatsoever. The most drastic change was... she wore a dress.

In her entire life, the only time Minako wore a dress was when she was still a little kid because her mother wanted her to wear dresses. And even, when she left Konoha or got married, Minako never wore a dress, except on her wedding day. Even when she sleeps.

"I look like Okaa-chan in these."

Minako shrugged at her appearance anyway and went downstairs, only to be greeted by a table full of food, Yoichi pouting and holding a puppy and Itachi with an apron on, a hand on his waist and a spatula on the other.

"Yoshi won't do it again, I promise. Otou-san!"

Itachi sighed and then noticed Minako, "Oh Good morning, Minako-chan." Itachi said, in a loving way. "Breakfast is ready." He smiled.

"What the hell?" She said to herself.

They were on their way to Minako's "old" home, but had to have a quick visit to Itachi's "old" home as well.

Thankfully, Minako wasn't wearing a dress. However, Fugaku wasn't really fond of it, it was evident on his face but, he never said a word. Fugaku was too busy with his grandson, Yoichi.

"Is Sasuke still here?" Itachi asked, looking over to his son with Fugaku.

Mikoto nodded, "He just finished his training, I think he's changing. I'll go get him."

Few minutes later, Sasuke arrived downstairs as they finished their tea. "Didn't I tell you already nii-san to not get me, I was going anyway." Sasuke said and scowled. Minako was beyond shocked, Sasuke was wearing the same high-collared shirt but only with pants. No ropes or extra cloth.

"I thought Shisui went hard during your training, you might've needed any medical assistance." Itachi said, as Sasuke scoffed. "Hn."

"Well, Sasuke's here. Should we get going?" Minako asked. Itachi nodded and called Yoichi.

Yoichi gasped a bit, "Sasuke-oji-san!" He hugged Sasuke's legs, in which Sasuke smiled a bit and ruffled Yoichi's hair.

"We wouldn't want to be late. Kushina-san would be furious." Itachi said and they bid farewell to Fugaku and Mikoto.

As they walked in Konoha's streets, Yoichi on Sasuke's back. They manage to come across Sakura who was carrying a gift. "Oh, Hi Sasuke-kun! Itachi-san, Minako-san!"

She joined them since she was going to Minako's house as well. "Is this something with Naruto?" Minako thought.

"Hi Sakura-san!" Yoichi waved. "Oh! Hello Yoichi-kun!! You look so cute! Whose that gift for?" Sakura asked. "It's for Naruto-oji-san! Right, Sasuke-oji-san?!" Yoichi smiled.

"Shit. How could I forget? It's Naruto's birthday!?!" Minako thought.

"Hn." Sasuke scoffed. Yoichi pouted and huffed, not liking his uncle's response. "Sakura-san...oji-san likes you."

Yoichi's sudden confession shocked Sasuke, Sakura and even Minako while Itachi sweatdropped. Minako sighed, "C'mon, I think that's enough piggybacking. Sasuke's back must be aching." She took Yoichi and placing him down, Minako glanced with a "he actually did it" look at Itachi, who just chuckled. Meanwhile that happened, Yoichi puts his tongue out to tick off Sasuke, in which succeeds to do.

"T-this kid.." Sasuke said as Sakura chuckled.

Minako's "old" home have gotten bigger, but with the same long staircase to the main door.

Kushina opened the door and welcomed everyone. And immediately, pinches Yoichi's cheeks. She chuckles, "You're too cute!! I can't believe how much you grown!!"

"Kushina, you're hurting the child." Minato sweatdropped. "Me too, Obaa-san! I can do a fire style jutsu now!"

"Minako, Itachi. What have I told you about this again? Isn't he too young!?" Kushina asked, irritated.

Minako sweatdropped, she can feel her mother's aura starting to boil. Itachi was already behind her. "W-well-"

"Obaa-san! I made Sasuke-oji-san teach me so I can surprise Okaa-san and Otou-san." Yoichi said, now in Minato's arms. "I had no choice." Sasuke said.

"Huh. Just like your mother." Minato commented and sighed. "Eh? Otou-chan?!" Minako gave her father a "seriously" look.

"Really? Ojii-san?" Yoichi asked. Minato nodded. "I'm guessing that you forced Sasuke into teaching you. Something your mother did when she wanted to know a jutsu from me."

"I-I can't believe you said that..." Minako trailed off, sweatdropping.

Itachi, Minato and Yoichi laughed it off. As Naruto comes out of his room, "I heard a small voice.. where is he?" He said with a smile on his face. "

"Naruto-oji-san!" Yoichi exclaimed. Minato puts him down and Yoichi runs to Naruto, hugging him. "Happy Birthday!!"

"Thanks!" Naruto smiled widely, carrying Yoichi. "I got you a present!"

"Awe.. you didn't have to... as long as my favorite nephew is here, I'm happy."

"Hey what about us?!" Kiba suddenly exclaims. Naruto's friends have arrived. "Alright! Let's get this party started!" Naruto exclaims, making Yoichi very happy.

"I only wish this was true.." Minako thought as she looked over at everyone who have smiles on their faces.

Her parents, best friend and husband were alive. Her baby is here and most importantly, she and Naruto finally spent time together as siblings.

Everything she wanted was here.

----------- MINOR TIME SKIP -----------

The 4th Great Shinobi War ended. Naruto and Sasuke undid the Infinite Tsukoyumi and everything was at peace. All they had to do was go home and fix everything, in which it's not easy as it sounds like.

