chapter 9: pool party and miraculous

Marinette's POV

I woke up to the sun shining on my face and birds chirping. I know cheesy right.

But what can I say that how I woke up.

I got up and head to the bathroom take a bath and brush my teeth.

I decided to wear a Rena Rouge themed sun dress. As I am about to do my hair I notice something different.

"Brig"I call yeah I know she's awake twin sense.

"Yeah"she says heading in.

"What's up with my hair"I ask.

"Oh nothing it's just growing back to it's original state. Or in this case new state" she replies.

"But it's original state is floor length"I state.

"Yeah"

"When will yours go back to its original state"

"Don't know"

"Well ok thanks bridge"

"No prob little sis"she says leaving.

Tikki who was awaken by the noise zooms up holding a cookie.

"Morning Marinette"she says.

"Morning Tikki" I say putting my hair into a braid.

"I've been meaning to ask you are you going to be Queen"the little God asks.

"Neah even though Marin is not interested in the crown the second oldest is Bridget meaning that she will be Queen"

"Tikki I think it's about time we have 2 more permanent miraculous holders"

"I have a feeling that Hawkmoth is planning something big"

Good thing I had just finished setting up. Oh I forgot to mention I was making breakfast while messaging them.

Eggs, bacon,toast, waffles, pancakes, strawberries, oranges, apples and juice of all types.

"Grab a plate girls"I say.

"Of course now eat up we have a pool party to get to"

We all eat and go change.

"Tikki remind me again why I let Bridget help me pack" I say.

"She only packed bikinis"I say making her laugh.

"What's wrong with that"she asks.

"This"I say lifting up my shirt so that tshr can my six pack. Wait it's now a eight pack .

Almost forgot all the extra curricular activities I used to do when I still lived in China.

"Wow. Don't worry Marinette everything is going to be ok"

I take out a towel and cover up my body. I grab the bee and turtle miraculous and head to Chloe's. I knock

"Come in" she says.

"Hey Clo"I say closing the door.

"Is there any thing you need Mari", she says.

"Yeah we need to talk"

"Ok don't freak out but Tikki come out plz"I say and Tikki comes out "but I'm ladybug"

"Hmm I not surprised,don't worry I'll keep your secret"she says.

"Thanks now"I say pulling out the bee miraculous box" Chloe I now pronounce you the third permanent member of the miraculous team"

"Oh my God , thank you thank you thank you "she says jumping around.

I leave a very happy Chloe behind. I head to the boys room hoping that Nino was there and alone.

Nino's POV

I was about to head out when I heard a knock on the door.

"Oh hey Mare bear Marin and Adrien are already at the pool"I tell her.

"Oh no I came to see you are you alone"Marinette asks.

"Yeah why"I ask confused.

She comes in and closes the door.

"Sure come right in"I say.

"I don't need a invitation I own the hotel"she sasses making me laugh.

"What do you want" I ask her.

"Oh nothing I just wanted to give you your miraculous"she says.

"Oh o- wait what!"

She laughs"here" she says handing me the miraculous box "I have to go meet the girls" she says heading out.

I soon go out after her after carefully hiding my miraculous of course.

Alya's POV

Marinette is finally back.

"It's your turn to tell her "she says pointing at Chloe.

I sigh " Chloe can we talk" I say pulling her into a corner.

"Let me guess your Rene Rouge" she says.

"Yeah how did you know" I ask.

"Just a guess"I shrug it off

Soon everyone is done and we head to the pool. When we arrive the boys and Lila are already there.

Marinette's POV

I try not to attract any attention and head to a nearby chair.

"Yoh Marinette"oh no "what's with the towel" Alex asks.

"Yeah sis what's up" Bridget asks. This makes me smirk.

"Bridge what's up with the cover up"I ask trying to shift the attention away from me.

"Don't feel like swimming"she says.

"Me either" I say.

"Ha turns out the perfect twins are fat and can't swim swim. They afraid to sink"lie-la the brat says.

"No one talks to my sister like that" Marin says.

"That's it"Bridget says her eyes slightly glowing red. Oh no this is not good."I've had it with this girl"she says slowly heading her way.

I look at Marin for advice but he just shrugs. I run up to her.

"Bridge she is not worth it"I whisper to her "please don't burn the hotel down"I say making her laugh.

"You right Mari this brat is not worth it"

Adrien's POV

Wow Marinette is amazing. I'm frankly scared of Bridget.

"Remind me never to cross your girlfriend" I say to Felix.

"How dare you call me a brat fatty"oh she just had to add fuel too the fire.

"SHUT UP BITCH!!!" Mari exploded making as gasp and Chloe snicker.

Right now Bridget is as mad as I don't know what. Mari whisper's something to her making her calm down, laugh and smirk.

"Only if you do it right after"me she say . Marinette sighs and nods.

Bridget takes off her cover on making everyone gasp at her six pack.

"Did that shut you up bitch"she says making everyone snicker.

"How about your twin over here"she says pointing at Marinette.

"Oh sweetie you don't want to cross me I'm worse than her"Marinette say wow talk about badass.

"Dude I get why he fainted"Nino says pointing at Felix"but Mari hasn't even taken her towel off.

"What you still not taking off the towel fatty I mean are you afraid that I'm gonna show you up"

"Listen here just because your chubby  doesn't mean that you are allowed to call people fat" Julie(Julika) says surprising us.

"Julie you don't have to defend me. Now listen here you are nothing compared to me"she says taking off her towel"I'm way better"she says.

I feel light-headed. The class gasps at her eight pack. I am now having a nose bleed.

"Dude stay with me I just woke up your brother"Nino says.

"Well"Lila says"I still think you can't swim"

"OMG!" Ayla finally explodes "don't you ever SHUT UP!"

"I'm 99% sure she will soon enough"Max says amused.

"Move your flat ass Bitch so I can once again prove you wrong"Mari says making everyone laugh.

"No no no me first"Bridget says climbing the highest diving board.

She jumps, does a summer-sualt and lands gracefully in the water leaving all of as awe struck.

Within 10 seconds she swims to the end of the pool and back.

"You still want her to continue"Bridget asks pointing at Marinette.

"Yeah of course I do. She can't do that"

"Move it"Marinette says.

"Excuse me"Lila says.

"I SAID MOVE YOUR FLAT ASS BEFORE I KICK YOU TO THE SIDE your blocking the WAY!"she should making everyone laugh as Lila moves to the side shivering in fear.

Mari jumps off does a double summer-sualt and lands gracefully in the water.

She swims to the other end of the pool and back in 5 seconds.

The class is shocked.

Marinette's POV

"Now you can finally shut up"I say making everyone laugh.

We continue with our pool party. Lila stayed quiet. Thank God.

"Sleep over at our place"I announce making everyone cheer.

Now we're going to have a pyjama party after the pool party and miraculous drama. Wonder what happens next.
