(Dimension one)

(Superman, Cyborg, Flash, and Zatanna are working on modifying the cosmic treadmill)

Superman: Ready to test it?

Cyborg: As ready as we'll ever be. System's online. And I'm linked up

Zatanna: Hopefully we'll finally bring everyone home

Superman: Counting on it

Cyborg: Flash, you ready?

Flash: I'm on it

(Flash starts running at super speed, powering up the device while Cyborg works on it)

Cyborg: Alright. Lets crank it up!

(Flash starts running faster)

Zatanna: Ezilibats eht ygrene!

(Zatanna uses her magic to help stabilize the device)

Cyborg: The platform should lock onto their signatures and pull them back

Flash: Got it! I'm vibrating at the right frequency! How we doing?

Superman: Containment field is up, but the levels are spiking!

Zatanna: I can't hold it for much longer!

(The machine starts to spark and beep rapidly)

Superman: Cyborg shut it down!

Cyborg: It's ok, I got it!

(The machine goes unstable, and envelops Cyborg and Zatanna with energy)

(Dimension two)

(Cyborg arrives inside of a tunnel inside of insurgency HQ)

Cyborg: Wonderful. Don't know wether to pat myself on the back or kick myself in the ass

(Cyborg hears Lex Luthor and Deathstroke talking)

Lex Luthor: Lexcorp is supplying equipment, but we're short on personnel

Deathstroke: The joker clan is reckless. Undisciplined

Lex Luthor: The chaos they create is useful

Deathstroke: We need more than pawns if we're gonna take down Superman

(Cyborg powers up his arm cannon)

Cyborg: That's all I needed to hear

(Cyborg fires his arm cannon at Deathstroke, but he pushes Lex out of the way and dodges the blast)

Deathstroke: You said this place was secure!

Lex Luthor: Just keep him busy!

(Lex Luthor runs away to power up his exosuit)

Deathstroke: With pleasure

(Cyborg fights Deathstroke and wins with a shock punch)

Cyborg: Pleasure's all mine, Slade. Wish the other titans could see this

(The insurgency agents in the room try to attack Cyborg, but they are not match for his strength and intellect)

(Lex Luthor walks in with his exosuit)

Lex Luthor: What do you think, Cyborg? Like yours, only better

Cyborg: It's the man, not the machine, Luthor

(Cyborg fights Lex Luthor and wins with a hit from his power fist)

Cyborg: Wardrobe malfunction

(Alternate Batman runs in with Green Arrow, Green Lantern, Aquaman, Wonder Woman, Oracle, Echo, Scorpion, Zatanna, and Sub Zero)

Alt. Batman: At ease, Cyborg

Cyborg: Batman?

Green Arrow: Welcome to Oz, tin man

Cyborg: All right. What did I miss?

Alt. Batman: It's a long story

(Meanwhile at the bat cave)

(Alternate Superman and Alternate Wonder Woman are sifting through the wreckage of the bat cave)

Alt. Wonder Woman: You took a big chance coming back here. Why?

(Alternate Superman finds chips of kryptonite)

Alt. Superman: I have to flush them out. Now

(Back at insurgency HQ)

(One explanation later)

Zatanna: I'm glad you're all safe

Echo: I'm glad you're with us. We need some magic on our side

Oracle: This is gonna even the odds a bit

Scorpion: We have new warriors

Sub Zero: We need all the help we can get

Cyborg: Alright, lets rev up the transporter and fix up the laser in our dimension then

Green Lantern: And come back with reinforcements

Wonder Woman: I'm sure I can get my-

Alt. Batman: There's no time. Oracle?

Oracle: Gotcha

(Oracle shows everyone a broadcast from Alternate Superman)

Alt. Superman: Five years ago, a tragic event cost the lives of millions. Overwhelmed by guilt for the part that he played in the destruction, he was driven mad. He became an agent of chaos. An enemy of peace and security. But no longer. The leader of the insurgency will pay for his crimes

Green Lantern: I don't like this...