"Are you sure about carrying her Kakashi-sensei? You still haven't regained your full strength." Sakura said.

"It's okay... I can carry her." Kakashi reassured. Minako still hasn't woke up unlike the others. "She should be awake by now... Is she okay?" Naruto asked.

By now, other shinobi have caught up with team 7. Including the Five kage.

Tsunade immediately notices the familiar long red hair. "Why is she doing here?!"

"Huh? Granny Tsunade? You know her?" Naruto asked. "Of course! She's.. well.. she's might as well be my former student. Kakashi, lay her down for now."

This shocked team 7 and other shinobi whom have heard what Tsunade said. She immediately orders a medic nin to heal Minako. "Is nee-chan going to be alright?"

Tsunade nodded, "She's passed out, fortunately. It'll take only a few hours for her to recuperate. I'll send a message to the Hospital to prepare a room for her."

"Ah.. Tsunade-sama.. Minako doesn't like being in a hospital. I would want her to rest in an apartment." Kakashi asked. "Hmm.. sure. Just make sure someone will take care of her."

"I will!" Kakashi, Naruto and Sasuke, surprisingly, said simultaneously. Sasuke responding made most shinobi  present at the area, dumbfounded.

"What do you mean!? I promised to my Dad that I'll take care of her! And I'm not breaking that!" Naruto said.

"What I mean is that I'll help taking care of her. Have you seen her clothes?!" Sasuke said. "I saw them. But that doesn't mean anything at all!? For all we know, she's just wearing that because she doesn't enough clothes."

"Then where the hell did she got those clothes huh? Idiot."

Naruto thought for a while. "She married an Uchiha, you brain dead idiot." Sasuke said. Sakura's jaw dropped, "Y-you..you mean.."

Tsunade facepalmed and sighed. "Naruto, your sister married Itachi Uchiha. Which explains the crest on her clothing."

"WHAT! Y-YOU MEAN.."

"Yes, by marriage, you and Sasuke are brother-in-laws. Minako is Sasuke's sister-in-law and Itachi is your brother-in-law. Got it? Now. Clearly, you two aren't fit enough to take care of her, so I'll leave Minako in your care Kakashi." Tsunade said.

There was a moment of silence after Kakashi nodded. It was disrupted by Naruto screaming and almost fainting. Luckily, Sakura caught Naruto in time. "B-but I promised..."

"Me too.." Sasuke agreed. They turned to him, wanting more details. Sasuke noticed it and looked away. "Itachi left Minako to me. Since, her and I are now the last Uchihas."

"Hmph, well then. Can the both of you give me one good reason why I should give the two of you the chance to take care of a pregnant lady." Tsunade said. All eyes turned to her, "I knew it.." Kakashi commented.

Naruto and Sasuke's eyes widen. "P-pregnant?!?"

"Well, guys... We're gonna be Uncles." Kakashi said and doing his close eyes smile. Both Naruto and Sasuke fainted simultaneously, even Sakura didn't bother to catch the two, she herself was too shocked to react anything else.

"That's why I was a bit worried on why she's here... Fortunately, her baby is okay."

------- Days Later -------

"So you're the Hokage now huh Kakashi.." Minako said, Kakashi chuckled while scratching the back of his head. "A bit unexpected huh.."

Minako nodded. "Otou-chan, Rin and Obito would be so proud."

"How about you?"

"Me? Well.. I'm beyond happy. I'm really proud of you Kakashi nii-chan. Other than that, I'm only under house arrest for 5 years so, I think you being the Hokage is super beneficial." Minako chuckled. Kakashi sweatdropped, "You don't need to thank me, Naruto and Tsunade-sama helped too." Kakashi said sarcastically at first.

"And the fact that you're pregnant as well."

"Especially the fact that I'm pregnant! I can't believe it!"

"I told you that you'll end up with Itachi." Kakashi said. "Heh. You're right... I could've sworn I hated him at one point. Well... a lot of points but, nonetheless." Minako chuckled.

They were having lunch together, something that happened ever so often between the two even when Minako was still young. Which was the reason why they bonded, to Minako, Kakashi was the older brother she never had.

"You're happy now right? Minako?" Kakashi asked.

"Nee-chan!!" Naruto shouted at a distance while having his arm, he was quickly approaching the two.

"Well.. even though Sasuke's traveling the world as atonement for his mistakes. He's alright now. And I live with Naruto now, I can take care of him properly. I can get to see you and my parents too. Even if my child would grow up to be fatherless... I know in my heart that Itachi still lives on even though his body isn't anymore... He can take a rest now."

Minako sighed and smiled widely.

"I'm finally happy, Kakashi."

Aye! I FINALLY FINISH THIS BOOK. THANK JEEBUS.

Anyway, I want y'all suggestions..I'm currently tweaking or finalizing my plot for the sequel but I want it more to be focused on the new generation rather than to Minako. However, I also want to incorporate Minako's hidden life as well.. which of course includes Itachi.

And what do you guys think of a Tobirama Senju x OC x Izuna Uchiha fanfiction? It's a whole lot different but is heavily inspired by The Rising of the Shield Hero.

Lastly, I'm gonna be shameless for a minute. I don't even know if I'm correctly using the word "shameless". But, can somebody hook me up with good pictures of Itachi or a fan art of Kushina with Blue eyes? Like damn, I need to renew my book covers. It's getting real old.

I'll appreciate it greatly if someone does that.
