chapter 5: relatives and a trip to China

Marinette's POV

I woke up to someone shaking me .

It's Adrien "hey Adrien what do you need"

"you need to wake up get dressed then wake the others up"he says"I'm going to meet my brother and sister for the first time in 8 years so see you later"

"ok don't forget to grab a few crossaits before heading out"

"ok by Mari " he said.

Can't wait to see Bridget and Marin again I mean we haven't seen each other since we were seven.

8 years apart, I wonder if we still look alike.

I go into the bathroom, take a shower and brush my teeth. I get dressed, today I decided to wear a red knee length dress.

I know it's not what I usually wear but it's the princess in me.

I wake up the others.

"princess Alya you can use my room while prince Nino uses the spare bathroom" with that they laugh, nod and go get ready for school while I make breakfast.

They is no better breakfast than strawberry waffles and orange juice.

When they come out I've just finished breakfast.

Alya is wearing camouflage pants, a bottle green crop top and black Nike shoes.

Nino is wearing a long sleeve blue t-shirt, black jeans and black Nike shoes.

"Matching shoes"I comment pointing at their shoes.

"Ha ha ha very funny. What's for breakfast? It smells sweet." She says.

"strawberry waffles and orange juice, nothing much dig in"

We eat and ironically I the person who is always late am the first to finish.

"Hurry up I want to arrive early today" I complain.

"You early wow that's a first" Ayla comments.

" Yeah dude what's the occasion"

"you'll see when we get there now let's go" I say and we grab our things and head to school.

We're the first to arrive.

We chat for awhile while the class starts filling in, soon enough we're all here except for Adrien.

As I'm about to ask where he is he walks in. "Yoh Adrien I haven't forgotten about the dare" Alya shouts causing him to blush.

We all laugh at his reaction.

"Dude what you waiting for" Nino says.

Adrien stands up walks in front of me. I'm a bit confused by his actions.

He bends down cups my face with his hands and kisses me.

Wait what???. At first I'm shocked but I quickly recover and kiss back.

We pull apart both as red as tomatoes. We hear celebratory screams from the girls and whistling from the guys.

Lila is scowling while Chloe for some weird reason is smiling.

"GIRL do you know what this means"Alya screams"Adrien has a crush on you" she states.

Wait what. We chat for awhile until the teacher comes in.

"Morning students" miss Bustier says."we have four new students today".

Wait four "come on in" she says calling them in. The step into the class and stand in the front.

I can recognize them all except for the blonde girl.

First is my twin or should I say triplet sister Bridget she looks just like me and we're even dressed in the same outfit.

Talk about weird.

Then Marin who looks like the boy version of me and Bridget. He was wearing a red shirt, white jeans and black tennis shoes.

Then they was Filix. Hmm wonder what he's doing here.

He was wearing a green shirt, black jeans and black Nike shoes.

Then they was a beautiful blonde girl next to him, who looked like the girl version of him and Adrien.

She was wearing a Chat Noir themed dress and black heels.

"So introduce yourself"miss Bustier says.

"I'm Bridget "

"and I'm Marin"

"we're marinette's brother and sister" they say together.

"WHAT!"the class shouts.

"Yeah were triplets who have been separated for 8 years now. Hey mare bare nice to see you again" he says

"hey bro how's it going?" I great him.

"You have a brother" asks Lila

"yeah and sister we've just said we're triplets please don't be so behind. Will catch up with you later guys" I say to bridge and Marin. 

Once the class quites down they continued with their introductions.

"I'm Filix"

"and I'm Adrianna. We're Adrien's brother and sister nice to meet y'all" she said

"WHAT!"the class said once.

I was surprised by Felix but Adrien did tell me me he was going to meet them in the morning so I was a little less shocked then my classmates.

"We too are triplets" says Felix.

"Ok this day keeps getting weirder and weirder "says Kim

"Don't worry students I'm sure your fellow classmates will explain everything at lunch" miss Bustier says"you may take your sits "she says to our new arrivals.

Filix sits behind us next to Ivan.

Marin sit behind them next to Nathaniel.

While Bridget and Adrianna sit at the very back together. 

"Now class let's turn to page 50 of our history textbooks" says miss Bustier.

When I see that Bridget and Adrianna don't have a book I pass mine back and share with Ayla for the time being.

Lunch soon arrives.

I drag Marin and Bridget to where me and my friends usually sit.

I pull them into a hug.

"I missed you guys so much" I say with tears in my eyes.

"shh Mari don't cry we missed you too"Bridget says rubbing circles in my back.

"Ok so everyone will soon arrive and will be bombarded with questions.So I suggest you mentally prepare yourself ,"this causes them to laugh. 

" Mari relax we'll be able to handle your friends questions"Marin says and at that moment everyone enters the cafeteria.

Nino, Adrien, Alya,Filix ,and Adrianna are the first to arrive to our table.

"Wouldn't want to be you guys right now"says Ayla as she points at the others heading our way.

"Ok Marinette and Adrien, you guys have some explaining to do" says Alix.

"What about exactly"I innocently ask making Adrien snicker.

" Ok where do we start" says Rose with a finger on her chin.

"I know will start with the kiss you and Adrien shared in the morning , what's going on between you two"says Chloe with a smirk on her face.

We all stare at her with shocked looks on our faces.

Adrien is first to recover and replies"Well Chloe you see it was a dare."the moment he says that Marin growl's at him.

I calm him down by saying "Alya dared him to kiss his crush in front of the whole class. Did you have to say that in front of my brother I mean he almost killed the guy for goodness sake"causing everyone to laugh.

"Ohh someone's got a boyfriend" wispers Bridget into my ear causing me to giggle.

Julika wispers something into Rose's ear.

"Julika says that since when do you guys have a brother and sister"she pipes out.

"I'm guessing since birth"Bridget says with a smirk on her face.

"Ok girl I like your twin or should I say triplet!?"Alya exclaims with a confused look on her face causing me and Bridget to giggle.

"Don't worry you can call us twins" we say at the same time.

"Any more questions" Adrien asks.

"Um why didn't you tell us this before" asked Ivan.

"Well they was no need" I say.

"I think she's just making it up to get attention" says Lila.

" Ok Lila I'm making it up. And I managed to find a stunt double who looks exactly like me. Oh it was really easy to find a boy version of both of us. "I say sarcastically

She just scowls at me causing me and my little group of friends to laugh.

"What's wrong with her" Marin whispers to my ear.

" Neh don't mind her she's just the attention siking liar of the class"I whisper back

"does your class know about this" he asks

"nope but they will soon enough"

We chat with the class for a little while doing some explaining here and there while eating our lunch.

Soon enough the bell rings signalling that we need to get to class. We sit down.

"It seems miss Bustier is late"comments Nino.

"yeah" I say and we chat for awhile. Soon miss Bustier arrives.

"Quite down now children"she says. She looks excited about something

"Well I have some great news. The king and queen of China have personally invited us to their daughters corination. The trip is fully paid and I've talked to all your parents they all agreed for y'all to come."she says.

"We will be leaving first thing in the morning.  8:00 am sharp. Don't be late you are now free to leave." She says.

Lila has some how convinced most of the class that she organized the trip causing me and my siblings to sniker .

I guess today was all about relatives and a trip to China.