Alt. Superman: At 6pm local time, Batman will be executed at Stryker's island. May Rao have mercy on his soul

Alt. Batman: Getting help will have to wait. Rescuing your Batman just became our priority

Aquaman: It's a trap

Alt. Batman: Of course it is

Cyborg: Then we'll have to be sneaky about it

Green Lantern: Sneaky how?

Cyborg: The watchtower's teleporter

Lex Luthor: Stryker's island is equipped with teleportation dampeners

Cyborg: I know. But they only cover the building. You just have to get Batman outside

Green Arrow: Straight through a brick wall. I'm in

Deathstroke: You'll need a diversion. To keep Superman occupied

Aquaman: Leave that to me

Echo: Sub Zero, Scorpion, and I be on the other side. Give the defenders multiple angles to defend from. Split their forces

Oracle: I'll be your eye in the sky

Cyborg: I'll take the teleporter. I'm the most qualified to work it

(Cyborg changes into his counterpart)

Cyborg: And I can infiltrate their ranks

Deathstroke: I'm with you

Cyborg: You and me working together? Not a chance

Lex Luthor: The only way to access the watchtower from earth is the hall of justice

Alt. Batman: And if your cover gets blown, you'll need someone shadowing you

Deathstroke: I'm not asking permission

Cyborg: But you WILL follow my lead

(Later, at the hall of justice)

Cyborg: Communications should be over there. Reroute them like we talked about, and I'll get the teleporter access codes. After you're done, make sure that you-

Deathstroke: This isn't my first drop, kid. I know the plan

Cyborg: Then stick to it

Deathstroke: Whatever history we have with our counterparts, you and I have none

Cyborg: I downloaded your history. You tried to kill this world's titans

Deathstroke: Only a couple times

Cyborg: Then don't expect any warm fuzzies from me. Meet at the teleporter in 15

(Cyborg walks over to a computer near the teleporters when Cat Woman teleports in)

Cyborg: Not now...

Cat Woman: Hey Victor

Cyborg: Hey

Cat Woman: You sick or something?

Cyborg: Uh... No. Fine

Cat Woman: We still on for tonight?

Cyborg: Sorry. Gotta cancel. Uh... New orders

Cat Woman: Since when has that stopped you?

Cyborg: Yeah. We've had some uh... wild times

Cat Woman: No we haven't

(Cat Woman digs her claw into the back of Cyborg's head, shutting down the camouflage)

Cat Woman: You're one of THEM

(Cat Woman throws Cyborg to the other side of the room)

Cat Woman: Lets see if I can find your off button

(Cyborg fights Cat Woman and wins with a blast from his arm cannon)

Cyborg: Well. I'm still turned on

(Cyborg tries to walk away, but his legs don't move. He then sees Alternate Cyborg hacking him)

Alt. Cyborg: Cyborg to Wonder Woman. I've found a duplicate of me

Wonder Woman: Understood. Will send reinforcements. Wonder Woman out

(Lex Luthor, Wonder Woman, and Oracle share a mischievous smile)

Alt. Cyborg: Don't mind me. Just hacking your neural network

Cyborg: How about I return the favor?

(Cyborg and Alternate Cyborg try to hack each other as fast as possible before both of their holographic keyboards explode)

(Both Cyborgs can now move normally)

Cyborg: For real. Like men

Alt. Cyborg: Fine by me

(Cyborg fights Alternate Cyborg and wins with a hit from his taser)

Cyborg: Pummeled. Definitely not a good lock for me

Deathstroke: Huh. You beat me to him

Cyborg: Another contract lost?

Deathstroke: This one was personal

Cyborg: I didn't think anything was personal with you

Deathstroke: He made it personal when he tortured me

(Cyborg and Deathstroke both teleport into the watchtower. Cyborg then hacks into the watchtower teleporter)

Cyborg: Thats it! Got control of the watchtower teleporter

Deathstroke: It can't be that easy

Cyborg: When your Cyborg tried to hack my neural network, he exposed his security protocols

Deathstroke: You stole his password? I'm actually beginning to like you

(Deathstroke walks out the door)

Cyborg: What? Where are you going? The plan was to stay-

Deathstroke: I won't be long
